Reasonably priced & clear instructions. Our family of 4 really enjoyed the neighborhood’s quiet & quaintness. Walking through the green space to access the trains was enjoyable. Highly recommend hiring a cab if flying, though.

Loved the place, was perfect for our family visiting London. Great quiet neighborhood and lots of businesses available nearby. Made great use of the washer/dryer and the drying rack. Close enough to the tube station to either walk or take a short bus ride.

We enjoyed our stay in Highbury. It was a pleasant walk though parks to get to the tube station. There is a nice little grocery nearby that we frequented. The flat itself was sufficient for our needs, with plenty of bedding and towels. Small space but that’s to be expected downtown, and the price and location made it worth it.

Really enjoyed our short stay here. The place is well located to transport, shops and restaurants.
Check in was smooth and we had everything we needed. Highly recommended !

Great stay in typical London flat. Close to supermarkets, shops, pubs, restaurants, quick connection via tube or bus to city centre (10-15 min walk to Tube stations, 1hr Piccadilly Line to Heathrow…). Small flat, good for 4-5 people (being 5, we had to build/unbuild the sofa bed every day). Single glazing (not unusual for older buildings) but we’ll-heated. Rather soft mattresses so if you‘re prone to back aches, be warned :). Water pressure in shower a bit on the low side (which, in my experience, is quite usual), but overall we felt welcome, comfy and had a great week.

Good location, accurate description, good little place to stay for my brother and I while we were there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Ian the owner was a pleasure to deal with. The management company ALTIDO made the check in and check out process a breeze. Polina the representative showed us around the apartment, and even helped us get our bags upstairs. She was a wealth of information. We are a family of four with small children. This was the perfect reprieve from the bustle of London. This location is a 10 min walk to Arsenal station which got us into central London in just a few minutes. The apartment is situated down a quiet road. We couldn't quite figure out the drying part of the washer and dryer. Thankfully the apartment came with a drying rack. We had a lovely stay.

It was a nice, quiet, clean place to stay in a charming section of town. The place had everything you need. I especially liked the drying rack since it took us a bit to understand the dryer. I also liked the location. The check in man was very nice and patient since we were hopelessly lost trying to find it. Don't use Google maps nor the street address - it will take you to East Ham - not a safe area! Use the postal code instead. Only suggestion I would have is if they could contact you a few days in advance by email so you know how to find it. Easy to walk to from subway and several places to eat at nearby as well as a small grocery store.

We had a great time in this flat. We had come issue communicating about check-in, but that resulted from technology issues during travel more than anything else. We thought the location of the flat was great- nice neighborhood and an easy walk to the tube. We loved the Highbury Barn Pub and my family gave the chinese take-out place down the street high reviews (I wasn't hungry and didn't eat it). The flat was very comfortable for our family of four. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we travelled this way again.

Close to the tube, clean
One downside is that the living room where the sleep in sofa is, is a bit crowded. We had to move some chairs and a table around to make room for the sofa bed to open

It was easy to find, great location and near metro railway.

Once we figured out how to get from the tube station to the flat, everything was great. It was quiet and we could easily get to every place we wanted to see. It might have been a little crowded if there were more than 3 adults, but perfect for a family with smaller children. There was a grocery store within easy walking distance. I did have to figure out the washer/dryer combo. It was a great place to stay for 5 days. I would definitely stay there again.

Flat and location excellent, communication with landlord very good too. The only problem we had was regarding communication with the property management agency. Although they were supposed to contact us and pass on all the necessary info a week before our arrival, contact was only made 1-2 days before our arrival, despite their having our emails and contact numbers. They claimed they had problems making contact... And they didn't seem very well coordinated with the the landlord. So it was inconvenient to be chasing them when I was trying to enjoy my holiday in another country before flying to London and checking into the flat. But on the actual check in they were efficient and kind.

Fantastic stay! It had everything we needed and then some. Our visit started with a representative meeting us, and showing us everything in the apartment. We loved the small, but important things to us - lots of cutlery and dishes, that meant we could fill up the DW before we ran it, multiple USB ports for charging - especially handy for visitors out of country, multiple surfaces in the bathroom for all the users toiletries, a blow dryer, curling iron, iron and ironing board, safe, umbrellas, coffee maker AND press, and lighted mirror lights in the bathroom.
We loved the location, a 10 minute walk through a lovely park to a subway station, and an 8 minute walk to the overground station, which was also right by a grocery store.
The unit was lovely and bright, and located on a nice quiet street.
Would certainly consider staying here again.

Highly recommend. The property is exactly as described in the listing. It's not fancy, but is clean, well-equipped, and was very comfortable for three people/five nights. The street is quiet and the neighborhood is great. There was thought put into the flat, as well-- for instance, there are USB ports installed along with the plugs (which is super helpful if you have multiple devices needing to be charged, but don't have multiple adaptors).
The walk to the tube station isn't bad, but definitely look into the buses that stop only a block or two away-- they can get you into the city easily, or save you a walk to/from the tube station if you're tired.
We would absolutely stay here again.

We spent 3 nights at the flat - our first leg of our European Family Vacation. It was a great spot to settle because of the proximity to transportation, restaurants and grocery marts. The check-in was super efficient and help they provided was awesome. Would definitely return!

