Heart-pine flooring throughout most of home. (Heart Pine is short for heartland pine. Contrary to popular opinion, the original phrase did not mean the heart of the pine. Heart Pine is the original pine harvested from our nation many decades ago) Living Room has fire-place area w/ free-standing electric fireplace heater, very comfortable Reclining Armchairs made of Italian leather, plus beautiful couch and antique piano. The back yard is huge with privacy fencing surrounding. Only two families have ever owned this home, another and ours. Please...ENJOY!
*Park Circle is The Center Of The Lowcountry.
There are four immediate quadrants in the Lowcountry: Summerville, Mt. Pleasant & The Islands, West Ashley and Downtown Charleston with James Island/John's Island/Folly Island.
Charleston is notorious for drive-time traffic congestion. The reason is that everything runs through the centrally located I-26/526 Interchange and if there's an accident in one quadrant it usually affects the other three. Genius! That said, the beautiful, quiet yet popular neighborhood of Park Circle is adjacent to the Interchange making your travel time shorter regardless of which area you choose to visit that day. So knowing this, consider visiting desired attractions in the same quadrants on certain days and try to avoid morning and afternoon drive-time traffic when you hit the road.

This quaint home in North Charleston was a perfect fit for my family and I for the 7 day stay. We were here for baseball and enjoye devery moment we got to spend in the house. The rooms are nice and the master bed is amazing! We enjoyed the hot tub nightly and the large back yard was perfect for our 14 year old. The owners came by a few times to check the hot tub for chemicals etc and they always communicated and were very friendly and pleasant. The neighborhood was amazing, we were in walking distance to multiple restaurants and on the weekend could hear the live bands from the spacious front porch.
Definitely recommend this property and owners if you are ever in the area!

This was the perfect spot for my family to stay. The neighborhood was fantastic with so much to do for all ages. We loved the restaurants which were within walking distance. The hosts were communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was clean and inviting and had comfortable beds. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Charleston!

Not close to everything. Inside bedroom doors didn't stay closed or lock. No privacy for changing clothes. Furniture older than expected. Makeshift big bed space between 2 mattress not comfortable Lots of dust under bed and behind dresser
No tea or cheese from host. Yard not mowed with stickers in grass so no walking barefoot. Hot tub had dirty marks on the inside of it and sand along the bottom. Let the host know when we arrived no communication from her until the day before we left. Plus side quiet neighborhood , nice rocking chairs on porch.

We loved this vintage home. It was a perfect retreat after a long day sight seeing. It was beautifully appointed, nicely decorated, and very functional. We loved relaxing on the front porch in the rocking chairs and all of us thought the beds were extremely comfortable.
The private fenced backyard was extraordinary. There was a nice hot tub, outside shower, firepit, picnic area, and cornhole set. The hot tub was really enjoyable after a long day playing tourst.
The safe neighborhood is also in a great location. You could walk 2 blocks and find many restraunts and bars, some with live music. Nice to have a couple cocktails and not have to drive!
The owners were also very welcoming, responsive, and helpful. We highly recommend this vacation rental.

I traveled to Charleston for a long weekend with friends. The four bedrooms, two of which were adjoining, gave us plenty of room to spread out. We had several other rooms and the backyard, and front porch, to rotate between for hanging out. The house was very clean. The downtown area about five minutes walk away had nice restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The beach and historic Charleston were easy Lyft rides away. Hosts were very nice and helpful. Overall a great stay!

Lovely home with charming touches. Fenced in back yard with fire pit & hot tub. We enjoyed the front porch, played cards at night on the antique dining table. Kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfy. There is only one bath but plenty of towels. There is a standing shower plus a claw foot bath tub.
We arrived in town early & the owner was able to accomodate us an hour earlier than check in. Quiet neigborhood, lots of people walking pups. Overall, wonderful stay, no complaints.

Our family traveled to N. Charleston for an anniversary getaway with our 14-month old in tow and we had a blast! This house was perfect for our family; a cute park 2 houses down, a fenced in background, and restaurants in walking distance. We were able to make quick day trips to Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. This house fit the bill for everything we needed for a quick getaway!

This was my second time staying in this home and I won't hesitate to stay again. The home is very clean and the hot tub is clean and well maintained. I am amazed at how many dishes, pots & pans and cooking utensils are in the kitchen. It's the most well stocked kitchen that I've seen in a rental. The Hosts are very attentive and easy to work with.

We had a wonderful visit to Charleston! We enjoyed the southern charm of the house and our hosts were very attentive and accommodating. We brought home memories of early morning coffee on the front porch, to late night relaxing in the amazing hot tub! A great time had by all!

