We loved everything about our stay at this house. It feels like a beach house (even though it is not right on a beach) and was very comfortable for four adults. It also was well equipped with extra supplies, such as bathroom towels, paper towels, bathroom tissue, etc. In addition, it came with a comprehensive list of nearby restaurants (including menus for most of them) and nearby attractions. The property manager was fantastic - extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. She is also a native English speaker, so that is an extra benefit for anyone coming from an English-speaking country.

This is a lovely home that is well equipped and has fabulous AC's throughout the home. The kitchen windows are amazing and there were macaws roosting up the hill that made their presence known throughout the day. There is also a coconut pile in the front yard that you can treat yourself to coconuts. In the kitchen there were extras left for use such as coffee, oil, sugar, salt....
We enjoyed the pool in the evenings and there are little critters that made the experience extra special. The drive into the parking area is steep and when you back out it takes a couple of times to get the hang of it.
The only thing we would change is that the knives in the kitchen need sharpening. Oh....the washer and dryer were large, in the house and very easy to use. We will stay here again if we return to the area.

Property was everything that we expected.

The villa was amazing! Lots of space, beautiful pool & close to so many restaurants & other attractions. Kimberly provided a lot of great information about local restaurants & other areas of interest. Great place for a family to stay!

This is a great property-very clean, in a great location, super easy to work with the owners, and the house was stocked with everything we needed! I would completely recommend staying here and we would rent again. Five stars to the owners for their communication before, during and after our stay. Thank you for making our first impression of Costa Rica a great one!

The property was perfect for us (and another couple) as we had friends staying nearby. Each of us having our own bedroom and bathroom was great. The pool was a huge bonus as it was a great way to cool off at the end of the day. There was some road noise but was not a big issue for us. The BEST part of this rental is Kimberly the most amazing property manager I have encountered in my travels. She went above and beyond setting up our airport transportation, excursions, recommending restaurants, and stocking our fridge before our arrival. She is very knowledgeable and was quick to respond to any questions I had. Thank You Kimberly!

High ceiling, nice bedrooms, strong A/C, super pool, helpful, knowledgeable host, cool location. The only problem is the heavy traffic on the road to Manuel Antonio. The home is well above the road so it is out of the traffic, but is close enough that the traffic noise can be a problem. Luckily the bedrooms are in back, though.

I was under the impression that when you rent a house (just like a hotel room), the space is yours and that no body should just come in and do whatever without your knowledge.
One of the property managers showed up on Saturday morning without letting us know that he was going to be entering the house; he did that in the morning while my husband was home alone and he didn’t even bother to say hello or the purpose of his intrusion, he left without saying anything or that he was planning on coming back!!
Later that day, my husband and I were by the pool and my sister was in the kitchen and when I turned around there he was with another man! Again, he didn’t say why was he there !! As they walked into the house and stand in the living room/kitchen, my sister turned around and was taken by surprise to see them that she screamed and drop the glass she was holding. I lost it and told them to get out and don’t come back without our knowledge! They left but, every time we got back to the house you could see that someone has been there because they will more the patio chairs or the floats or little things.
The house is a hazard for any person of any age!
The rugs are slippery, the pool has no handrail, there is no safety stickers on the floor walking in or out of the pool (tile floor), the switch for the outside light is in a locked room with a whole for you to put your hand in and turn it on and off, there is no security fence around the pool, and a lot more!!!

Perfect house for the family of 5, with a pool and airconditioned, very friendly Tom and Kimberly looked for everything!

We had four in our group and very pleased with this lovely home, conveniently located to all Quepos attractions. Our host met our every need and request for tickets to various attractions. Only downside for us was neighborhood dogs barked a lot, and some traffic noise, but otherwise everything was positive.

Would stay here over and over again! Kimberly is a gem of a property manager. SUPER helpful. The home was better than advertised. Everything worked great including the AC and Wifi. The pool was a wonderful bonus for cooling off after the beach and excursions. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation! Pura Vida :)

Nice and clean!
Enjoyed our stay and Kim was fabulous for all kinds of recommendations and help with anything we needed. Close to the National Park and beaches. Lots of yummy food options close by. Loved it!

Fabulous home
We loved our stay here. Right in between Manuel Antonio and Quepos. The AC was wonderful, pool was amazing and Kimberly was the best. She definitely went above and beyond in her communication and help getting my daughter from her volunteer home to meet us. I highly recommend this home to anyone!

A working week from Manuel Antonio
We spent a week here working part days and playing the second half. The house is exactly as pictured. The amenities were lovely, including a great ac and laundry; and the wifi easily supported 2 of us on simultaneous zoom calls. The driveway was definitely a bit of a challenge, and although you can't see the street, there was a lot of street / outdoor noise at all times of the day.
The real gem of this property is the property manager Kim. From the day we booked it, she was available to answer first timers questions, suggest restaurants and beaches, and make sure we had everything before and during our trip. It made it so much easier for us to have a trusted resource.

