Great view shame about the apartment

The view and the wild life , and the pool

No A/C Shabby and needs major refurbishment Some of the furniture had insects It needs a deep clean and redecoration Kitchen equipment needs updating We complained about the state of the place and the owner blamed the previous guest , if they knew there were issues why were they not sorted before we arrived

Nice place to stay

The property is located in a quiet location which makes it perfect if you are looking for a chilled holiday. I would suggest renting a car if you stay there. They have their own parking. Location is good, 5 minutes by car from Dickinson bay beach which is absolutely stunning.

Everything was fine apart from a lack of air conditioning. They have enough fans around the house but it tends to be quite hot inside. If they had air conditioning it would perfect.

Great for people in a group, with a car, who like the heat.

It was difficult to find, despite the instructions. Two steep flights of stairs with heavy luggage was not fun in 30 degree heat. No air con - so the place was an oven. It did not feel particularly clean. Neighbours dogs barking for ages. People talking loudly outside at 3am. As a single woman traveller, I did not feel safe there. A very long walk to the beach. I moved out as soon as I could and headed down to the beach resorts - so much better.

The toilet- would have been nice if works properly Rusty, wobbly shelf in shower. Too many steps, especially with luggage. Rather shabby - interior needs tlc.

Hidden gem, home away from home, perfect place to stay.

great area that felt really authentic Caribbean as apposed to other villa/apartments we saw that were very plain and westernised. It was perfect for what we needed for a little long weekend, but we didn’t cook anything there so can’t comment on what it would be like to stay longer and cater. Great views, right by the pool. 2 bedrooms, clean and well stocked. over all very happy and would stay again if returning to the island.

It was difficult to find in the dark so we had to ask for help but in daylight I don’t think that would be a problem. The amount of steps whilst weren’t a huge problem once settled in, made getting luggage up and down challenging and makes this property unsuitable for those with mobility issues. Some of the property could do with replacing/sprucing up, ie shelf in shower old and rusted.

Memorising views in a beautiful location

Lovely apartment with fantastic views and great swimming pool , yet only a shortish walk from the beach, and great selection of restaurants. Host was very accommodating to our check in/out.

For a 6 day stay, a midweek clean would have been welcome, and we were nearly caught out by a lack of toilet roll, but the supermarket was only a short drive /taxi away

Paradise!!

This villa is in one of the nicest parts of the island with the superb beach of Dickerson Bay close to hand. Excellent facilities with the pool just a few steps away. A car is needed for shipping etc.

Highly recommended

I really appreciate the cosy, homely ambiance. I felt like I was home away from home. The view is breathtaking and the pool was everything.

I really dont have any complaints. It was an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend.