My family and I spent an entire week at this historic home in the Park Circle neighborhood of North Charleston. The hosts were fantastic. They were very accommodating and quick to respond to requests. The home location is perfect. The neighborhood is quaint and relaxing. And the hot tub was a nice treat after a long day of Charleston exploration. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to any friends or family. In fact, my family hopes to someday return for a second visit. Five stars!!!

We were in for our 12 year old sons baseball tournament at the Shipyard. This lil house was perfect for what we needed, and in a great location. We were within minutes of the baseball fields, and walking distance to many eateries and shops. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

I think that this house was perfect and cozy. It was very clean and literally had everything there that I needed and then some. The owners were very easy to get ahold of when I had an issue involving a missing tub stopper and resolved that issue very quickly. The only little complaint that I have was that I couldn't watch television in the bedrooms. This was because there were not many channels that were available with anything but the news on them. I would suggest to put smart televisions in the bedrooms so that guests could log into their own TV apps so with movies or shows. Other then that I enjoyed my stay and the bottle of wine the owner had left us was a great welcome gift.

Home Away From Home
Look no further! This VRBO has it all. My family and I went to celebrate NYE in Charleston and had an incredible experience. As soon as you walk into this bungalow you’re met with beautiful antiques and furnishings. The outside of the house is more beautiful in person than on the listing, and landscaping is immaculate.
The house has four bedrooms and a great layout. The bathroom was clean and well stocked, and the kitchen was so well stocked you could bake in it!
The lounge room off of the back of the house was perfect. My daughter spent most of her time lounging there and watching toons. Also, the fire pit and hot tub were pristine. We could not have asked for better accommodations.
Also, the hosts were responsive and kind. They asked if we needed or wanted anything for our check in. I highly recommend this property for families or small friend gatherings to enjoy Charleston. This Park Circle gem made the trip!

Rented this for my parents to stay in for their 50th anniversary. House was great and they were able to have kids and grandkids over to visit and fellowship.
Hot tub and fire pit were big hits. Plenty of dishes and pans for making meals at home.
Owners were super nice and very responsive.

Wonderful rental!
We stayed at this property for 3 nights and had a fabulous time. The kitchen had everything you needed plus some, we enjoyed several long soaks in the bathtub, and the mud room was a perfect hangout spot to relax and enjoy watching football/movies. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had and were fabulous hosts. They had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we got there. We would recommend this property and hope to stay there again in the future.

Perfect brick cottage in a ROCK STAR neighborhood!
This VRBO was wonderful. We had comfortable beds, plenty of space, an adorable porch and a HUGE hot tub! The home is absolutely beautiful and perfect for girls weekends, family vacations, couples weekends, you name it! Our absolute FAVORITE part about this home was its close proximity to some of the MOST amazing restaurants. The restaurants are only a 4 or 5-minute walk from the house and have incredible food. We loved the woodfire pizzas at EVO Pizza, the incredible tacos at YoBo Cantina Fresca and delicious wine and appetizers at Stems and Skins. I will definitely recommend this VRBO to any friends and family visiting the Charleston area.

Great North Charleston House
If you love antiques, history and outdoors then this house is for you! The owners are terrific host/hostesses, leaving lots of special touches. It is very well stocked . The hot tub is just perfect with very therapeutic jets and the outside chairs comfortable to lounge in. Each bedroom is uniquely decorated and the platform bed is huge. There is a beautiful little park with a small lake and ducks/geese just a quick 5 minute walk down the road. Charleston has so much to offer that no one could ever be bored and a huge outlet center with many restaurants a short drive away. If you are from the country be prepared for busy highway traffic as it can be hectic during rush hours. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood yet only a 3 minute walk to a pretty main street with restaurants and shops. We had a great week here in April.

Beautiful historic home with so many amenities. Clean and well kept home. Great and friendly owners.
Well kept and clean home with so many amenities. Loved reading about this historic home through out this house. Decorations, antique furnishings and color theme was right on for a Charleston home. Landscape was beautiful for front and fenced in back yard. Everyone enjoyed the fancy hot tub. The fenced in backyard was a plus for the grandchildren. Everyone enjoyed their weekend and we can’t wait to stay at this location and home next year.

Beautiful and Quiet
This cute little house filled with beautiful antiques and a collection of treasures was perfect for my little get away weekend. It was clean and very well kept. I particularly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and watching the birds in the beautiful backyard. It was close to the downtown area but far enough away that the hustle and bustle wasn't constantly in the background. Our hostess went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed. Even left a bottle of wine! Southern hospitality at its best!
