They owe me a refund!! We didn't even stay there we left and they promised the money would go back to my card! It hasn't! Had a lot if bugs, roaches, toilets didn't flush! It smelled horrible too

ロケーションが良かった。 値段が安かった。レンジがあって嬉しかった。
駐車場が暗くて、安全面が心配だった

The location is excellent. There are a few restaurants across the street and next door to the hotel which makes it convenient for travelers to find a meal close to their room. They do not serve breakfast.
Online it states breakfast is included with your room but this location has no breakfast.

We ended up not staying because the rooms were awfully dirty. Also there were police officers there dealing with people. Not a good or safe place to stay.
Didn't like anything

The location is perfect. Close to airport and close highways.
The internet was a disaster. In fact, it was the slowest Wi-Fi I have ever seen. What! I couldn’t even check my mail, I had to use my phone internet.
The room smells like a smoke shop! Dehhm! I wanted a “non smoking” room. But the room smell more cigarette than a smoking room!
They were bunch of insects 🐜 all over the room.
I just left the room at midnight and continue my driving journey. It was a mess.
Never again would I go there.

The overnight and late evening women in the office - Buffy and another young Latino professional were very helpful and agreeable.
They had three HBO channels.
Housekeeping did a good job.
The beds were very comfortable.
Overall, I would stay again due to the pet policy and HBO channels. We loved the fact that pets stay free.
-Most days the Wifi did not work at all.
- Cable TV would cut off and say no service at random times.
-Construction site next door flooded parking lot with runoff Mud every time it rained.
- The property was slow to do repairs despite being fully booked most nights.
-There was black mold in the shower knobs.
-The area of Meridian around the hotel is overrun by dozens of homeless and panhandlers, especially at night at McDonalds and the gas station as well as along the Avenue from the freeway down to just past the hotel.
-People smoked inside the passthrough hallways. Homeless people hung out in stairwells smoking weed and leaving clothing on top of exterior trash cans. Some corners outside smelled like urine because of animals and homeless using those spots to pee.
-The bed sheets and spreads in non-smoking rooms had cigarette burns on them.
-There were German roaches in some of the rooms.
-There were a lot of homeless people passing through and loitering outside at all times of day and night. Blackhawk Security threatened one with an ass kicking to get them to leave with a local Sheriff present (not a metaphor, their exact wording as I heard and saw it). He must have been a very disagreeable person. Although we are grateful they are trying to keep homeless and panhandlers off the property.
-There was a violent man in the room next to mine one night screaming and beating on the walls. He threatened the night manager who came to confront him. He was made to leave by Police after we called the front desk.
- I opened my room door at #135 to find a panhandler waiting for money outside it. He wanted $40. I gave it to him to get him to go away. Cannot overstate how many homeless there are passing through day and night. -Side streets and front street also flooded three times during our stay in the fourth week.
-We had large hail that damaged my car significantly. Local weather was brutal, nothing anyone could do of course. I wish they had covered parking.

Not much, cheap is about the best thing this hotel offers.
Rude staff , housekeepers are trash , rooms are tore up , holes in bed n linens, cigarette burns everywhere , THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU FOR A DEPOSIT THEN DECIDE TO MAKE ANY REASON THEY POSSIBLY COULD TO KEEP YOU FROM GETTING IT BACK! Manager has the worse attitude and they are all LAZY! POOR ALL AROUND TERRIBLE HOTEL. Not to mention the crowd that surrounds this place, druggies prostitutes gang bangers just aweful.. And thats prob not the majority of the horrible stuff that goes on here!!!!

I could have my pet stay free.
Nothing, really, it is an older motel but that my pet was free, it was in a good location for our continued journey, and the bed was super comfortable trumped all other concerns for me. Oh, and the room coffee was decent which was a plus.
