Location and beach access
Villas are dated

The location is easily accessible and quiet. The beach is clean and serene. The room is spacious.
We had to pay to use the room safe.
The snack shop closes by 5pm.
We got complimentary water only on the first day despite spending 7 nights.

l'emplacement
beaucoup trop de mobilier qui laisse peu de place de vie - pas de resto surtout pour le petit Déj - vieil établissement

I love that the property was near the beach and other hotels. To eat was convenient and it is close to the capital.
I think the sofa couch should be changed. It was uncountable to sleep on and hard. The living room a.c. Should be updated as well,

Next to beach. The beach view apartments are very nice. A small store in the property is convenient. Taxis easily available. Staff is helpful. Close to St. John. $4 per person for shuttle, 10 min away.
These are individually owned apartments. If you are lucky , you get a one that is upgraded and well maintained. We had two apartments. The one where kids stayed was nicely upgraded , but ours was dated. The restaurant next door was priced on the higher side.

The property was cleaned and ready well maintained
Not enough restaurants.

Amazing views. There was no need to leave the property. All restaurants that we needed were along the beach. Walked out the patio door to the beach and right into the restaurants.

Great Location several restaurants within walking distance.
The units cabinets and microwave were unreachable to a 5 ft person. No water pressure. No swimming in pool after 7pm Need a car or Taxi to get food. The better one is further away but you need to know this.

Everything was amazing. Just steps from the shore, literally. You could swim in your dreams and make that a reality just in seconds!

amazing location, helpful staff, good wifi, beautiful surroundings

Awesome location fronting Dickenson Bay. Really friendly / helpful staff at the reception and lots of on site security. Well maintained condo resort with various private owners who take pride in their units. Very clean.
Public transport accessibility isn’t the greatest therefore if you don’t hire a car prepare to taxi all over the island at inflated prices.

The location was great, close to everything and near the beach
The shower in the bathroom was a bit tight

The condominium is lovely , 1 minute from the beach and pool available . The garden and surroundings are very looked after and cared for. Very nice and friendly people populate it .
Very very expensive for what it offered .
For four people I would have preferred a proper bed instead of a sofa bed . Kitchen appliances were old and dirty.
The bathtub downstairs does not drain water and looked quite old - in need of a renovation. On booking it is advertised as a resort but it definitely does not have the services of a resort. They are apartments in a residential private condominium .

everything
the noise from Ana’s next door and Sandals

Perfect location. Great accommodation. We were very fortunate to have an apartment with a sea view. Very clean and staff always friendly and helpful.
We had an issue with an electric bike. Not really a fault of the property and our kind receptionist helped resolve the issue for us.
9.0
it is located on the Dickson bay. the kitchen is well equipped and there are a few restaurants nearby, so you can decide eat in or out. the staff is really helpful, when I was stacked with stingray tour, Katy Ann helped me to sort it out.

we rented two units, both of which have an ocean view from the balcony. the village should consider upgrading the beach chairs. they are not at the standards of what they charge
the parking is shared with Ana’s restaurant. during the day, the vans that bring tourists to spend the day blocks the parking. I complain to the front desk, but they have not done anything. the village should take care of this issue.

The location on the beach
Lack in the choice of restaurants near by and the room was a bit dated

Breach access, pool access, hygiene, parking, water sports
Price, safe box lock to be purchased, no gym

Loved the gardens and proximity to the beach and restaurants.
7.0
location and the access to the beach.
the building needs few upgrades such as cord entry to the condo, better parking space, safe etc.

Exceptional location in front of Dickenson beach. The studio was clean and with good internet connection; it seems it was renovated recently. You need a car to go to the supermarket, but there is a small market in front of the hotel selling some basics and the hotel staff can purchase other groceries for you at a small fee. Great value for money.
Nothing really.

Location was excellent. Ideally located for the beach
