Bea and her parents care for the place so well. It's impeccably clean and the personal touches around the casa rural are beautiful. Breakfast in the morning is a wide array of delicious foods and beverages. The rooms are cozy, and overall, it's an excellent spot to recharge after a long day of exploring in the Picos or wandering around Covadonga and nearby towns. The location is excellent - directly across from the paved trail that leads straight into the little town and the Sanctuary of Covadonga entrance. You can also easily access the public bus from here either up to the lakes or down to neighboring towns. I highly recommend staying here. It won't disappoint!

Lovely owners. Really caring and concerned that everything was okay during our stay. Great breakfast. Carried our suitcases up the stairs and down again. Let us know about catching a taxi up to the top of Covadonga which was a fantastic way to get there. They even called the taxi on our behalf.
No air conditioning. Had to close shutters to keep out the light and the noise from the bells chiming at the basilica.

Superb location a short walk from the Basilica de Santa Maria. Near the start of road to the two lakes. Great welcome from Bea and her family. Lovely room with homely touches (cushions, bedspreads, coffee machine). Good breakfast in an adjoining downstairs room. Plenty of parking opposite and a restaurant within 15 minutes walk.

We received a lovely welcome from Bea and her family. The room was spotless and very comfortable. There were bottles of water for us and a small fridge in the room. The shower was hot and very welcome after a few days staying in a campervan. The breakfast was plentiful and we had lots of options in a cold buffet. Beautiful treated us to freshly brewed coffee and some delicious homemade walnut cake.
A great overnight stop, very close to the church and Chapel at Covadonga and near the bottom of the mountain road that leads to the lakes which are stunning.
Everything was great

The location was great. Walking distance to the Sanctuary and Bascilica. Breakfast was very tasty.
The room was small. Only room to open 2 carry-on bags, not full-size suitcases.

Fantastic breakfast (tortilla was the best I've had), cosy, and the family are the kindest people. We were late to check in and they were so patient and gave us such a warm reception. Location is unbeatable. We enjoyed dinner just down the road at Repelao.

Very friendly staff; despite our lack of Spanish, we were made to feel at home. Great breakfast and fab location before our hike in the national park. Free parking opposite the hotel.
Room was a little small, but not really a problem as you want to spend time in the beautiful surroundings.

Nice cosy feeling and clean cute rooms. Just a few minutes walk from all Covandonga sites and great location for hikers and people who enjoy the tranquility of the hills. Helpful and chatty family owners.
Parking is free, but on the other side of the road and is not guaranteed in tourist high season. The evening activities and restaurants will pretty much all be a drive away in Cangas de oneis from where you can also take a bus up to the lakes.

This is a lovely little hotel, Bea and her family were very welcoming, there were lovely additions in the bedrooms that really helped to make it feel homely (a coffee machine and small fridge), as well as a really fantastic breakfast selection.

Small Pension near the Basilica de Cavadonga and Santa Cueva (Cave of our lady). Parking was available across the road. Basic but adequate facilities. Room was small, but not tight. Temperatures were 1-5 Celsius, and heating in the room was adequate and temperature in the room was comfortable. Nespresso coffee maker, and hairdryer and bar fridge available. Wifi - speedy enough for streaming Netflix. Waterfall next to the carpark across the road meant that there was sound of flowing water ... no issues for us, but people who are sensitive to noise may need ear plugs. Traffic was light during our stay and there was hardly any traffic noise overnight.
Not much for its price range. Second floor not serviced by lift, meaning that luggage had to be carried up the stairs.
