Een van de beste hotels met lekker zwembad in Palomino

Het hotel heeft fijne, basic kamers, fijn bed, lekkere airco, goede douche en nette klamboe. Dankzij de vriendelijke crew en het fijne zwembad en voldoende bedjes is het een van de betere hotels in Palomino. Op loopafstand van enkele nette beachclubs, wat een extra benefit is.

Niet erg, maar het was opvallend hoeveel Nederlanders hier waren in vergelijking met de andere hotels waar we verbleven op onze rondreis.

Descanso y comida excelente

Es un paraíso en mitad del pueblo. La piscina da un gran valor a la estancia, ya que las playas no son aptas para el baño y están muy descuidadas a no ser que te alejes de la zona urbanizada. Ofrecen muy buenos masajes y su restaurante vegetariano me ofreció la mejor comida de todo mi viaje a Colombia. Las habitaciones eran cómodas y limpias. Guardan tu equipaje sin costo y cuenta con un baño con ducha exterior que puedes usar tras el check out. Todo comodidades y buen ambiente.

Quite simply the nicest place I have ever stayed at.

Relaxed ambience and balm for the soul. Smoothed off the rough edges of the Minca jungle experience. The food was healthy, fresh and tasty. The staff were always friendly and polite. It filled me with gratitude. I would return in a heartbeat.

I honestly couldn’t fault it.

La ubicación. El personal muy atento. Muy relajante.

El sistema de agua caliente comenzó a emitir humo, por lo que preferimos no usarlo. El internet en la habitación no llega. Para usarlo debes estar en el Lobby.

Het verblijf was overall plezierig gegeven dat er in Palomino niet veel te beleven valt. 3 nachten is lang genoeg.

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. De kamer was schoon

De douche was altijd koud. Het zwembad was een dag onbruikbaar ivm vervuild water. Het rook er vaak niet fris buiten de kamer. Het eten was heerlijk maar het duurde wel even.

Heerlijk ontspannen!

Personeel zeer vriendelijk, vaste gezichten. Ontbijt was uitstekend, er waren 4 keuzes. Zwembad was fijn, voldoende schaduw. En kleine sport ruimte was ook leuk.

Un lugar ideal

Es muy limpio, las habitaciones compartidas tienen aire acondicionado. Su ubicación es cerca a la playa, el personal es amable, en general me gustó la atención y las instalaciones. Volvería a quedarme sin dudarlo.

Hermoso lugar para desconectarse

El hotel es muy bonito, limpio y tranquilo, el desayuno era delicioso

El corredor entre el hotel y la playa/el comercio era muy oscuro y un poco alejado. Los lugares de ocio estaban a mínimo 10 mins caminando. Me gustaría que no fuera solo vegetariana la comida del hotel

Lovely hotel in a lovely town

The location right between the center and the beach (note for the the party people, the main bar area is located by the beach, 5/10mn walk from the hotel) the garden is beautiful and well maintained, the pool is enjoyable, breakfast was good, cocktails were fair, staff was excellent, cleaning done daily. We LOVED Palomino as a town, where yoga people meet the surfers and party goers early in the morning, even if we did none of these activities it was just nice to see, one of our best experiences in Colombia !!

It just misses a table or a fridge in the bedroom but this is really minor issue as you end up spending most of your time outside anyway.

It’s gorgeous, good location (not far from downtown nor the beach, but it’s calm), staff it’s very friendly (even though I had one of my worst experiences with the payment) they could handle it, the price makes sense, delicious breakfast included.

It’d be nice if they could keep some aérea clean more often, like the bathrooms.

Der perfekte Mix aus Entspannung und Gemeinschaft

Die Lager ist super. Nah am Strand und ebenfalls nah an der 6. Straße wo sich alles in Palomino abspielt. Trotzdem Ist es nachts sehr ruhig. Die Bungalows sind schön und sauber und in dem Garten kann man wunderbar am Pool oder in der Hängematte entspannen. Auch ein kleiner Fitness Bereich ist im freien vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und auch das übrige Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Die Speisekarte ist vegetarisch, was mich bei der tollen Auswahl als Fleischesser gar nicht gestört hat. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Best comfort, sleep and relaxed vibe in Colombia.

The place is beautiful. Lovely tiles and colours, good pool, great rooms, balconies, hammocks, work area and even a small workout area. I stayed in the 6-peiole dorm and it was the best sleep I've ever had (my watch told me so and I felt it). Excellent mattress, the best pillow I've encountered so far on my travels and an additional pillow, which I appreciated. Also, the mosquito net around the bed is great. Again, I slept so well here and want to come back just for that. Also, the included breakfast is great. Prepared with love and attention to detail. The staff on the whole were amazing.

