Well equipped apartment in the heart of the village. The kitchen was well provided with equipment and utensils. The beds were comfy. Parking space was useful. Beauly has lots of character and many interesting shops. A great place to explore Inverness and beyond.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Lovely welcome pack too.
Could not fault the property.

It was home from home, everything you would need, very comfortable. Good size, even for parents with 2 teenagers.

The property was spotlessly clean.
Val had thought of everything, right down to some milk in the fridge for a much needed cuppa when we arrived.
It was a proper home from home!

Situation in the middle of a delightful small town, but very private and quiet. Plenty of space within the property and a generous welcome pack. Great attention to detail in the decor and presentation. Very comfortable. Beauly is an excellent base for discovering all of the North West Highland area with easy access to lovely scenery in every direction.
Nothing. We hope to come again and will recommend this property to others.

Fantastic apartment and location. Val has everything and more. Was lovely to have welcome cake and milk and orange in the fridge, the little touches. Comfortable apartment and on the ground floor which was perfect for my elderly mother and with parking right at the door. We will be back to stay again as a short drive from where my family live.
4.6
Clean and comfortable. Only one night en route north, but would happily have stayed longer. Val was a caring host.
Nothing.

No outdoor space

A dedicated parking slot for the apartment.
Tranquility despite its central location.
Couldn't find anything to fault.
That's quite something.

The property was in a great location in Beauly and convenient parking outside. The rooms were well appointed and we had everything we could need. The welcome treats were a lovely gesture and the place was spotless. Great communication from Val, highly recommended.

No 3 on the Square is an exceptionally well fitted-out apartment, which the host has spent time and effort in ensuring has the best facilities, including tea and coffee and a bottle of wine on arrival. The host responded in less than an hour to queries and was really helpful. Beauly is within easy range of very varied countryside from the Black Isle to beautiful Glen Affric to the city of Inverness; a bit further but still an easy day's excursion are the West coast: Loch Maree, Gairloch, Inverewe Garden and Corrieshalloch Gorge make a good days circuit; and Dunrobin Castle 50 miles to the North.
It's an apartment with no balcony or private outdoor space to sit in the sunshine - yes it can be sunny and warm in Northern Scotland in summer! But that's not something under the hosts's control!
4.6
Really comfortable flat with an excellent location off the main square. Private parking space made it an excellent touring base.
4.6
A spotlessly clean apartment, well equipped with helpful owner.
Ideal venue for a family holiday. A number of family friendly features including toys / games / childrens plates.
Apartment has good quality wifi.
