The location was ideal close to the main city centre of Leicester, offering good access to restuarants and shops.
Nothing immediately springs to mind

It was so clean, nice And brightly decorated creating an inviting and uplifting atmosphere!!…the staff were very friendly, and welcoming and is run by a family, the beds are super cosy and comfortable and absolutely fantastic value for money!…even more amazing was the fact I booked a deluxe/luxury single room but was just automatically upgraded to a double room as soon as I checked in!!😮….which I thought was super kind of the staff to do that!…Also I love the fact that the family have their own restaurant attached to the hotel!..of which I had a meal there on two of the nights I stayed, and the food was amazing!! Traditional Indian food cooked by the mum of the family!…I’d definitely like to go back again, and I love Leicester!! So much to see and do,and plenty of amazing places to eat too!xx
There was nothing I didn’t like really, there was just a very slight issue with the bedside lights(not the main lights) as they flickered quite a bit but mentioned it to a member of staff and they said thank you for letting us know, and they’ll be on it straight away!….and there’s no hooks to hang your towel but these are just very minor quibbles as I just hanged my towel up over the shower after I used it,so was no major issue at all!

pillows were a bit lumpy

Nothing really that I didn't like

Booked last minute as went by bus to pick up a car but had to leave it and get a refund on my deposit due to the car having too many problems including no working brakes. Was easy to book through Booking.com at a reasonable last minute price that avoided an expensive train ticket.
Had no problems with the hotel, staff were helpful and the room was ready when we arrived.

This hotel is run by a Sikh family and all are involved in its running. It is ideally located, just a 4 minute walk from St Margaret's bus station. The added bonus is that they have a restaurant in the hotel that serves mainly vegetarian Indian dishes all home cooked by one of the family. The hotel and the rooms have all been renovated and re-decorated to a high standard. Very good value for money.
There was nothing to dislike.

my only down fall was this area has no parking, but only 5 mins walk to Abbey Street multi car park, around £4.70 a day
3.7
Located just 150 yards from the city centre clock tower and well placed for all attractions.
Place was locked up on arrival and at first I couldn't see the tiny message with a number to ring. The immediate area is a bit rough and ready and derelict and the accommodation is directly above an off-licence.

Not a lot. Initial room on 2nd floor had not been cleaned so was then offered 1st floor. Clean and decent decoration.
Very noisy and cramped. Wardrobe was just a hanging bar over the minifridge. Room overlooked main road and bus stop and nightclub/bar nearby played loud music until late. The picture of the sign does not include the shop underneath so entrance is a single door next to shop. All rooms seem to be on 1st or 2nd floor so no lift to any room and stairs are narrow.

location

Upgrade to a double room and location
Nothing not to like. Guests should be aware of the requirement of photo I. D

Very easy to find and reach, walking distance to train station and local shops etc, has everything you need for a short stay, staff very friendly and welcoming. Can recommend next door for food as well very nice place with large good value menu. Also plenty of towels and a fridge in the room
slight issue with corridor noise but not during the night so not a big problem

close to the arena
no breakfast, delux double room for £80 not really suitable for 2, bathroom tiny.
