Great price and location.
No A/C
3.3
Code to the apartment stop working on the last night and was locked out for some time.
3.3
The location was amazing and the view what is stunning!!
Well the garbage disposal wasn’t working and couldn’t get anybody out in a couple days so my husband fixed it.
3.3
Location
People pass by your room can be extremely loud
3.3
Well the room was infested with bugs and roaches! Super noises area. Staff not as friendly.
3.3
Great location close to the beach, walking distance to lots of things.
The property manager (Vacasa) didn't do a good job on their pre-arrival inspection. There were only 2 wine glasses for a home that slept up to 6, bathroom sink didn't drain, bedroom curtains were stained.
3.3
Its a beautiful location.
The private beach area is great
The mirrored walls. Theyre very distracting and annoying when youre old!
The broken screen on bedroom window that rattled in the wind. Patio screen comes off the rail. Dirty carpet. Popcorn ceiling 8n bedroom peeling.Small couch. Outdated furnishings. Light switches everywhere. It was the 1980s stuck in time.
The key holder was difficult to close

The beach is behind this property.
The price is advertised at $238, but we paid nearly four times this amount. The number of fees at this property are outrageous and I would have had working wifi, a working entry code, access to a pool and better service (plus food options) had I stayed at a hotel nearby, near the base price. Avoid this property if at all possible. It's an old property and the emails you receive for instructions are completely incorrect - the entry code was incorrect, and the wifi router and password were completely incorrect.

Paki Maui is well located, oceanside to catch the breezes, close to a supermarket, a mini mart, a couple affordable restaurants, and a farmer's market as well as being next door to a public beach with ample parking. Its about a ten minute drive to a public beach you can swim at--that was tolerable... Checking in was easy and finding my room was pretty painless. Though the complex of condos was built in the late 1970's, its clear that most owners are in the process of renovating them. The host was thoughtful in providing coffee, salt pepper, and other small amenities for the stay.
There was no A/C - I arrived in the afternoon to a broiling hot unit. Fortunately once the unit's screens were opened - the ceiling fans got the place cooled in about two hours. I felt was in was a time capsule of the 1980s in the living and bedroom decor. There is no getting around how tired a 1980's carpet looks in 2022, the same goes for the couch. It is clear that the owner has made an effort to upgrade parts of the kitchen and bathroom recently, but it's just going to need more upgrades. At the double price I paid to be in Maui on New Year's I expected a little better. Bed pillows in the bedroom were foam bricks, and would benefit from a replacing more often, or just offer two styles of pillow and no one will complain about them. A lot of Maui was built around the same time as this place. I've stayed in a similar 80's unit before, but that one was 60% less in price and beachfront.

excellent location
poorly equipped: very loud sofa bed remove the basic comfort of sleep
3.3
the ocean views
the room was not the one in the pictures. There were cockroaches and silverfish in the unit. There is a garbage Shute right out side our door and dumpster that got picked up. There were 2 police incidents in different nights right under guest bedroom. The
TV did not work, the kitchen sink was
plugged and not fixed before we left.
This room stated ocean views and steps to the beach. This unit was right off the Main Street we had no view of
anything and the pool was a long way away. The shower at pool did not work.
There was water damage in the ceiling in the guest bedroom. This was a BIG
ripoff. Totally disappointed.
3.3
location
it was loud at night
3.3
Sent code morning of arrival
Road noise and parking lot noise, unit is right next to the road on bottom floor and could hear everything all day and night was NOT peaceful. Not an ocean view condo, for the price was expecting peace and quite. No air-conditioning.
3.3
We had an amazing stay! Very few things we would have changed!
Not having ac was the only downside to this room. It did have 2 fans but they definitely needed to be upgraded!

dishwasher overflowed; bathtub drain blocked.

They could have better guide signs or ways to guide you as to where your room was. For example, we got there late at night so there was no office to tell us where the room was and we had to walk around the whole building trying to guess where it was at.

Cockroaches

We enjoyed many good food places and how close it was to the beach
no air conditioner and a guest nearby was smoking marijuana and it stunk in our unit on a daily basis. kitchen was missing basis pans such as a frying pan and an omelette spatula
3.3
Less than a minute walking distance to a small beach.
Very humid and hot (no ac in unit). Also, living room fan was broken, so unable to use it. Overall, the unit could use some minor repairs, but still did it's job in giving us somewhere to stay.
3.3
Location to beaches and town, ease of check-in, cleanliness, elevators, pool, hot tub, BBQ's, parking, laundry
The beach chairs seem to be bent on the arm rests. Difficult to sit in.
3.3
Location.
It's too hot. We asked for 2 fans. They gave 1. Ceiling fan too slow. Stagnant water in the dishwasher. Kitchen needs upgrade.

all except parking
the parking no assigned parking

beautiful location
a few minor updates needed to property

The condo #127 is on the end by the road and the park and the trash chute. So lots of night noises. The roosters live on the edge of the park, so we heard them starting at 3 or 4 am. The park closes at 9 but only to cars. Without air conditioning we had to leave the doors open for air flow, so the party noise came in too. During the day there was construction noise next door. So I have to say for the price we paid of over $760.00 a night for a 2 bed 2 bath condo I am totally disappointed. The resort it self was nice and the ocean front lawn was wonderful to use. However the reservation process was deceiving and confusing. I started looking on booking.com but actually rented through Vacasa? Maybe that explains why the fees were so high
We stayed 11 nights in Kihei for $1200.00 less.
3.3
Not applicable, breakfast places near by were good.
No air conditioner. Internet never worked.
3.3
beautiful
I loved everything
3.3
I loved the beach front location which is excellent for viewing lanai and sea turtles 🐢. Excellent grills by the pool and lush landscape on the property. A big recommendation to stay at Pakistan maui!
3.3
Room was supposed to have a partial ocean and pool view. We were all of the way in back corner. Not as advertised
3.3
View! Space! Washing machine!
This is very minor, but maybe give us more coffee filters than the amount of days we stay there. Maybe 2 per day?
