About this villa rental
Luxury Villa in Puerto Pollensa:
A fantastically glamorous modern villa overlooking the bay of Puerto Pollença. Villa Bonavista is a new house at the foot of the Boquer mountain, close to the famous valley walk, and only a 2-minute stroll to the sandy beach on Puerot Pollenca's Pine-Walk. It's on high ground at the edge of the resort, overlooking treetops and buildings all the way down to the sea and across to the mountains of the Formentor Peninsula.
It's a fabulous house with rooms full of light and relaxing space. The design is luxurious and contemporary, mixing natural materials with modern styling. The main living space is on the first floor facing the sea. The lounge and dining room is a huge, sunny space with a wall of glass opening out onto a balcony. It's a cool minimal design with grey sofas, a vaulted wooden ceiling, and satellite tv and a dvd/cd stereo. The kitchen is another large space - looking to the mountains inland - with sleek grey units, a second dining table, a walk-in pantry, and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and an extra-size fridge-freezer.
Double sliding doors lead out from both the lounge and dining room to a fantastic upper terrace, with stunning views of the bay and the mountains. There's also a gorgeous double bedroom on the first floor with its own doors to the terrace, an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and a walk-in shower. Also on this floor there's a wc-cloakroom.
There are three more air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor - a double and two twins with sparkling en-suite bathrooms. All have doors out onto a sun-terrace and more gorgeous views of the pool and the bay. There's also a double-height entrance hall on this level with windows onto a simple courtyard garden with palms. There's also a double garage, a table-tennis table, and a utility area.
The pool and terrace are a great design with an infinity pool, a whirlpool, and terraces - all facing the sweep of the bay. The pool also has views inland to the northern mountains with Pollença old town in the distance.
Villa Bonavista is a wonderful modern villa for a glamorous and relaxing holiday with friends - The bay views from the house and the pool are some of the most beautiful in Puerto Pollença - and in less than a 3-minute walk you can be at the port or on the beautiful pine walk beach around the bay.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Bonavista. We stayed in many vacation villas all over the world and this villa is one of the best villas we stayed in. The house is gorgeous and spacious. The house is equipped with everything you need. The view over Port de Pollença is fantastic. It is just a short walk to the restaurants and shops. We would definitely come back.

Lovely property with great views and outdoor space. Well equipped and very good location to navigate the town. Thanks to Josep for his quick responses and help during our stay which followed a storm. Highly recommend a stay at this villa.

This villa was fabulous. It is in the best location only a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of town yet so peaceful. It was very well equipped, the views were stunning and we we can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much Josep

Very comfortable villa, well equipped and furnished and in an excellent location close to the front of Port de Pollensa, the sea views will be hard to match in the area and the mountain views to the rear are stunning in their own right.
If anyone is hesitant due to proximity to the ring road, its not audible or visible from the villa so don't worry about it. There's no villa to the left of the property so it's very quiet on that side as well.

This was our second year here and it was as perfect as we remembered . A perfect family holiday

We couldn’t have been happier with our villa , the layout was fabulous particularly the open plan area and the seating for Al fresco dining and pool area. It is a short walk to the front which has a glorious promenade however as the villa looks over the bay it still retains a very private feel to it. We loved it !

Amazing week at Bonavista Villa
We have been visiting Puerto Pollensa over the past 20 years, and have stayed in a number of apartments and villas in the Boquer area. I can honestly say that this is the most perfect location and villa you could wish for. The views are spectacular in every direction. The villa itself is so well equipped, with comfortable furniture and especially the beds. The pool area is beautiful with enough shade when you need it, and the water is a perfect temperature. It is a short walk to the Pine Walk and then into the town. Josep was helpful and accommodating in allowing us in to the villa slightly early due to an early flight time. We will definitely be back.

This is an amazing villa and felt like pure luxury. There were 8 of us staying there and we had enough space to enjoy the villa together without being on top of each other. We enjoyed eating at the outside table area and ending the views over Peurto Pollensa. Managed to do an online shop to be delivered from Eroski, which was a great help for the amount of wine and beer we got through. Would recommend highly and would love to go back. Josep was so helpful and always answered any queries very quickly. Thank -you 😊

Villa located on the hills overlooking PdP on a street with high-end properties. Easy access to the boardwalk and to town. Highlight of the villa is the day and night view of the Port de Pollenca bay which is stunning and one can't get enough of it. Villa has all the amenities you may require and the manager (Josep) is a nice and responsive guy. Highly recommend.

The property is stunning and perfect for adults. If we were being picky we would have liked the pool to be heated. We live on an Island too and would like to see recycling in the area. We felt very guilty throwing away bottles, plastics and paper.

FABULOUS VILLA IN PERFECT LOCATION
We spent a fabulous week here celebrating 2 family birthdays in October. The villa is beautiful, extremely spacious, very well appointed, including the pool on the lower terrace. The pool was very clean. We had a couple of small issues during out stay but Josep was immediately on hand to sort everything - so there was no problem. Unfortunately one of the ground floor bedrooms did have what appeared to be the remnants/evidence of damp on one of the walls and the en suite could probably do with an update - so these 2 issues did disappoint us slightly. (This is why i have rated 4 star and not 5 star). Josep assured us that plans were in hand to rectify the wall affected. The views from the villa are amazing - it really is a wonderful place to stay. The position of the villa is perfect as it's just a few minutes walk straight down on to the pinewalk where all bars and restaurants are. There is a road to cross but it is by no means busy at all - and no problems negotiating it. I would highly recommend this villa for a holiday stay - and thank you to Josep for a brilliant week.