Awesome Place in Manuel Antonio!!!
Beautiful, clean, spacious house. Perfect size for the 4 of us. It does have a pullout sofa if needed, and it had a washer and dryer. The kitchen and dining area was great and the pool was awesome, well equipped with lawn chairs, noodles, and a little patio table and chairs to eat at!!! We will definitely stay there again when we go again. The property manager was super accommodating and always responded promptly when I had questions. She even set up for us to have our COVID test for reentry at the house, instead of us having to go to a clinic.

Amazing find!
We loved this little house! Great location close to Manuel Antonio beaches and restaurants. Our family of 4 was super comfortable, plenty of space for all of us to hang out. The kids loved the pool and the parents loved sitting outside on the comfortable lounge chairs. We saw macaws fly right over the house, a huge iguana in the driveway, and squirrel monkeys on the power lines. Amazing! We only stayed three days but could have happily stayed a week or more. Kimberly was incredibly helpful before our trip and set up 2 fantastic events for us. Highly recommend the tour of Manuel Antonio park with a guide (you will see wildlife you would have walked right by without realizing) and the surf school. She even helped us set up pre-departure COVID tests at the house! Our stay was absolutely fantastic and we are already missing the Pura Vida lifestyle.

We enjoyed the open feel of the property, the wonderful a/c, the ability to do laundry and the refreshing pool! Be aware that you cannot take a hot shower in both bathrooms at the same time, for fear of tripping the breaker. The toilets both did not flush well while we were there, but it was adequate. To be fair, we were so busy that we didn’t let the manager know until we were leaving and they indicated that this was not normal and would be taken care of. Kimberly was very responsive and helpful. She helped us make arrangements for a wonderful guided tour of Manuel Antonio National Park, which was a highlight of our visit, and provided a helpful list of restaurants in the area, with a description of each.

Spring Break Trip
We were visiting Costa Rica from FL for our kids spring break, ages 11 and 14. We spent the 2nd half of our 8 nights here at Casa Tres Palmas and LOVED it!! The house had everything we could need or want, including laundry, which we definitely needed by day 5 of our trip, and an air bed and/or a futon in the living room for siblings who didn't want to sleep together. The plunge pool was perfect to cool off after adventure filled days. The outside grill was nice to have the capability to cook for ourselves after the resort food we had the 1st half of our trip. The location was very convenient to anything we could want to do in Manuel Antonio. We did have a rental car - my only tip would be to arrive during daylight hours if possible. The enterance and driveway is very steep and narrow switchback. You would want to navigate it in the daytime for the 1st time. Also, Kim, the manager of the house was AMAZING! She met us for check-in and also booked a couple excursions for us. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew what to expect and had what we needed. She was available weeks before the trip and everyday during. When I return to this area, I would hope this house is available to me again!!

Wonderful Stay
Great house, very functional in a great location next to Manuel Antonio. The owners Kimberly and Tom were super friendly and extremely helpful! Kimberly booked for us last minute tours, and kept it in touch with me via what’s app on a daily basis! Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Highly recommended!

This place is incredible
We absolutely loved this house. We saw macaws in the back yard, the private pool is very refreshing, great kitchen, love the windows, lots of great natural light, lots to love here. Would absolutely recommend this rental!

Great house, even better hostess!
This home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (beds were amazing)! But the best part was the communication and recommendations we received from Kimberly. She reached out to me a couple weeks prior to our visit with lots of info about Quepos, Manuel Antonio, excursions, travel updates ( she arranged ourCovid tests for departure) and was quick to reply to any message I sent her before and during our 3 night stay. She definitely made our visit less stressful and more enjoyable!!

Comfortable and relaxing pool
My group stayed in 4 different places throughout our trip to Costa Rica and enjoyed this place the most. The space was all air conditioned and had an indoor lounge area to relax with everyone (this was important to us because our other places didn't have this and we realized overtime we missed having this type of area). The pool is bigger than what the picture conveys which was a nice surprise. Beds are super comfortable. Note: this place is closer to Quepos than Manual Antonio vs. what's shown on the listing. This didn't pose a problem for us but wanted to call it out. We drove most places but also was able to stand on the driveway and easily get a taxi when we wanted to go out for drinks! We would 100% book this stay again if we were ever back in the area.

