Nice place to stay, very nice rooms and super comfortable beds.

Beautiful hotel with a character, our room was very spacious and... the bed! - the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. We had a lovely breakfast, I really liked the food and coffee. Hotel is placed in a nice, quiet location,

The hotel is nice with his own character, however slightly dated and we found some of the pictures on corridor bit creepy.

food was very nice, apartment ok but induction cooker was not compatible with the kitchenware so unusable for us ....

missing playground area or something for kids inside the hotel

Exceptional

We stayed 18-23 Feb 2023. Special thanks to Alexandra for the flexibility and hospitality shown during our stay. We were 5 families with kids and we felt like the place is our own. I understand restaurant menu is limited to make sure there is always fresh good food. Just as a suggestion more salad option can be added.

A nice very good hotel in the Low Tetras

The hotel is a bit over valued with a 9.2 grade. By western standards is more likely to 8.7. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast is very good (but, not excellent). We had also dinner which was also very good.

TV is extremely small.

Superb

Breakfast was great and had a lot of variety. The staff was helpful. Great location for people who travel by car: parking lot, easy access to attractions in the sorrounding towns. Big courtyard with several benches where you can sit and relax.

Most of the times when we needed something, there was no one at the reception and we had to wait because there was no way of calling/ringing a bell to let them know we were there.

Highly recommended.

Excellent personnel, with a very friendly, competent and helpful manager and a delightful and attentive head waiter in the fine restaurant. Lovely building with a nice atmosphere and a pleasant park. Perfect location and very quiet.

A really comfortable and attractive hotel

We only stayed one night but would love to return for a longer stay. We especially appreciated the very friendly staff, a large and airy room, beautiful gardens, a pleasant outdoor restaurant, easy parking. A perfect base for exploring the surrounding mountains.

We found nothing to dislike.

Vladislav, the owner of the hotel was very friendly and service oriented. We had excellent dinner with tasty dishes. It seems a lot of effort was invested in the dishes which made them extrodinary. The hotel itself is a Meadville mansion with comfortable rooms..

Excellent hotel, highly recommended

The breakfast was excellent, the room was clean and spacious, the staff was very friendly. The wellness area is very nice too. The hotel has an excellent location for ski vacations, the ski bus stops right in the front of the hotel and the hotel has a very comfortable ski storage room.

Hidden gem in Liptovsky Jan

Even though we only stayed here for 1 night, we enjoyed our stay in Svatojansky Kastiel very much and we thank the lady at the reception for the great tips for trips in the area. The breakfast and dinner were excellent and the service too. Breakfast is from 7am and the distance from Jasna ski is 20 mins by car.

The heating in room 209 is slightly noisier in both on and off mode.
