Newer home in a perfect location! Conveniently located near the beach, boardwalk, shops, and more!!! Just park your car and forget about it, everything is within walking distance.
Located just three short blocks from the beach and boardwalk, one block from Starbucks, one block from Wawa, restaurants, and downtown shops.
Don't forget about our roof deck!! Beautiful views of Ocean City from the top of the house. In addition to our front deck, our roof deck is private, only available to you (not shared with the bottom floor). Perfect for sun bathing during the day and star gazing at night.
We have adapted our business to following the CDC guide to covid-19 cleaning. We have a hospital grade disinfectant that we will use on all surfaces. Rest assured that our house will be properly and effectively disinfected between each rental. Although most items we already do on a routine basis, we will adapt some of our practices to accommodate these new CDC regulations.
The 12th street beach location has lifeguards and access to public bathroom for the long days on the beach. Our house also has an enclosed outdoor shower with hot water for washing down from the beach.
Our home has all of the latest amenities to make your stay comfortable and unforgettable. It comes with 6 beach tags, beach chairs, boogie boards, pull cart for spending the whole day at the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops for the morning walk to get coffee and breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at this property, clean and beautiful and just a few blocks from the boardwalk. We all felt at home and comfortable during our stay. Really loved the upstairs deck. The community was quiet and family oriented and offered plenty of dinning and shopping choices. You will not regret staying here!

Great place with everything as described online. Very clean and fit our needs and expectations perfectly. There is a double with a trundle in one bedroom, a double in the other bedroom, a queen in the master bedroom and a pull out double in the living room so ample sleeping space for our needs (2 adults and 3 adult children (22, 20, and 20) and 3 teenagers). Fully stocked kitchen. Only thing we needed to bring was paper products, sheets, and towels - just as described in the description. Plus having washer/dryer within the unit. Great location - just a few blocks from the boardwalk and most all of the popular spots on the boardwalk.

We had a great time staying here and likely will look to stay again for our next trip to OCNJ. Like others have said, the home is clean, bright, and beautiful with spaces to gather inside and outside as well (porch, rooftop deck). The walk to the beach was easy and even closer than I expected, and there was something close by to please everyone (shops- Asbury Ave. and boardwalk, rides, arcade,...). Thank you again!

Perfect size for our group of 6 adults and one 21 month old. Enjoyed the private front deck and rooftop deck. Close to the beach and shops and restaurants. There were nice sand toys and beach chairs in the garage. Bring/rent your own sheets and necessities.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was perfect for our family and we loved the location. This was our first time not staying at a hotel and it did not disappoint. The hosts were responsive in communication and truly offered a great place to stay. The home was clean, cozy, and relaxing. The outside balcony and rooftop were fantastic spots to sit and relax after a day at the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was wonderful. The property is beautifully decorated and clean. The location is fantastic for kids wanting to come and go from the beach and shops and rides on the boardwalk, not to mention lots of food and shopping within a a few blocks from the house. Great house and awesome location
This was the best house our family has stayed in all the years we have stayed in Ocean City! From the best child friendly games and books to all the beach equipment one would ever need. After two days the owner Michael sent me a text just to ask how we were doing or if we needed anything. That in itself was so thoughtful.

Beautiful, Clean, Perfect Location
Our family has vacationed in Ocean City for seven years now and have rented from Mike and Michele for the past two years. Their property is beautiful and very clean. Mike is great to deal with and is super communicative and responsive. The location is so close the board walk and they even provide chairs, beach passes and a beach cart for our convenience. Our experience was wonderful and we would look forward to staying at their home again next OC vacation!

From the updated, beautiful decor to the comfortable beds and terrific outdoor spaces, this 3 bedroom / 2 bath home was exactly what we were looking for in OCNJ for our family vacation! We had all the comforts of home while we were there. The location is really awesome! It is just a few short blocks to the beach and the boardwalk, while the shops on Asbury are right down the street. Mike and Michelle were very responsive to my MANY questions prior to renting and Mike responded to them right away. Beautiful home away from home
This was our first experience renting a property for a family vacation and we can't wait to do it again. This home is pristine and tastefully decorated. We loved the front porch and spent every morning there having our breakfast before heading out to the beach. Several nights we cooked and had dinner there as well. We took advantage of the of the rooftop deck several evenings sipping on Sangria!!! Michael was great to deal with and always went out of his way to answer my questions in a timely manner. All in all a great experience.
