séjour en amoureux,bon resto sur grande allé et petite tourné des pubs dans le vieux :)

la situation géographique ... entre le vieux et la grande allée c'est pratiquement comme etre sur le terrain du chateau le cachet de la chambre avec la pierre c'est magnifique #MK254 Chambre identique au image

la sonorisation des fenetres mais c'était pas dramatique pas assez pour que je dise que je ne re-louerais pas... il n'y as pas de séchoir dans la chambre

Avoid this place! Rude staff ! No customer service

Beautiful property in a good location

Rude staff, no where to store luggage before or after your stay. I arrived a little early and someone on the phone said I could check in and told me where to get the key. I called back to say I couldn’t find the key and got a woman who said I would need to pay $60 to check in 1.5 hours early, when I tried to explain I had just spoken to someone who didn’t mention the charge she hung the phone up on me. No one is there for check in and repeated calls at the number provided were never answered. All information the hotel sent with info and check in instructions was all in French and I couldn’t read any of it. I was with my 80 year old mother for her birthday and we waited in the rain for our room until the nice man in the coffee shop helped us. During my stay I helped several people open the lock boxes to get their key because it was super difficult to open. I would avoid this place

Très belle expérience au cœur du Vieux Québec

Penthouse spacieux, emplacement privilégié au cœur du Vieux Québec, literie confortable, cuisine bien équipée, atmosphère chaleureuse et conviviale, bien insonorisé, adapté aux familles... Je recommande sans hésiter !

Localisation Chambre spacieuse

Aucun personnel sur place. Pas de réceptionniste tout se fait par mail. Système de code pour récupérer les clés. Heureusement que le gérant du café était là pour nous aider. Pas de ménage ni de remplacement de serviette pendant notre séjour.

Great place to stay

Excellent location, great quality room, good water pressure.

There's a bit of street noise. You can sometimes hear trucks backing up in the morning and one of our upstairs neighbors was stomping around a bit one night. Generally not bad though and I'm picky about noise. Earplugs will do the trick and it's kind of to be expected given the very central location.

No hay recepción, por lo que no hay donde guarden el equipaje hasta las 4 de la tarde que es tu checking y tuvimos una energencia, dejamos un medicamento en la habitación y no habia quien pudiera abrirla

4 Star Not- only b/c fiasco checking in.

Loved the cleanliness and newness of the room and location.

Admin/reception impossible to connect with. Had to spend and extra $50 taxiing to and from their other location downtown to leave our luggage until we could be checked in. Had trouble retrieving our luggage from the sister hotel downtown that held our luggage until check in. No bath towels or dish towels or paper towels in the lift. Had to use hand towel after showering.

A few extra would have been nice. Some extra coffee pods, sheets for pull out couch, paper towels, hand soap for bathrooms and dish towels for kitchen. Also, Sonos didnt work.

The only thing is good for this property is it’s location

The location is absolutely perfect

First, our room bathroom fan wasn’t working at all Second, room was little bit smelly I don’t know why Third, finding keys were nightmare because instruction sent by owner was not really clear. However, everything was good specially location and also I didn’t recommend this property to stay since it was really expensive ( by expensive mean it isn’t worth for this property) you can absolutely find much better and super clean properties for much less than this.

Great location; beautiful room; too many inconveniences

The location: it’s in the shadow of Chateau Frontenac. And the room was beautiful: original exposed stone walls with tasteful modern furnishings. The bathroom was also well done. A five-star rating for these points.

Didn’t realize when booking this that there is no dedicated parking. Parking garage across the street is usually full; takes luck to get in. Street parking somewhat minimal. Nearest lot is 4 blocks away. Stressful arrival. No conventional front desk; no one on duty for help at all times. Bathroom lacked towels. Emailed for them; returned to no towels. Eventually got 3, but it seemed a chore. Sink wouldn’t drain; took awhile to figure out to push stopper to open it. Make sure you don’t get a room on basement floor.

