Lovely lodge, very clean and stylish, lots of attention to detail, we wanted for nothing!

Absolutely wonderful stay at No 44. Denise was super helpful and replied to all my enquiries with speed. The house was absolutely spot on for staying with a dog and the enclosed deck meant she could potter around without us worrying about escaping.
The house was clean and had just about everything we could need for a week, the weather was fabulous and the bay is perfectly located for visiting Filey, Scarborough and Bridlington. We’ll definitely be trying to book no44 and stay again! Thanks Denise for a perfect stay!

Lovely property with all the modern amenities like home. As the weather was dreadful when we stayed, didn't venture too far Living room TV was very modern and up to date, bedroom TVs not so. Main bed was uncomfortable to sleep in as the mattress was too soft for my liking. The onsite pub was very expensive and was comparable to London prices. Overall a good impression spoiled by weather

Lovely property. Everything you could need. Peaceful location. Assess to great beach. Close to Filey Bridlington and Scarborough.
Even the weather was good.

We stayed for a long weekend at the lodge and enjoyed every minute. This is about our seventh time staying at The Bay but the first time at this lodge. It is much better then the lodges you can book through away resorts who run the site. This lodge has a lot of thought gone into it, from the larger bed, the fenced in decked area to allow the dogs the roam out when they want but be secure, to all the little items and extra crockery and utensils.
The location of this lodge is great too as it is a short walk from the main area with the pub and swimming pool etc, but also in a quieter location with lesser foot traffic past it.
We would highly recommend staying here.

The break was lovely, but ruined by a comment from the host after we left. Saying dog friendly, but comments on the odd dog hair on the sofa. Bedding was wet, usually is after a shower. Had to do a "deep clean'
...should this not be standard. Im questioning how clean it was when we got there !

The property was immaculate and we were well catered for. We met the owners, Denise and John, who were staying on the site for the weekend and they came to do some maintenance, they were lovely. We had some lovely dog walks on the beach. The site is kept to a very high standard. We loved it.

Had an amazing long weekend at this stunning lodge. Denise was the perfect host who was incredibly responsive to any questions and the lodge was simply stunning.
A great location which was lovely and peaceful but within easy walking distance of everything.
100% recommend and we'll definitely be back!!

Excellent property. Clean and well equipped. Good location. Pity the resort was over run with football teams attending a local tournament. Loud, drunk parents were worse than the children. We always stay at the Bay but won't do bank holidays again

We enjoyed a lovely 4 night break here.
This place was really clean & spacious.
Could do with Prosecco glasses but we made do with the wine glasses!
lovely to use the on site pool & to walk down to the beach.
The beds were a bit too soft for us as we like a firm mattress but everyone likes different beds.
Well worth a visit.

We have just returned from a lovely long weekend stay. The Beech house is in a great sunny position with great views and was beautifully furnished, clean and warm. The beds were so comfortable. We will definitely return.

Our favourite place to stay , we go to filey every February half term with our granddaughters. Never stayed on the bay before but will definitely be looking to stay there. Extremely clean and tidy , and plenty of amenities on sute for you to use. Filey is a couple of miles along the road gave us the perfect holiday

Great property where everything seems to have been carefully considered, and everything is provisioned for to make your stay as relaxing as possible. Reading the guest book, it is clear that ideas for improvement have been accommodated which is a credit to the owner.

The accommodation was lovely, very nicely presented. Unfortunately on arrival we found that the cleaners had failed to turn up to clean up from the previous guests. Denise was extremely apologetic and worked to get it sorted straight away. Once we were settled in we were impressed with the little touches that had been made to make us feel welcome. Little things such as treats for the dogs were very much appreciated. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

Immaculate accommodation in a very quiet and relaxing location
Everything in the house was fresh, clean and tastefully decorated. The house is in a quiet location close to all the on-site facilities yet tucked away on the edge of the wild flower meadow so ideal for dog walking.

Fabulous stay, immaculate lodge, great location!
We absolutely loved our stay at no.44. The location is perfect, only a short 10 minute walk to the beach. The lodge was well equipped, there is absolutely everything you need. Denise was super helpful when we wanted to turn the heating off, as the lodge is nice and warm! We loved being able to sit on the decking outside in the evening sun with a drink. Read the guestbook for some great recommendations on cafes, restaurants and places to visit. Super dog friendly too. Thank you Denise! We will hopefully revisit soon.

Filey break
Very good accommodation. Everything you could possibly need and very clean. Host very pleasant and helpful. Site quiet and relaxing and just a six minute drive away from Filey.
Did not use facilities on site but there is a swimming pool and gym, plus a pub. Ten minute walk to beautiful beach but it is steep.

No44 exceeded expectation, fully equipped and very comfortable. Excellent service and communication from Denise, lovely welcome pack. Brilliant quiet location, 10 minutes walk from beach. This was our second visit to The Bay in 6 weeks but our first time in this lodge, would definitely book again.
