Stanza molto piccola.

Good value for money
Mold in windows, very tight, thin walls super noisy at times
3.6
Very calm place, good bed, and good facilities.
Staircase to access the room is super small, tight and hard to climb it.
Breakfast is not served with punctuality. Other than that, the rest is ok.

Very friendly host, good breakfast and although the room was small it had everything you need.
Very close to transport links. Easy to reach city centre, airport and other destinations.

The room is small, but big enough for 2 people and very clean. It is very close to the bus/tram station, in a very quiet and clean neighborhood. Breakfast is basic, but perfect to start the day and it was served in our room. Michèle was always very nice and helpful.
The stairs are very narrow stairs, but it was part of our adventure :D

Communication and instructions before arrival was exemplary. The host is a kind and helpful lady who wants to give you a pleasent experience. Her breakfast is simple but prepared with love. The accomodation is part of two units you can book, one bigger upstairs and one small room on street level (ours). The room and toilet gave a clean and tidy vibe. The bed was comfy, the room had all the basic ameneties you need, the shower was hot with good water pressure.
This part is written to give you a better decision making process.
We had the small room downstairs and our room was tiny! There is literally no space for luggage for two people. You need to be very comfortable with each other because there is also no privacy because the door to the bathroom is like a western saloon door. I guess the sink is only meant for washing your hands since you cannot put down your head for washing your face or your teeths. The room has only uninsulated windows, it does not seal tightly and air from outside is coming in. Also when it is raining outside water will come inside. Because of that there are some spots with mold. Also you can hear the owner's dog barking whenever someone enters the front yard. Also you can hear your fellow travellers upstairs. It's hard to fathom that rooms in AMS are so expensive that our accomodation for almost 100 bucks was one of the cheapest for two people.

Till we came-we got very friendly texts how to get till the place and from the place till airport. It was very nice. Quick comunication. Bed was good.
It was our first time in Amsterdam and very sad start. We came at night, keys was left not from our door. We were calling to mobile, but no answers. Yes I understand it was night. But for us it was very huge stress as we are not locals and we don't know where to go, where to ask for help. So, it was our luck that we got a call and information that we can come back (as we were already walking around searching hotels) and now there are good keys in the box. Things about room - yes, I have read comments before arrival-but didn't expect those stairs. For human with 2 metres tall it was very hard to get in the room. There was no toilet paper. The room was cold as ice, I was sleeping with clothes. We just wanted friendly agreement for that keys situation with some compensation or maybe morning letter with apology and bigger breakfast stuff, but all we got just offer to rent free bikes - but it don't make me happy as client because I needed to ask compensation by my self and not all people still knows how to ride bike :) so from two nights we were only that first and we just left and lost those 100 eur for one night. It doesn't matter if 100 people loved this place, that 101 person also must be valued and respected.

Room was extremely small, stairs were very tight and difficult to climb with luggage. Toilet had no hooks or racks to hang clothes or towels, which was extremely inconvenient. The hand soap dispenser was empty, and the shower head stand was broken.
Coffee capsules and tea bags were provided but cups were not provided so we could not use them...
Noise isolation was also very bad as we could hear everything happening on the street including cars and even people's conversations.

Everything. Super nice host, really cozy room with full facilities.
Our room is on the 2nd floor and the stairs are quite small and hard to get on if you have massive luggage. The toilet is also quite small. But overall, the other things are super good and we feel really comfortable staying in here.

Clean, good location

The owner was kind and caring, this was the best thing of our stay, breakfast was okay, location was fairly close to center
It's good value for money if you book it last minute and didn't plan way ahaid of time.
Bed was nice and comfortable and the tv is a plus. There is everything in the room as described. You can leave your laguage in the hall before check in and after check out, so you can pick it up later, airport bus was very close 5 min walking and 28 min you are in the airport.
Room was very small, I know from the pictures but it was smaller than I thought, we booked the small double room downstairs, I think it would be better if it's rented to one person only. In the summer it's very hot there was no fan and if you open the window you got biten by mosquitoes all night, the smell of humidity in the bathroom was too much I had trouble breathing at night from it, I had to take couple of walks at night just for a fresh air, bathroom was too small you can't even wash your face or set properly, the door of the bathroom was not even a door, I saw it from the pictures but I didn't think you cannot close it like this and you hear, smell, see everything happning in there.
There were no place to eat breakfast in the room so you had to eat it outside which is nice but if it's raining you have to eat it inside while standing up cuz there is no space for two, the pillows were so uncomfortable my neck still hurts, had trouble sleeping without waking up every single hour, you can hear everything from outside when someone is coming back and climp the stairs to go to the room above us, you hear the owner next door as well and the tv from upstairs.
There is no night bus on weekdays only on weekends so be careful. Unfortunately we couldn't see amsterdam at night beacuse of this issue which I didn't know before. I should've made my research better. I'm not the kind of person who complain and want everything perfect I lived half of my live in one room apartments but this was something else. If you pay 60 Euro extra you can book in the centre a better option if you plan it ahaid. I would guess the room upstairs was better option maybe.
Overall of everything i mentioned, Michèle was an amazing host thank you for everything.

very cosy room, very friendly host Michèle, small room but better equipped as hotels we had after that. breakfast was prepared with love and brought to the room in the morning
everything was there: water cooker, coffee machine, sandwich maker, fridge, microwave, small TV with Netflix (for my son lol), hairdryer, just a few minutes walk from bus and tram station
nothing

-on the last day, although it was confirmed that we will receive the breakfast earlier, we did not get it
-the room had a door, but only a sliding door, so the room was poorly soundproofed

We stayed at cozy room. It was a very clean small room. Inside the room there was everything a traveler could need. For example, kettle, small coffee machine, microwave, toaster, small refrigerator, towel, shampoo, hair dryer etc. we are great full!
Everything was perfect. only thing was it is a bit far from city center but it takes only 25 minutes by bus which is just 2 minutes walk away from house.

A very cozy room with everything you need for some days in Amsterdam. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful, easily accessed by transportation or even by bike, which can be provided by the host. Michèle is very nice, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast is perfect to start the day. We loved our time in Mi BnB.
We have no complaints.
