Superb

View from the room was amazing. Spacious room and very clean. Swimming pool and bar were enjoyable. Breakfast was pretty satisfied, goood value for money.

Location was good for the view but nothing is around on walking distance. We used taxi all the time (kakaoT) so no problem, just can't reach anywhere on foot.

Great location, friendly staff, good English knowledge but unfortunately buffet breakfast was “sold-out”

Great location, view, friendly staff, good English knowledge and fair price.

I was surprised that I couldn’t book breakfast via booking.com and assumed that I could do that upon check-in. Unfortunately, the day I checked in the buffet breakfast was “sold-out“. I never heard that a buffet breakfast can be sold out. Anyway, this is a very important information which should be made aware off to its customers via booking.com.

Liked the room and facility. The massage therapist in the spa gave me one of my best massages ever.

Nice breakfast in the hotel. Variety of continental and local dishes, nice restaurant. Large rooms with a view.

Location is a bit far from main tourist facilities, you need to either cross the bridge on foot or take a taxi (taxi is quite cheap though).

A little gem city - Yeosu

Great location, breakfast was good and loved the view of the bridge from our room.

The hotel doesn't have room service during the week. They're option on Friday and Saturday is very limited and it's evening only.

do not ask “Where is a good restaurants”

New building with new facilities.

The staff did not help solve a few problems. They just showing phone numbers instead of answer some questions like where is a good restaurant.

Wonderful!

The pool was great. The view was lovely and the water was warm and clean. It was also free. We also really enjoyed having a fitness center, cafe, and a 24 hour on-site convenience store. The breakfast service was delicious with very good options! Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They also have an on-site spa and we got a wonderful massage at a discounted price because we were guests in the hotel.

The fitness center’s floor was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned recently. They also had limited hours available for housekeeping so sometimes our room didn’t get turned down because we missed the housekeeping window.

Good hotel in general, but be sure to make the right choice for bedding.

Nice hotel in general; great view (from our room) towards the suspension bridge and the bay; very friendly staff; nice breakfast restaurant; sufficient breakfast choice; nearby one end of the cable car crossing the bay (20 min. walk); convenient convenience store inside the hotel; hotel is close to the city center but you have to cross the bay which is done the easiest by taxi (which are decently priced).

We had chosen a room with futons. This was based on past (good) experience in Japan. The futons here were thinner and therefore less comfortable. Keep this in mind when choosing such a room type. On the last day, I ran into the general manager who asked me about our stay and whom I told about the futons. He indicated that, had we come to the reception earlier and told them, they would have given us extra futons to make sleeping more comfortable.

JustApparently, Ondou meant that there would be no bed in the room. Just mattress.

Great stay in Yeosu

Great location with views of the bridge and cove. Room was very clean and well stocked. Close to cable car stop. Nice to have cafe and convenience store right inside the hotel.

Feels like need to have a car to get anywhere. We had rented one so it was okay but not sure what we would have done without it.

I liked the view, it’s amazing. staff was friendly. That’s it.

Old, worn out towels, and very few room amenities (no toothpaste, toothbrush, comb). No room service, too many terms and conditions in what was advertised. Very sub-standard and underwhelming. Over-priced, lots of room for improvement.
