About this house rental
Professionally decorated house in the Marigny Triangle. Only 3 Blocks to the French Quarter and 4 blocks to Frenchmen Street's famous music halls. A Walkability Score of 95%! House is only two years old, but built up to the historical standards of the neighborhood. Balcony has a view of the downtown skyline. Large open living area allows groups to gather comfortably.
Living area and King bedroom are located on 2nd floor. The other two bedroom and bath are located on the first floor. Laundry, wifi, cable, linens, paper products, shampoo and body wash provided.

e. No linens are lost or damaged.

h. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), or the
local law enforcement.
PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 25% of the rental rate is required
60 days before arrival. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before your
arrival date.
CANCELLATIONS: A 60 day notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will incur
loss of deposit. Cancellations that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit
the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any
refund of rent.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to (6)
Persons.
THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday and special events. Rentals
taken for less than two days, will be charged the two-night rate.
INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen/towel setup. Amenity fees

NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - Linens and bath towels are included.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense

This was the perfect house for our wedding weekend. My husband and I stayed here and my family was nearby. The home is modern, comfortable, and easily walkable to the French Quarter. We arrived early and were able to checkin without issue and were greeted with a bottle of bubbles and snacks. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A few friends came to New Orleans for the French Quarter Festival. The location of this property was perfect and in a cute neighborhood. Just a few minutes from Frenchman Street, lots of restaurants, and music. Loved the open floor plan with lots of light coming in. The décor was very cool, and everything was extremely clean. You can see high quality throughout the house (floors, kitchen cabinets, etc. – the house is extremely well-kept. Check-in/Check-out was simple. Such a fabulous house, and I would highly recommend it.

The house had everything we needed. It was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Check in process was a breeze especially since we were allowed to check in early. Very nice place for a large group or a family!!

Loved the house! What a treat - felt like a local!! The Marigny is great and the house was comfortable and well appointed! Close to everything and we loved the Thai restarting down the street! Like all of NOLA, gotta be aware of your surroundings!!!

The photos do not do this property justice; the home was beautifully appointed and perfectly situated in a vibrant neighborhood with a short drive/walk to what we wanted to access: restaurants, historic sites, and night life. We were very comfortable here--the beds, pillows, furniture, etc. were all very comfortable and well kept. Beautiful kitchen worked out well for preparing some of our meals. And being able to open up the shades/windows provided a lovely view as well as the ability to hear some of the local music. We would absolutely return here in the future. Our only suggestion would be to better outfit the kitchen with glassware and dinnerware to better align with the number of guests allowed at this property, the rate, and the aesthetics of the accommodations.

A group of 6 ladies from Michigan enjoyed our stay at Chris's beautiful home in Marigny! Chris was very attentive and quick to respond to any requests and questions we had. We were a few blocks walk from nearly everwhere we wanted/needed to be on Frenchman and the French Quarter. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly though which we loved. The house itself is beautiful and spacious! It was well stocked for cooking and has comfortable beds and bedding, which was very important to us! Looking forward to returning with another small group in the near future!

We stayed here last weekend for a bachelorette party and this was hands down one of the nicest VRBOs I have stayed in. The neighborhood is really cute and there are great breakfast places and restaurants near by. It's and easy walk to Frenchmen street and the French Qarter and as 4 women we fet totally safe walking around at night. The house itself if fabulous. Chris and his wife have gone above and beyond to make this place not only stylish but comfortable and we loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning. I will absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting New Orleans

Such hospitality
This is a beautiful, comfortable and well-appointed home in an eclectic neighborhood. We arrived late after a long day of travel, so it was a special treat to find a king cake and sparkling wine waiting for us in the kitchen! Once we got our bearings, we found a great Mediterranean restaurant for takeout and a nice little grocery nearby, and this became a perfect home base for our New Orleans adventure.

Absolutely amazing ! There are so many great things to say from the communication with the owners before, during, and after our stay. The pictures don’t do the house any justice it’s beautiful, spacious, well decorated, cleaned, and stocked with your necessary household essentials. My friends and I loved it and the convince of being able to walk the local stores, food places, and of course Bourbon Street! Thank you!

Lovely house!!
Such a pretty house! We had a great time. The house has almost everything you’d need. Super comfy and clean. AC is AWESOME. And it really is a short walk or even shorter drive to most of the places we wanted to go. Try Budsi’s Thai next door. It’s some of the best we’ve had. My only suggestions would be some fans to help drown out some pretty bad street noise while sleeping (and for the little bunk room, which got pretty hot) and maybe darker curtains. The light & noise while trying to sleep were really our only complaints. The owners are super attentive and quick to answer questions. Thanks for a great trip!

Beautiful & Convenient!
This property is absolutely stunning! Beds were comfortable, and 2 bathrooms was no problem for 8 girls to get ready as there were plenty of mirrors and closets! We could walk everywhere but also close enough to afford Lyft rides if we wanted. The decor of the home was very elegant and appreciated by the girls. Thank you Chris for hosting us, we had an amazing time in NOLA!

The property was fantastic with all of the amenities that were described in the description plus more. Everything worked great except for the coffee pot. But there is a Starbucks about 3/10 of a mile away.

Location was great- minutes walking from the French Quarter and Frenchman St., allowed for quiet evenings and peaceful mornings. The house was gorgeous and while the pictures were perfectly portrayed- we all felt the space was bigger and more open in person! For an active and lively group of five gals, we couldn’t have asked for more. A wonderful adventure and the little touches of amenities, drinks and cooking essentials made cooking breakfast here a breeze. Speaking of breeze - keep those shutters open if not too hot, what a glorious way to wake up or enjoy an evening on the balcony. Can’t thank Chris enough - highly recommend this spot for groups or families. We cannot wait to visit again soon!!