A beautiful villa in a stunning location
This is a truly beautiful villa, very well kept with the owner’s son in immediate contact. Any problems we had, and there weren’t many, were dealt with the same day.
The views were stunning, especially at night, as the villa is elevated above the town but it’s a five minute stroll to the Pine Walk with it’s lovely child friendly coves and further into town a variety of cafes/restaurants which were all (well, the ones we tried)of high standard.
But back to the villa, the kitchen is well stocked for utensils etc and the beds very comfortable. The pool was lovely, we all enjoyed our time there and it was especially popular with the two youngest members of our party (aged 5 and 3).
My only suggestion would be it would be nice to have a further sunshade around the pool area but this is probably influenced by the ages of the youngsters in our party.
Our thanks to Josep and his father for a wonderful stay.

This is the third villa we have rented in Puerto Pollensa and this is by far the best. The customer service from Josep, the manager of the property, was the best we have had. He allowed us to check in early due to our flight taking off earlier than expected. He also provided us with his telephone number that we used when ordering groceries online in case there was a problem with the delivery. This was a perfect holiday from start to finish, the villa was beautiful and had absolutely everything you could possibly ever need. A pool all to yourselves! No rushing for a lounger, no extra to pay! The villa is very spacious with several bathrooms and a kitchen full of all the amenities you need. Someone came round and spruced the place up and replaced all the towels half-way through the week. There isn't one negative comment I could make , only that I wish we had of stayed a fortnight instead of one week. We will certainly be booking this villa again.

A lovely family holiday Villa
Well what can i say, the villa very much lived up to expectations. On arrival we found property immaculate and spotless. The location outstanding, in its own grounds beautiful views all round and a short distance from the beach. Very spacious with effective air conditioning. Fully equipped with everything you need especially the kitchen. The pool and outside eating area was equipped with quality furniture. Our family loved the stay and will be anxious to return. Many thanks Joseph the property was managed in a most efficient manner. Ray Blackmore.

Very impressive and beautiful villa
Great location to beach and the local town with plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets. The villa was as described and pictured but breathtaking in reality. Truly a week of luxury and relaxation was our wish, this was fulfilled.

Tired and dated
The Villa is not terribly comfortable due to inadequate, quite shabby seating. The out door loungers are discoloured and require mattresses. The owners have locked up the air con controls so you can't change the settings and indeed the air con failed completely during our stay. The kitchen equipment is mean too, only a 2 slot toaster for a villa this size. I have stayed on this street twice before, it's beautifully located but this is the shabbiest villa so far. That said the owners fixed the air con quickly. We bought a secrewdiver so we could un lock the retaining guard as the preset was 25 degrees and too hot to sleep.

Stunning luxury Villa with tasteful accomadation and spectacular sea views.
Beautiful modern Taseful Villa offering every convenience you would expect from this premium offering.
Stunning views combined with this truly spectacular Villa - gives your stay a real Wow factor that would be hard to beat. This was my forth time at this property and I would not hesitate to re-book next time I want to holiday with my family at Porto Pollenca.

Lovely villa with amazing views
8 of us (4 adults, 4 kids aged 13,11,10 &7) stayed in this great place for a week in early June and all wished we could have stayed longer! The weather was amazing from start to finish which helped make our holiday very special. Well, what can I say about Villa Bonavista...the view! Wow, what a treat the wake up to that view and blue sky every morning. Uninterrupted, beautiful view of Pollensa bay, which was priceless. The villa itself is really lovely. It's well appointed, spacious and peaceful. It was a bit tricky to find, so hopefully the owner took note of the amendments we made to his instructions! The pool was spotless and well used by us all. It's not heated, but we found the temperature very pleasant. Just a couple of things about the pool area, there is not much shade at all, so if you want to get out of the sun it's a bit tricky also, the sun beds and chairs on the terrace are a bit uncomfortable. The shaded table on the terrace though is such a wonderful place at any time of the day and there always seemed to be a lovely light breeze up there. Our kids loved the table tennis table in the huge garage. The beds were all comfy and the whole place was very clean when we arrived. The cleaner did come in mid week and changed bath towels, made the beds and gave the bathroom a quick clean. It would have been really nice if the pool towels had been changed too as they were well used, although there was a washing machine, so I suppose we could have washed them ourselves! We saw the owner only once when we arrived, but a problem we had with the entrance gates was very quickly sorted out and his communication had been very good. The villa is well located and a 10mins walk (with kids in tow ) to the sea and the loveliness of Pine Walk. Loads of restaurants and small shops very accessible. There was an excellent super market 5 mins drive away, super impressed with that. I would have liked a bit more info in the villa about the island, places to visit, restaurant recommendations etc. The air con was a bit hit and miss in a couple of the downstairs bedrooms and the shower screen in the double bedroom was broken, but I'm being picky, we would return here in a flash, it was perfect for us and I can't recommend it highly enough. If you get the chance to go, go and I hope you love it as much as we did.

The best villa I have stayed in !
The villa is in an excellent position, only 5 minutes from the pine walk, shops and restaurants. It is beautifully presented with everything you could possibly need. Shame the weather was too cold to make use of the pool. I would definitely recommend and will be going back as soon as possible.