Not beachfront. Hardly a complaint though. The lockers under the beds are a bit squeaky and don't exactly lock tight. Again, no big deal but something that could be improved.

Nice hotel in a good location away fromt he noise, with friendly staff and great food!

Good location away from the noise, but still close to everything. The site itself is really pretty. As a couple I would recommend to stay in one of the bungalows. We booked one of the double rooms first and felt that we wanted to have more privacy, so luckily we were able to change after 2 days. The bungalows are small but very nice, with a hammock in front. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great, with several good choices and their coffee is also top! The food in general is really good. I would also recommend to have lunch or dinner there. Would definitely stay there again.

As I said before, as a couple I felt that the double rooms were lacking some privacy, as you feel that people lying at the pool could potentially look up into the room.

Hostel de calidad

Las instalaciones están buenísimas, la pileta y el parque super cuidados y el personal maravilloso. El desayuno es super rico, proveen agua potable para llenar las botellas y si lo solicitas te la pueden calentar para mate o té. Si bien es bastante más cara que afuera, la comida que preparan para cenar o almorzar está muy bien también. Tienen buen wifi y un espacio tipo biblioteca para hacer home office, aunque si tu intención es encontrar algún libro para pasar el rato no vas a tener suerte. Hubo fuertes vientos una noche y algunas plantas ensuciaron la pileta, la cual estaba perfectamente limpia para usar al día siguiente.

La ubicación está muy bien pero, si bien palomino es muy seguro y nunca tuve problemas, hay poca luz como para volver de noche si saliste a cenar y tomar algo. Tampoco me parece bien que no te permitan ingerir alimentos comprados fuera del hostel, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta el precio de las comidas que preparan en la cocina. Por otro lado, aunque entiendo que es un problema de la zona y no solo del hostel, es importante remarcar que NO hay agua caliente para ducharse.

Tropical and peaceful getaway with everything you need to have the best time!

I loved the place! The rooms are stunning, the location is quiet but you can reach everything super quick within minutes walking! The breakfast, which is included is super yummy and the co working space is incredible. Would always come back and will recommend it to all my travel agent clients in the future.

Best place in Palomino

Emplacement parfait a Palomino à5 min de marche de la plage. La piscine est superbe et le site est tranquille. Vous n’entendrez pas la musique des hotels et restaurant près de la plage et vous profiterez d’un site en pleine nature. Un grand jardin avec une diversité impressionnante de plante et arbres. La nourriture du restaurant est aussi délicieuse.

Raad het niet aan, als je geen backpacker bent. Sla dit hotel en Palomino over.

Het verbaasde mij dat Caso Pavo Real zulke goede recensies heeft. Als je geen backpacker bent is het verschrikkelijk. Het was in slechtste hotel in de afgelopen 3 weken rondreizen in Colombia. De algemene ruimtes en de privé kamers zijn niet schoon en verouderd. Bij de matrassen komen de springveren er door heen. Het was ooit een leuk hostel/hotel denk ik. Maar door slechte onderhoud en schoonmaak in een slechte staat geraakt. Daarnaast had de jongen die ons incheckte een slechte houding, helemaal niet behulpzaam. Toen wij vroegen voor de wifi code en waarom de wifi niet werkte. Kregen wij het antwoord bij mij werkt het wel en werden we uitgelachen. Wij hebben na 1 nacht een ander hotel geboekt en hebben alleen ontbeten in het resort.

Mooie plek om lekker uit te rusten

Mooi en rustig hotel, fijn om bij het gemeenschappelijke zwembad te zitten of bij je prive zwembad. Dicht bij het strand. Geen geluidsoverlast. Goed ontbijt. Perfecte locatie om goed bij te komen en uit te rusten, de massage is ook zeker aan te raden! Je kan voor alles pinnen in het hotel.

Puur klein detail, de douche is niet echt warm - meer lauw. Als je vaker bij het restaurant eet, is de keuze wat beperkt, maar het smaakt wel goed.

Paradise in Palomino

Nice location to relax, few min from the beach and a few min from the main road with all the bars and restaurants. There is a chill vibe, people do an effort to help you in any way they can. The chairs at the pool are comfortable to stay for a longer period. There is a nice breakfast menu and the lunch and dinner options are nice.

Beautiful hostel with amazing food

This is an amazing hostel. Facilities are great and the rooms are modern and clean - the air con is amazing also. The food in the hostel is second to none and the staff are super helpful. Probably the best hostel we stayed at in Colombia. Would definitely recommend.

It’s a little dark walking back from the Main Street in Palomino so bring a torch!
