Welcome to 1171 Beach Walker Villa, a stunning oceanfront escape located on the south end of Amelia Island. If you're looking for the perfect vacation spot, this villa is your ideal choice!

This second-floor corner unit, situated at the end of the breezeway, features windows on three sides, offering plenty of natural light. The spacious condo boasts four bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it perfect for two families on a beach vacation, four couples on an adult-only getaway, or a multi-generational family gathering.

The villa's tri-level layout provides privacy and space for relaxation, with two secluded master suites each featuring a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are located on a separate floor, one with a bunk bed and trundle and the other with two queen-size beds, sharing a bathroom. This configuration ensures comfortable common areas for all to share while maintaining individual privacy.

Located in the sought-after Beach Walker complex on the Omni Resort grounds, this villa offers the best views and the closest beach access. Guests can enjoy the newly renovated Beach Walker complex pool, just a short walk away. The pool area includes a large deck, covered gazebos, bathrooms, and a community grilling area.

We provide fresh linens and towels for our guests, along with a starter pack of essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are also available for your use.

During your stay, explore the resort’s acclaimed biking and walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, and restaurants. Alternatively, visit the charming Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach, about a 15-minute drive north, for eclectic dining and shopping options. Golf enthusiasts will find excellent courses nearby, and bike and golf cart rentals are available upon request.

My husband and I live near this property in a small condo. For our 50th wedding anniversary we rented the Beach Walker unit for 3 of our adult children, their spouses and two grandchildren. They all declared it was perfectly set up and well located for enjoying all the amenities Amelia Island Plantation, beach and downtown Fernandina Beach have to offer.

Good location; problems were addressed promptly; however, the problem with a smoke alarm was not effectively resolved so we had sleep disrupted two nights instead of one. the kitchen would be much better if it were at least a foot wider.

Overall a great condo and property. The pool was pretty quiet, even on the holiday weekend. Note that it’s a galley kitchen, so getting in and out is tight if you have multiple people trying to use the kitchen.

Great location, and plenty of room. We had 8, with 5 adults, 2 children, and one infant. We never felt like we were on top of each other. There are not a lot of 4 bedroom, beachfront units on the plantation. There was plenty of space with a great location close to the shops and the Omni. Check-in and out was a breeze. Would go back.

What better place to celebrate a 43rd Annual College Girlfriends Reunion weekend than in beautiful Amelia Island. The Beach Walkers condo was perfect for the nine of us who loved the Atlantic, the pool, and especially Fernandina Beach. I commend Amelia Island Vacations for their exceptional service as well!

Our party of five professional women was very disappointed with this property. As other renters have mentioned, the very small bathroom that serves two bedrooms is in unacceptable disrepair. Heavily stained tub, poorly painted (patched) walls, door and sink backsplash area. For a property that can sleep 14 people, only 3 wineglasses and 4 coffee cups were in the cupboards. The flatware provided would only serve six people at a time. Kitchen knives were so dull that they were useless. And the ice maker didn't work. And probably the worst offense was that one of the beds had not been changed from the last renter. Wrinkled sheets, sand and dirt. Its was obvious that not only the owners but the management company, Amelia Island Vacations, have not paid much attention to this property in a long, long time. Don't waste your money. Find another property to rent.

The villa layout and accommodations worked well for our family of 9. Villa is nicely decorated and has great access to beach & unheated pool. All of the bathrooms, much of the flooring, and some of the mattresses are not in very good condition /need renovated. The multiple stair levels may be troublesome for small children or older adults. We very much enjoyed having room for our entire family.

We visited Amelia Island with another family and had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and this is always the most important thing to me. The place could use some minor repairs but wasn't an issue for us. The view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing! The condo is spacious and it is nice that there are two masters, this makes the stay with another family possible. Overall, wonderful experience and would visit again for sure. Thank you

We enjoyed our family vacation and the property had everything we needed. We enjoyed the location and close proximity to the beach. The only disappointment was that we didn't have any access to the OMNI resort amenities and couldn't purchase wristbands for an additional charge (tennis courts, heated pools, workout facilities, etc.).

Great townhouse style accommodations to fit family groups. Each group had their own bedroom and bathroom. Place was worn down and not as clean as I would have liked (kitchen floor needed to be mopped and downstairs bedrooms had a musty odor) The bathroom fan in one of the downstairs bedrooms did not work. All in all this place did work out for my family however.

We spent our 46th wedding anniversary at a condo on Beachwalker Road in the Omni Resort. The condo was on 4 different levels. The condo was very attractively decorated in a beach theme and from the balcony we had a view of the ocean. Everything was supplied in the kitchen which we needed. The candles and books provided a welcoming touch to the condo. The bathrooms need updating, but the remainder of the condo was nice. We all had a great time. Loved the layout of the condo. Remodel on the main level was great. Bathrooms need to be updated. Fire alarm would go off whenever we were cooking or opening the oven. There needs to be a range hood to collect the smoke and steam.

Family of 12 shared this rental. Enjoyed the stocked kitchen. And extra towels and linens. Property, beach and pool were great, but distance to local restaurants and activities was always 20-30 minutes away. Communication with property manager was good, though a check in delay was not communicated well. Would definitely stay in this resort again, our clan left tan, tired, and happy.

I took all my 6 grandchildren and my children (11 total). We had plenty of room. My 2 year old had a little trouble with the stairs. We did have a little trouble finding parking places, we did have 1 assigned to the unit but we had 3 cars. But over all great vacation spot .

We stayed here for a girls/moms weekend away and had a great time. The property was nice, clean, easy to get in and out of, close to the beach and the management company was easy to work with and very responsive. However, the resort was not close to restaurants, shops, bars, etc. which did require some additional coordination on our end.

The newly renovated family room and kitchen are lovely. The rest of the condo badly needs to be updated - the carpet is old and dirty; the bathrooms are old and have years of accumulated grime. The facelifts of new furniture in the bedrooms are lovely, and they are well decorated, but they can't overcome the wear on the floors and in the bathrooms. The property manager was very helpful with replacing a broken television and allowing us a two hour later check out for a medical issue that arose during our stay.

This is a great place for your vacation we have 9 adults and everyone was comfortable we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves from the beach to the pool to the golf course to just hanging out in the very well equipped Villa.
