Quaint, comfortable, peaceful, friendly and great location

Location excellent. The apartment was all we expected and very clean. Lovely feel about the place and area. Great cafes and pubs very close. No problem to park outside the castle. Host available should anything arise. Would definitely stay again.

A very comfortable and enjoyable

Apartment was a lovely surprise, being so roomy and bright. We love the house ceiling, the beams and the general appearance of the place. The kitchen is very handy.

Perfect place for what we needed

Great location. Lovely space. Fantastically equipped. Great communication. Will use again.

Only minor niggles… Door to apartment was difficult to close without slamming it. Door to bathroom did not close properly. Heating wasn’t on when we arrived and apartment was cold.

Nice location, small but well equipped apartment

Lovely location near the Castle, clean and well decorated with good facilities. However, we booked this as a family of 5 and didn't realise there was only 2 double beds in the room so we effectively didn't have a bed for one child.....I'm assuming they were all 3 meant to share the sofa bed but this doesn't work for our kids and the apartment shouldn't be advertised for 5. The apartment is small but had everything we needed, the beds would have been comfortable (if we only have 2 children with us!) The bathroom and kitchen were both lovely and it had a lovely view. Parking for us was ok as we were able to find a space on the road and between 8pm-8am there are no restrictions, either side of that you are entitled to 2 hours so we were able to park 6pm-10am.

It's a lovely apartment but should only be advertised for max 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults - in my opinion the apartment is too small for 4 adults. There are 4 chairs around the kitchen table but they don't really fit and you would struggle to all sit and eat together. We did have an issue whilst cooking, I turned on the extractor fan and a lot of white flecks came out, I think it was plaster/paint/wallpaper from above the fan, it went all over the food I was cooking, luckily I'd already dished up most of it. We cleaned it all up but it needs sorting in case someone else ends up with a ruined meal.

We stayed for couple of day's in this lovely accommodation. The area is very beautiful also. I would recommend this apartment.

Ideal location for Warwick castle , an Kenilworth castle Lovely little village Room clean an comfy , when sofa bed out though leaves no room to get passed to go toilet . Kitchen excellent

it was in a good location, had everything we needed good for a one night stay besides all the cob webs hanging from the selling and every corner above as well in kitchen opened the window and massive cob webs . could be cleaned better

A southbound stopover in Kenilworth. Just perfect !

Lovely property, good location and had everything we needed. Good communication with owner.

Parking was a bit of a juggling act but not the owners fault as previous guest had taken the permit! Owner had tried to get a new permit and even though it didn’t arrive on time they gave helpful advice as to where to park and we managed fine.

Perfect Stay

Lovely apartment situated on one the prettiest road ever. Perfectly located for the castle, and as others have commented good pubs, restaurants very close by and a Deli next door. Parking query was sorted by the friendly host. Would recommend and would love to return.

Lovely apartment

The apartment had everything available and the setting was great for our stay as visited the local castle and park. Also had some lovely (but expensive) meals in the local pub which is a short stumble down the road. Well located in this very pretty town close to coffee shops, pubs and the rear of the castle, shops are a short drive away.

Parking - no parking permit available and on a busy street with 3 small grandchildren trying to unpack/pack the car was very difficult. No response until the day we were leaving and the owner said it was on the staircase - no permit there unfortunately. Lots of noise on the Saturday night from downstairs - air conditioning or some machinery? It went off before midnight. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. But would I stay there again? - yes definitely. The host when we did converse was incredibly helpful and the apartment overall was fantastic and we had a lovely few days with our grandchildren.
