About this apartment rental

Please note: There will be construction going on in the building from April 15 - June 8, 2024. New sliding doors are being installed in all the units in the building. My unit is scheduled for the week of May 20 - May 25, 2024.

Cleaning - We have purchased additional stock of linens so that all bedspreads are cleaned each week before your arrival. All pillow shams, bedspreads, sheets and towels are washed between renters.

The laundry fee is refundable if the renter chooses to wash the sheets and towels used during their stay before check out. Renters may leave 1 load for cleaning service and get full refund of laundry fee.

Our rentals run SATURDAY to SATURDAY due to the availability of my cleaning staff.

Unit 502 finished a remodel in Nov 2018. King bed in Master with sleep number mattress, twin beds in second bedroom and a queen pull out sofa along with tile floors and 2 full baths, new kitchen, new furniture.

The Seawinds is located on the southern end of the beautiful white-sand crescent beach of Marco Island. Being one of the closest condos to the water, the Seawinds provides the sights and sounds that make Florida's beaches so popular. Our unit is on the 5th floor and faces the beach and ocean with unobstructed views. Enjoy panoramic beach scenery to the north and south, but the best views are those of sunset and the beach, directly to the west. Both the living areas and the master bedroom open to the lanai for unforgettable beach views.

The complex features swimming pool, whirlpool spa, tennis courts. Nearby, enjoy fine restaurants, unique shops and nightly entertainment within walking distance.

Linens and towels provided, beach towels, beach chairs, flat screen TV's and cable in living room and both bedrooms, wifi.

Note - Our unit is not large enough to accommodate motorized scooters inside the unit.

There is a $50 parking fee that is charged by the building and Condo Association that goes towards security. This is not charged by me.

The space is updated and clean! Easy access to the beach and pool, which was extremely important to us. We could go down and up multiple times a day with a toddler and infant. The infant fit nicely in a pack n play in main room closet. Plenty of beach towels and beach equipment provided. Everyone else staying at the condo was very nice.

What a spot! It rained the first day, but we were so cozy and watching the rain from the balcony was beautiful. We had sun the rest of the week and such a simple walk to the beach. Also slept great every night.

Condo was just as pictured. Great location on the beach with beautiful views. We saw dolphins swimming by from our balcony. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Pool was heated and the hot tub was a plus for the cooler weather we had.

This was our fourth year staying in Marco Island and our first time in this condo at the Seawinds complex. Libbie’s condo was exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Check in with Debbie was pleasant she gave us all the info we needed for our stay. We enjoyed sitting in the balcony with the beautiful ocean just below. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation and stay at this property! The unit was super clean and presented just as the pictures online. The oceanfront views were beautiful and we enjoyed sitting outside at sunset. The communication with the owner and property managers started before our trip began and continued throughout our stay. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning that was quickly addressed and resolved. I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. I look forward to booking this condo again next year!!

This condominium accepts weekly visitors so it’s quite popular. The units are small but have the same views and white sand as the high end condos so that’s a huge plus and easier on the budget! The building is a bit tired looking but many of the units have been nicely updated. The main feature of the Sea Winds is that every unit has direct beach views. The unit I rented for three weeks was well done, very clean and the beds were comfortable. The sofa was new and very nice. There was plenty cookware and there were basic supplies provided. A washer and drier were in the unit. Beach chairs and toys were available in a storage closet near the elevators. The owner was available if needed and local assistance was always available although I did not need them. The pool area has chase lounges but only one table with 4 chairs located inside a covered area which is first come first serve. A few more umbrella tables with chairs would have been nice. The south end of the beach is quieter than the busy north end but there are plenty of dining and shopping options all along Collier Blvd. I would recommend this property and my host to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a premier location for much more space and much less cost than a hotel stay.

Our trip was wonderful. Working with Libbie and her team was so easy from check-in to check-out. The condo was beautiful, clean and as pictured. The ocean view is priceless. It had all the amenities that made our vacation better: umbrella, beach chairs, wagon, towels, coolers. The location was convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. We highly recommend staying here and plan to come back next year. Heaven.

My family and I stayed for a week in this condo. It was perfect! It had everything we needed. I was pleasantly surprised when we found the storage unit full of chairs and anything else to make our beach days perfect. Perhaps my favorite part of our stay was waking up and enjoying my coffee on the balcony with the most spectacular view of the beach. I have been coming to the west coast of Fl for over 30 years but have never seen a beach quite like Marco. I highly recommend staying here. The owner and property manager was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Referred by friends and met all of our expectations. The unit was very clean ,updated, and impeccably decorated. Located on one of the best beach areas on the Island. We saw dolphins daily and had great walks looking for shells .Libbie and Keren met all of our needs and answered all of our questions. Looking forward to a future stay.

Many times what you see online is not what you get when you arrive. Online this property looks great. Every room very tastefully updated, great view and very clean. When we walked through the door we were so happy to see that it is exactly what we saw online. The view may be better! Debbie who checked us in was fantastic. So welcoming and helpful. The unit was pristine. The next day we went to the very well maintained and HEATED pool and had a great time. The beach is literally just a few steps away and it is beautiful. 502 is just high enough for plenty of privacy but not too high so you don't feel close to the ocean. The sunsets are beyond words either from the balcony or on the beach. Libbie the host communicates very well and is eager to make sure your stay is perfect. We can't wait to stay with her again!

Check-in / out very easy, friendly & efficient. The condominium is freshly renovated in very good taste. Larger bedroom has a very comfortable Sleep Number bed. Kitchen cabinets, countertops, sink & appliances all newer. Families that want to do a lot of cooking might find the kitchen counter space a little limited. It worked perfect for us & we appreciated the open floor space. Thoughtfully appointed. Would recommend & will likely stay again.

Our family stayed at Libbie’s property for one week and overall would highly recommend! The check in process was simple and communication was great. Debbie welcomed us to our unit and ensured all our questions were answered. We had a few minor issues with sliding glass doors and blinds - those were addressed right away. The unit is freshly updated and well stocked. We enjoyed eating meals on the balcony watching the sunset and dolphins play. We loved location of Sea Winds and would walk/bike almost everywhere. The pool was great! Heated, clean and never crowded. If you are looking for quiet, clean and updated condo, look no further! We hope to return again soon!

Found this rental as a last minute stay after Hurricane Ian changed our plans of staying at our timeshare on Sanibel. We chose this rental because of location, and price. This was a little more per night than some places on Marco, but the cheaper places looked not as nice and some outdated. Reserving was fast and easy. We requested the stay online and Libbie contacted me within 20 minutes to confirm. Communication was great. For as nice as this place is we thought it was a great price. On the lower to mid in price as alot of rentals on Marco. $60 deposit is returned if you launder the towels and bedding which was quickly refunded 2 days after our stay. Only issue with price is they charge $50 for parking when you check in. Check in was easy. We were met by Debbie who was great. She showed us the condo. Showed us around the property. Condo is updated and very nice. Only issue was the sliding patio door. Could tell this door was older. Kept jumping off the rollers. Was informed that a new one was on order. The place was pretty clean. Noticed some dust in the bathroom on a pitlcture frame coming from the fan. And a couple of the utensil were not cleaned very well. Some of the sheets need to be replaced. Otherwise place was clean. The building you can tell is older. But not a big deal to us. The key system they have is a little dated. Have to use a key to get onto the beach, into the building. Which is good, keeps people who are not staying there out. Pool was great. A bit small for how many rooms this place has, but there is the beach. Beach was just a little walk from the pool. Nice location on the south part of Marco. I would rate this place a 4 out of 5. We enjoyed the stay. We would definitely look to stay in this rental again in the future.
