• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. .
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. - 8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.

This location is great. We often walked to places in the French Quarter we wanted to visit, but it's also right on a streetcar stop, which was a fun way to get to the NE side of the French Quarter.
The directions we received for check-in where extremely informative, timely, succinct and helpful. One email answered all our questions and gave us all the information we needed for our stay.
Things we learned... if you arrive early and want to store your luggage in the locker, check with the building concierge first. The locker wasn't working when we were there. The building concierge desk said that was often the case and offered to store all our bags for us until our check-in time.
This condo is in a building that has a section specifically for rentals. That being the case, it's designed for those of us that are there for a short stay.
The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean. It had a plenty of towels, as well as everything you'd expect in the kitchen.
Our family of 4 stayed here, so we didn't use all the bedrooms. As you can see from the pictures, the living/dining/kitchen area is pretty small and has seating for 4-5, plus seating for 6 at a small table. I think the living/kitchen/dining area would be cramped for a bigger crowd, but was perfect for our party of 4.

Came to NOLA for a weekend of concerts at Mardi Gras World. Nothing fancy but was very pleased with the location and room. Its walking distance to a lot of areas if you like to walk. check in could not be easier and and the doors have codes so you don't have to worry about a room key.

It's like an apartment in the middle of the city. With most kitchen things and washer and dryer, it was great. The parking garage just a block over was not too expensive seeing as we didn't move our car for the week and just took the streetcars or walked. The staff was quick to clean up any mess in the main public areas, which was nice.

Stay was nice. Condo was nice. Only complaints would be the rust spots on refrigerator and bedroom carpet needs to be cleaned. Otherwise it was a nice condo and good location.

The condo is well equipped in kitchen and even has a small washer and dryer. The bed is comfortable, except it needs a fitted sheet on the bottom sheet! You fight the flat sheet on the bottom all night. The bathroom needs a tray or shelf for shampoo and items in the shower. The neighborhood is safe and easy walk or street car to everything. It was clean and updated. The late check out even for a fee was fabulous for our late flight!

We had a great stay. The location of air b&b is near bourbon st and French quarter. Also you have easy access to the trolly. Exterior of the building is deceiving and the neighborhood appears isolated. Once you enter the room there is a pleasant surprise with comfortable lodging. You have everything you need in the room. Good location. Did not hear a single ambulance. A few revelers but rare. Bus, bikes and trolley were within 2 blocks. Easy acess to highway,vtoo. Still no towel racks. A kitchen hand towel would have been nice to have but paper towels were provided. Good basic amenities. Take the red trolley up Canal for the Fresh Market. Rooftop patio could have used more attention but passable. Will be back.

This property was perfect for our family’s vacation in New Orleans! Close to the streetcar stop, making it easy to get anywhere! The condo itself was spacious and very nice!! Huge king bed in the private bedroom. Newly redone shower. I just wish there were more hooks to hang towels up. Nice washer and dryer which we did use twice. Very nice kitchen and living room area. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay!!

Good location and quiet but still close to French quarter. Hosteeva was very responsive to our questions. Couch is not at all comfortable for sitting especially after long day of walking the city. But the bed was good and comfy.

The condo was very nice. The few things we didn’t like were that the parking was sort of strange and we had to carry luggage out of a parking garage and across the street. I also didn’t like that we had to enter a code every time we needed to get into our room. Other than that everything was great. Check in was easy peasy. Loved the location.

Location was great! We were within walking distance to most things. Could have used a few simple things like extra hooks in the bathroom, full length mirror, etc. The couch was not very comfortable as a bed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. Overall it was a great stay.

The unit was in a great location, close walking distance to Canal and Bourbon Street. Very spacious 1 bedroom apartment. The kitchen was awesome with all necessary appliances. It looks like someone has used the wrong kind of cleaner on the stainless steel refrigerator and it has caused a little bit of rust but nothing major. We also noticed that there are no hooks or towel racks in the bathroom so it was a little difficult keeping a clean and dry towel when showering. Luckily there was a washer and dryer available. Other than the minor inconveniences, no complaints at all!

Quiet business neighborhood that is a 10-15 minute walk to the French quarter and a 20-25 minute walk to the WW2 museum. It is also close to a street car line and cemetery 1 and saenger theater. Communication with Hosteeva is not that responsive unless you insist.

Great place, nice location
We had a wonderful time at this property. It’s easy access to the French Quarter (4 minute Uber). Bringing bags in was a little tough because there is no loading zone. There’s a bus stop right out front, so had to take our luggage across an intersection. There is easy parking and a parking garage across the street for about $25 a day. Definitely walkable to many things, and the place had awesome amenities. The game room and rooftop zen garden were awesome!

Went down to New Orleans to celebrate my sisters college graduation with some friends of ours. The location was great! It was close to everything. The loft was bigger than we expected and had great views of the city. i definitely will be recommending this to friends and family

Good place, great location
The property was as described, our only complaints were that the thermostat didn’t seem to get the place cooled down enough which may have been because the closet where the AC was, was full of dust & the TV in the main room wouldn’t pick up internet. Other than that, the place was great.

New Orleans near French Quarter
We had a great time! Our place was no more than four blocks from the French Quarter. We parked in an outdoor lot across the street, which was very convenient when we drove anywhere. We did see a couple of cars broken into though. Also, the rooftop seating area could definitely use some more chairs. The couch where our 20-year-old son slept was not very comfortable. Overall, these were pretty minor concerns and we would definitely recommend it!

Great accommodations close to French Quarters
We enjoyed staying at this property. Good location - easy walk to many tourist attractions. The apartment was spacious and accommodated well my husband and me, and our adult daughter who stayed in the living room with her dog. The only problem we had was a poorly functioning air conditioner.

Good location
The location for our property worked well but there is a hospital nearby so ambulances were coming and going throughout the day and evening. This did not bother us but could with someone who is a light sleeper. The towels provided were sparse but we managed. It was walking distance to everything so that was great. We would stay again at this property.

Perfect!!
The condo was beautiful and very clean! Access to the building and individual room by key code made check in and entering and leaving a breeze! The location was great! Condo is located in the California Building which is nestled very nicely between Tulane Medical University and Canal street. The Roosevelt Hotel is only one block over. The building is within walking distance of all of the attractions. We came to New Orleans for an all girls trip and honestly felt very safe. There was never a time that any of us were uneasy going in or leaving the room. Roof top has seating area and was enjoyable day and night. The building does have a game room but we didn't have an access code for it. We could have called to get it but it wasn't a big deal to us. We are already planning our next trip and absolutely without doubt will be staying with Hosteeva again, hopefully in the same building as well!!
