A comfortable property with a large double bed and parking space.

The property was heated for us when we arrived. Having a large double bed was important to us and having a parking space was very useful.

Great Apartment

Lovely, clean apartment in extension off large house. Lovely and warm. Good hot shower. Kitchen, good facilities. Bed very comfortable. Lounge comfy. French doors from lounge look out on to lovely paved garden. Had breakfast watching the squirrels. Great parking on site One straight toad into centre. Good retail park on route to centre tk maxi, m&s food, matalan, next. If driving anyone into town multi storey car park behind, tourist info. Owner is very friendly and accommodating.

Doors to shower entrance quite narrow. More cutlery needed. Was worried we may break what looked like expensive crockery, liteweight cheaper crockery would ge good.

Hartelijke ontvangst van de eigenaresse. Het huisje is gezellig ingericht lampjes branden bij binnenkomst. Heel schoon een heerlijk bed en een keuken met alles erop en eraan. En op loopafstand van het centrum van Stratford. Een dikke 10.

A comfortable pleasant stay

it was self catering but plenty of tea and coffee. Comfortable pleasant accommodation and very well presented.

A little bit small, but not excessively so. Otherwise perfect. Not in the centre but not far and conveniently placed on way out of town.

Modern and very comfortable. Good value compared to hotel prices. Very well equipped

With a few tweaks it would be very suitable for a less able person For example - step into apartment very high extra step needed and grab rail Shower needed grab rail even for able bodied.

Great Venue

What a lovely place to stay! You won't be disappointed. It was lovely and clean, the bed was very comfortable. A nice little extra treat with a hamper of goodies to eat. The host is a lovely lady and very friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you Sharon. It is only a 20 minute walk to the town centre with plenty of shops nearby. I would highly recommend this place to stay!

Pleasant stay with helpful host.

Excellent location 10 mins walk from centre and all supermarkets 5 mins walk. Parking in front drive very handy. Well equipped kitchen.

Just brilliant, everything you could want in accomodation.

The comfort, decor and general set up was excellent. Everything you could want was there, full kitchen, comfy lounge, great bed and easily accessible shower. The owner Sharon was very friendly and had left a basket of goodies including chocolates, cereal and nibbles. Very much appreciated.

Delightful, peaceful, home from home.

Like a home from home. 2nd time staying here, and will definitely stay again. Sharon, the host, is lovely very accommodating - there if you need her, and very respectful to to your privacy. The garden is delightful and very private, the accommodation is gorgeous, with the delight of little extras with a snack basket of crisps/biscuits/choc bars, even ready pots of porridge, milk, and plenty of tea/coffee. Even an airfryer. Thank you for a delightful stay :)

Nice quiet relaxing place for weekend or few days away.

Location was very good. Found it no problem at all. Loved the Air fryer, very easy to use.

Bed could have done with a mattress topper. was a little hard. thats just my preference.

Lovely apartment for 2 people was part of a main house , you had your own entrance.

Out side sitting could have been a bit more private, we didn't realise it was further away fro the town, busses were not that frequent.

The apartment is very well equipped and presented, the owners have thought of everything. Liked the idea of the welcome basket full of goodies and milk and water in the fridge. The area is lovely and quiet if you are looking for a peaceful stay. Offroad parking is a good bonus. The check-in process was very easy, didn't have to meet or contact anyone but was provided with a telephone number if needed.

The lounge layout was a bit strange. Had to sit sideways on the settee to be able to watch the tv. The heating went off in the evening and I felt cold when I went to bed