We loved our stay! We were welcomed by a wonderful greeter who let us in the property and showed us around. Public transportation was very close and there was easy communication with the hosts. It is a very sweet cozy apt. and we felt right at home for the week we were there!

Quiet neighborhood with attractions easily accessible
This is a nice flat in a mixed neighborhood. There are shops for basic needs just a few blocks away, and less than a 1km walk through a large park puts you into an area with an even greater selection of restaurants and stores. Easily accessible to bus lines and two Underground lines (Piccadilly and Victoria), most of Landon’s sites are less than 45 minutes away. The Victoria line is particularly useful as it gets into Oxford Circus in just a few stops, and is one stop from Kings Cross / St. Pancus station.

Awesome location
The location is awesome. If you want to go into town you have two choices for nearest tube stations Highbury and Arsenal which are both 15 mins walk. If you would rather hop into a bus number 4 and 19 will take you into town and to most attractions!
Service , groceries etc all close .
Will stay here again.
Only caveat is that there is only one bathroom but we were a family of five and we managed. Property management and response and courtesy was excellent.

Easy communication. Very helpful with questions about the property. A great area to stay in. We cycled around London and it was very easy and convenient

Everything we needed
We tend to prefer self-contained accommodation to hotels for family trips, and this property ticked all the boxes: spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a fantastic location on a quiet road next to some small shops and cafes. Bus stop was around the corner and tube stations 10 minutes walk away. Umar, who greetde us at the property was very helpful.

Wondeful Area, quite street, close to all you would need.
This property worked well for us. We visited as a family of four adults and it met all our needs. When everyone out of the bedrooms it was a little tight to maneuver around but would be probably perfect for two adults + 2 younger kids.
The property is well represented by the photo's and a short walk gets you access to 2 tube stations, Overground service and several buses. The neighborhood itself is great for exploring as well. Only reason not 5/5 is because we could have used more space, however, that's no reflection on the property as much as us not researching enough. We could have used a 2nd WC and more sitting area. Overall we'd recommend this property for what it is. Ian communicated well with us and was a pleasure. This is a wonderful little rental.

Great accommodation in great location
We all had a lovely stay here. We were given a helpful welcome pack and the property has lots of books about London. We also had a greeter to welcome us. The property is about 10 minutes walk from 3 underground stations and is in a lovely, safe feeling neighborhood.

Très calme et à 20 minutes du centre de Londres
5 jours en famille dans l'appartement de Ian qui est très bien équipé et dans un quartier très agréable et calme.
Rien à redire, parfait :)

Our "home" in London
Great home base for our week in London. The walk to either Arsenal or Highbury-Islington tube stations is 10+ minutes, but both are pleasant and felt safe. The walk to Highbury-Islington through the park was lovely. A bus does stop very near the property frequently if the walk is too much. Apartment was clean, well-equipped, and just what we needed. There were 3 of us - a couple with teen daughter. While there are beds for 5-6, I would be hesitant to try housing more than 4 people here for any length of time. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Lovely home in a fabulous neighborhood.
Well appointed, comfortable and roomy. Very convenient neighborhood, 2 min walk to the bus stop an 10 min to the underground. Lots of shops nearby for food and drink. One minor inconvenience was the television, most of the channels had a very weak signal and were breaking up and were unwatchable.

Recomendado!

Our Stay in Highbury
We loved staying in this apartment! Andre was extremely accommodating and made check-in so easy! After arriving from Edinburgh by train we were pretty frazzled and it really helped to have assistance with everything! There are restaurants, Chinese take-away, off license stores and even a wine bar within easy walking distance. The neighborhood felt very safe. The kitchen was very well stocked - we cooked breakfast every morning! I would highly recommend this property - it was perfect for three people.

great apartment, great location
It's a really nice apartment in a very nice neighborhood in London. Close to everything, the underground station is minutes away; very green but also quiet. The apartment itself is very clean, well maintained, and well stocked. The beds are comfortable. The managing company was really helpful; someone greeted us at the property and I called to ask for a couple of hours extension upon check out, it was absolutely no problem. I never used it but the managing company has a 24/7 help line. Would def recommend.

Perfect family getaway
Perfect size for a family of four, with nice touches like travel shampoo, soap, plenty of toilet paper, extra chargers and converters. The location is very nice: well connected but quiet, good restaurants not far away, and pleasant walks to the train in the morning past neighbor’s gardens. It is small but was the perfect base for our daily adventures. Thank you so much.

Location-Location-Location
You get to stay in a neighborhood so it is quiet, but be within walking distance to the tube, buses, and restaurants. We ate at Highness Cafe 4 times during our week's stay. The buses get you virtually everywhere including a fun and scenic ride. Comfy beds, hot water.
We'd suggest staying only with close family members as we did have to do some things (like blow your hair dry) in common areas due to no appropriate outlet in the bathroom. Not really an issue, but not what you'd want to have to do with not family!
Would definitely stay here again.
Definitely download the City Mapper App for helping plan the routes you should take to get where you'd like to go-- really helps with bus routes!

not super, not terrible.
This is a very small flat in a very nice section of London. Loved the location. The washer actually worked. And the property manger is responsive. Aside from the smallness of the flat, for a place that can sleep up to 5 or 6, it is ridiculous to provide only two sets of keys. Another issue is that the front gate needs to be manually unlocked from the inside to exit so if there is a fire this would be dangerous. The key situation needs to be completely reworked.
