This condo is a sanctuary in the heart of Cabarete. It’s the perfect stay for couples, business travelers, and families with an infant. Inside the resort, you will have exclusive access to 2 large pools (one of which includes the only swim-up bar in the area), a kiddie pool, and a whirlpool. As you exit the resort in the front, you are 50 steps away to the playa Cabarete (Cabarete beach) and in the prime location where all the bars and restaurants are!

Guest Access:
You’ll have access to the entire unit including the private balcony. You’ll also enjoy access to the perks of the resort, including a large swimming pool with a swim-up bar, whirlpool, kiddie pool, and laguna access. Beach access is right across the street! As you’re staying within the resort, you can rest assured all areas are kept clean and in perfect condition.

Should you desire, we are also able to offer additional laundry or cleaning services to help you enjoy your stay.

The condo has smart lock access and your code shall be provided upon booking. Please note all guests must have IDs upon checking in.

The Neighborhood:
This resort is nestled in the heart of Cabarete Beach, known to be the watersports capital of the Caribbean. The trade winds provide ideal Kite Boarding and Surfing conditions year-round. If you stay here, you will not need a car as the watersports and nightlife are only a 1 min walk away.

Getting Around:
Walk! That’s the beauty of this place, 1min walk from the beach at the section where the main strip of restaurants/bars begins. No car is necessary here, and save hundreds by avoiding $20-35 cab rides each way!

Right next to the resort you will have many other conveniences:
-BHD bank ATM across the street (for converting currency into Dominican pesos if you desire)
-Fresh Fresh Cafe next door (the best health/vegan food option in the city)
-Janet's supermarket (5min away)
-Medical Center (10min away)

If you desire to venture out further, you can also enjoy some of the following things to do in the Cabarete Caves located in El Choco National Park:
Zip Lining, ATV tours, cave tours, horseback riding, plus many more excursions that we can all arrange for you.

Monkey Jungle is also 20min away from the condo and is home to a monkey sanctuary and some of the best zip lining in the Dominican Republic.

For those further out adventures, we recommend you have a car or we can arrange our drivers to help you get there and back safely.

Kitchen is equipped with a Gas Stove, Fridge, Sink, Microwave, Pots, Pans, Plates & Utensils

Safety/Security:
While guests of Cabarete Beach usually find the beach safe the following protections are provided to our guests:
1) Condominium complex is gated with 24/7 security guards
2) The names of all guests must be provided to the security guard to gain access to the complex. Upon entering all guests will be given wristbands so they are safe to come and go as they please.
3) Security camera are located throughout the complex
4) A modern medical center is located 10min away with US and Canadian trained doctors.

***Laundry and/or additional cleaning of the room can be arranged for an extra fee. All guests must show ID at the reception desk upon arrival.***

***Electricity is not included for stays of 28 days or more, the cost is 18 pesos/kW. Meter will be checked at arrival and upon departure***