The location of the apartment cant be beat. The room is nice and updated. We would recommend this place and company.

The apartment was great. The staff receptive. Easy entrance. The only issue was we didn't have towels for the bathroom and theres no lobby so it took some time to get them. Next time i would just check the room on arrival. The owner of the shop downstairs is super nice. Othrrwise the place is great. We would recommend this because the location couldnt be better.

AC was not working properly, room was hot. The person at reception tried her best but she didn’t have training. On call mechanic was needed. A few spots of mold in shower. On 2nd day the elevator was dirty and no one cleaned for two days

Comfort in a superb location.

The main selling point of this property is the location, which is fantastic. The room I had was beautiful too and very comfortable. The shower was very powerful. Although there is no restaurant, there are tons of places around, including a nice cafe in the same building.

I didn't like the fact that the code to get in couldn't be sent to me until I sent my visa card number, despite the fact that I had paid in full a week or so beforehand. It is not that easy to stay on top of emails in another country, when your phone is not working all the time.

Unusual proceedure for check in. Minimal staff on site.. In our king bed suite, the "kitchenette" was really more like a wet bar with microwave and mini fridge.

We enjoyed our time there. The facility was very nice and comfortable.

Parking was a challenge and then getting our luggage to the room. Mobility issues are a concern and that complicated our getting from the parking garage to our room.

Fantastic location and stylish rooms

The location is ideal, right in old town. The room was clean and well furnished, and stylish, too. The checkin and checkout processes were easy.

The followup email containing access information did not arrive until a few minutes before checkin, which is fine, but in that case the initial confirmation email should be revised to not say the access information will arrive a couple hours before. The pendant lights in our room did not respond to the slider or any other lightswitch, forcing us to unscrew the bulbs to turn off the light at night. The "checked out" sign (part of the checkout process) was not present in the room.

Great location, clean and neat.

The location of La Maison Kent is just perfect. It is just a few steps from Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. There are lots of restaurants and shops around. Property appears to be recently renovated. It is clean and comfortable.

There is no regular or scheduled maintenance. Therefore, for longer stays this is a problem. For example, you need to take out the garbage etc. Also, the management is a “self check in and self check out “ type. Therefore, if you need to contact a manager or attendant you need to call or email them first. This is not the best in my opinion.

Fantastic location.

The location was fantastic, the room was comfortable once some issues were sorted out. Modern facilities.

4pm check in is too late. There is nowhere to leave your luggage while you wait to check in except the café in front at a high charge. Wifi wasn’t working and it took until the evening for management to respond.

Beautiful rooms, very clean, loved the location. Hard to get keys, but a service worker was there cleaning and he assisted and helped.

The room was beautiful and very clean, the bed was very comfortable and loved the pillows. The location was great, close to everything.

Buy milk.... Their coffee is good, but there's no milk, cream, or sugar. We also thought we had room service, and we were told they don't clean rooms. If we wanted it done, there was a $60 charge! It was fine we only stayed 2 days. More than that, I'd like it done! Also there's NO parking in the hotel.

Great room, but staff was dismissive and we did not have electricity on second day of stay.

The room is very nice and comfortable. The location is awesome, right next to the Chateau Frontenac, good restaurants, etc.

We did not have electricity in our room on the second day of our stay, making it impossible to charge all of our electronics, get ready to go out, keep our drinks cold, luckily the bathroom and heat were working. We talked with this nice man at the front desk and he said that maintenance would come only on Monday, but we were leaving on Sunday and there was nothing he could do. As we had so many plans on, we did not contacted the property via booking.com until our check out. The person we talked was very dismissive, rude and said that they would not reimburse us, because they were unaware of any power outage. I guess the guy at the front desk didn’t tell them or they didn’t believe me. Not to speak about the hard time to get to our room, because the place they kept the key was Broken! the front desk guy gave us a spare key.
