After a long day in the desert sun, cool off with a dip in the Vistoso's shared pool, or relax your muscles by sinking into the bubbling hot tub. Head inside to stretch out on the sofa, watch some TV, or use the free WiFi to plan your next outing. Central AC helps keep you cool even on the hottest of summer days, and the kitchen has all the appliances and cookware you need to fix your favorite meals. When it's time to turn in for the night, you'll have your choice of a king-size bed or two twins, which can be converted into a second king if you prefer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Improvement opportunities:
need to stock more cutlery and bathroom essentials. The coffee machine did not work
In general the area was also very nice (grocery and restaurants within 7-9 minutes). If you are there and looking for a nice trail to hike, I recommend Linda Vista. It is filled with lots of beautiful cactus.

welcome bag with dish soap

tv in all rooms
AC was perfect
parking spot with shade
things we would suggest:
maybe more plates
possibility for darker curtains or plisee for long sunny summer days
Our problems: the AC compressor made an irritating booming noise in the master bathroom wall. The occupants in the unit above us experienced the same noise, even louder. The unit owner hasn’t approved replacing the compressor, as yet. The AC company did what they could to alleviate the noise but it didn’t work.
2. Instruction sheet needs directions from Phoenix and Tucson separately. I strongly suggest an editor read the instructions.
3. Address needs to have building number and a location map.
4. Use different key lock box. Extremely hard to open and other tenants likewise had difficulty.
