The condo was very nice and clean. It was very conveniently located. Sitting out on the balcony was a pleasure in the mornings and evenings.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was clean and very spacious. The only thing I wish it had was a washer and dryer. It’s something I missed in the listing. And being so close to hiking and water activities, it would have been nice. Highly recommend!

This is a great little condo that is close to Hurricane Marina. Clean and cozy with a nice balcony. Would have been nice to have some bath wash and an ice maker. Both of these are pretty standard and a necessity in this day and time.

The Condo was a great place to stay. It was clean and spacious with everything you needed at your fingertips. The views were stunning and the perfect backdrop for morning coffee.
There is a locked door up the stairs that I believe leads to the actual “home” and I wish it had a latch that could be looked from the rental condo side. It made for a little uncomfortableness knowing it could be opened from the other side and someone could walk in an anytime. So having a latch from the inside would help from a security point of view.
The fireplace was a nice touch but it only blows cold air so it couldn’t be used as a heating source when the heat stopped working.
We happened to be visiting when the temps were in the mid 40’s and the heat stopped working. We texted and were told to turn it off and back on which should fix it. No luck…we woke up to the condo being 62 degrees. 🥶
Other than those small issues it was a great place to stay. We understand things happen and nothing is ever perfect.

Everything about this property was great. The location was perfect, it's far enough off the main road that it was quiet, the accommodations were great, not far from a store to buy whatever you wanted to eat, Direct TV and Wifi options, two coffee pot options, nice and clean. Highly recommend this place!!

Great escape for the weekend.
Beautiful condo, lots of room and such a great location. The view may change with the which season you are staying but it is a wonderful place to have a weekend (or longer) to get away and relax.

Too noisy upstairs. Couldn’t sleep 😫
While most things with the condo were just fine, the ongoing stomping around after 11pm (and up until 2am) provided little to no sleep all three nights of our stay. I don’t even know that anything can be done to correct this issue, as this condo is attached to the upstairs living space…and they clearly keep late hours on a regular basis 😩🤯
Also disconcerting that the door up the stairs to the other living space only has a key lock and no deadbolt on the condo side??? Half expected people to venture downstairs at any moment all three evenings, based on all the racket 🤨
Disappointing, as this was our anniversary trip.

Not quite what it once was...
This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property. Unfortunately this trip the first time we cooked and went to rinse dishes the right side of the sink was stopped up and the garbage disposal would not work. Luckily we had not tried to put anything down just the water but it had to be bailed out. When we looked inside it seemed to have a rusted metal piece. The worse problem was the shower/tub. On first and every use the tub immediately filled up and took forever to drain. After our first night I reported these issues the next morning and got an answer back that they appreciated the report but no offer to come do anything. There is also NO info on what to do with trash and recycling. We searched everywhere in the rain to find nothing. Nor was there any info in the book or as part of the check out directions. We are finally forced to leave the bags just inside the door. Hated to do that but there was no where else to look. No baking dishes and the metal pans were in terrible condition. Not even an entire roll of paper towels. This condo is starting to show wear and tear and it is a shame. Very close to the marina which was the best part.

Great weekend getaway
Lovely place to spend a weekend away. The balcony was perfect place to spend mornings and evenings, and the details for checking in and out was very easy. Loved our stay!

Address isn't in GPS as listed, should correct to 113 Vista Point Rd.
By pictures I thought I was renting a ground level condo, after booking I found out it was one level down, not bad but not what I expected. Should be clear about that.

Perfect Little Getaway Weekend
We really enjoyed this wonderful little get away. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Unfortunately we arrived at night and had a really difficult time trying to find it. But once we did, we settled in and had a really great weekend! It was exactly what we needed! Great views!!!

Great weekend away
Overall we had a great visit here. The condo is cozy and mostly well stocked- plenty of towels, extra blankets, toilet paper, and great wifi. I really appreciated that we could choose bright ceilings lights, or dimmer lamps for reading depending on our preference/time of day. Beds and couch are comfy. We would have appreciated a few more basics in the kitchen (plastic wrap or foil) and for the handsoap in the (only) bathroom and the dishsoap in kitchen to not be nearly empty. My only real complaint is in trying to reach the property manager. When we arrived the burglar alarm was beeping every 10 seconds (not an exaggeration). I called and emailed the property manager to ask how to stop it (I think it was a low battery? but couldn't find any way to open the wall unit) and got no response to either attempt. Thankfully I was able to turn off the beeping after about 3 hours (!!) by pressing random buttons.
Please note that this unit pretty low from the ground (compared to the other condos in the development) in terms of view- if it weren't the start of fall with some of the leaves already gone I'm not sure we would have been able to see the lake from the porch. We had a typical TN weather weekend in that it was 80+ degrees our first two days there, and the third day/morning it had plunged into the 40s. When it was warm we enjoyed sitting on the porch drinking coffee or eating dinner. We canoed on the Caney one day (thankfully the 80+ degree day) and on the cooler morning we visited Cummins Falls. Both were great experiences for our family (with boys ages 7 and 9). I highly recommend the location and assuming the property manager is generally more responsive, also this condo.

Great weekend at the lake
We had all of our family at Center Hill Lake this past weekend. Most stayed on my brothers houseboat, but we needed a few extra beds. I found this great condo which was very close to Hurricane Marina where his boat is. It was the perfect size and setup for our stay. Nicely decorated and it had everything we needed. I especially liked the nice balcony. Couldn't see the lake from it, but it was a nice view none the less and perfect place to have my morning coffee. I would stay here again!

Perfect for 2 couple weekend away!
We loved this downstairs lockoff property. Comfy furnishings, great location for marina, hiking at Evins park, dinner in Cookeville or Gordonsville. Nice linens, queen slept better than twins but nothing we couldn’t handle for a weekend. We will come back for sure!

Critter Concerns
The property was nicely decorated and about average condition for a hotel in the same price range. There were critters in the ceiling that partied all night long and disrupted our sleep. When the critters in the ceiling weren't scratching and rolling around the neighbor had his stereo bass blasting so loud that it rocked the walls. The picture of the lake is likely from the upper condo, don't expect that much of a water view.

Excellent Stay!!
What an absolutely wonderful condo, I can’t say enough good things. It was clean, well stocked, extremely quick response time with communication, and the view was beyond gorgeous!

Perfect
This condo was perfect for two couples enjoying a lake weekend. It was very clean and nicely furnished. We keep a boat at Hurricane marina so the convenience to the marina was key.