Best Vacation Stay Ever
What an amazing property and mostly the property manager Kim. She really made our trip. She began communicating months ahead of time and helped us select the best activities and itinerary. Kim helped us navigate through all the choices and steered us toward the best tours. Her knowledge of the area (over 30 years) and the tour companies was invaluable. Kim was attentive and communicated all the way through our trip, starting before we arrived. She ensured we would arrive safely as we rented a car and was there to greet us upon arrival. The home was perfect for us and our two children. Not only was it beautiful, it was comfortable and equipped with everything you would need. Kim guided us through restaurants, deliveries, grocery stores, coordinating COVID tests for flying back to the US... everything. Everyday she would check-in to see if everything was meeting our needs, and also to confirm the pickup times of tours. Kim also brought us Costa Rican tamales and at the end, gave our children some beautifully polished beach rocks as souvenirs. She stayed in touch even after we returned. We highly recommend this beautiful unique property!

Casa Tres Palmas
Loved our stay at Casa Tres Palmas. Manager kept in contact all the way, even checked up on us to make sure all was OK or if we needed assistance with tours, etc. Was there in person upon arrival and departure . Property very clean. Excellent location, conformable beds. The whole house has air conditioning and fans. We had a really nice time. Did BBQ in the evening. Sampled restaurants in Quepos center as well a Manuel Antonio. There is a folder with info on restaurants and tours. Hope to come back soon!!!

Location of villa is great. My family enjoyed our private pool. Road leading up to house is steep and a little hazardous. Kimberly, the owner, was awesome. Very personable and friendly. Unfortunately, the Coronavirus cut our stay short by one night, but we still enjoyed our stay.

Great house, great location, great property manager
We had 3 nights at casa tres palmas. Location is great - quick drive to the park, restaurants and beaches. House is very nice. Pool is lovely and a little larger than it appears in vrbo photo. Driveway was tricky the first time we tried, but once we knew where twists and turns were... no problem. Kimberly (property manager) was friendly and very helpful. We definitely recommend this home. (Hate to leave!!).

Wonderful Vacation
We had a short stay (3 days) but it was awesome. Tom was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us lots of tips. The property was very clean, the furnishings comfortable and house is well stocked with everything we could have needed. Very close to the bus line which was recommended to use to go to Manuel Antonio Park and saved us the aggravation of parking. House is close to everything, shopping, the park and the beach. Loved out stay and if we ever visit Quepos again, we will definitely book the house again!

Beautiful villa with a pool
This villa was perfect for my husband, 3 yr old & me. It had everything we needed, including hair dryer & beach towels. As some reviewers posted, it is near a main road, but the foliage makes this villa feel secluded. Overall, we selected this villa because of the price and the reviews about the property manager, Tom. Tom was fantastic! Prior to arriving, he was available to help book some excursions, answer questions, give suggestions & send directions. He met with us the 1st day to hand over the keys, show us the house & give suggestions where to eat & pick up groceries. He happened to be checking on the pool at the villa when my husband got stuck backing out of the driveway. Thank God he came to our rescue! This villa is perfect for a small family on a budget.

Soooo comfortable
We spent 3 nights in this home, so well placed close enough from everything without being overwhelmed by anything! The pool side was a perfect way to start our day and relax after a jungle visit or a day at the beach!
The home was well equipped, too bad we could hear e traffic.
Thank you for a great stay

We had a wonderful stay here and left wishing we would have booked it longer it was that great! Tom the property manager was absolutely fabulous and knows the area well. He booked us a wonderful zip line tour and gave us lots of great tips about the area and restaurants. The home is well maintained and the pool is very refreshing. The kitchen is well stocked and the home is very comfortable. Will definitely stay again when coming to Costa Rica.

We like, We really like it!!!
This was the perfect house for our two day trip to visit Manuel Antonio National Park. We were met by the manager Tom who was in constant contact with me as soon as I rented. He arranged our guided tour (a must) and had information ready for us at the house. Very comfortable and was perfect for two couples.
The pool was just right after our 1/2 day excursion to the park. Many good restaurants you’d have to stay at least a month to try them all.
Thanks to owner Howard and manager Tom. We have made great memories.

The house was beautiful, just as photos advertized.
The home was beautiful and our contact, Tom, very helpful! He provided numerous tips on directions, area, restaurants, service, and guides.
It was all very easy, thoughtful, and welcoming.
I will surely rent from these people again when in Costa Rica!

One Week In Paradise
What a great home to take your vacation, you feel as if you are in your own home. Put your feet up, stay awhile.
The pool was beautiful with plenty of patio space to hang out. While there, we were visited by the locals, a Toucan, a rooster greeting you everyday, Iguanas using the tin roof to catch some rays, birds and monkeys.
Be sure to look at the books the owners supply with suggestions of activities and eateries. The is something for everyone.
The house manager will book any and every adventure you want to try.
You can walk or if walking isn't your thing, you can take taxis into town. There was even pizza delivery, incase you can't drag yourself away from the pool.
We were there for seven days and by day three, I was trying to decide when I was coming back.
I recommend hiring a car and take the drive from San Jose. We missed out connecting flight and had to hire a car. It was the best thing that could have happened.
I would stay here again and again and again.
