Everything we needed! Great location.
4.5
Super clean, lovely space, great location, friendly owners. We really loved it here.
The small double (4ft) bed was comfy but not really big enough for us. Husband ended up sleeping on the floor. I wish holiday accommodation would provide king or at least full size doubles.
4.5
It was self catering so breakfast no included
Bathroom a little dated.Perhaps pipes from boiler would be better boxed in.
Although there is a ramp and door for wheelchair access there isn't facilities in the bathroom which is a bit odd.

Location
clean
Paula was very pleasant
Everything we needed
Boiler made a banging noise, like doors opening and shutting every time it fired up
When flushing toilet at times as filling up made a very high pitched noise
Decking was very slippery
The cottages were all very close together . On the first night if our stay it was extremely noisey long into the night
We were in two minds to complain but decided we didn’t want to ruin other people’s break
4.5
Perfect location for accessing the coast and other local attractions. I was particularly pleased with having the wooded area to walk my dog in.
The wi-fi signal was very poor.

Really clean and comfortable.
Paula was very friendly and helpful.
Cake and milk were thoughtful touches
Extra cake for Nan was amazingly kind.
Very dog friendly and wood was great
Nothing...it was brilliant

The cottage was spotless and very welcoming

Great place to stay and plenty of
Space. Great for digs also.

Brilliant place to stay near Cromer. Warm and comfortable and with a nice little wooded area to walk the dog. Had all the home comforts and very clean and cozy.
The convection hob was a little hard to use as we didn't have the instructions but we figured it out.
4.5
A nice quiet location. Didn't even realise there was a camping toilet block opposite our cottage until the last day.
Uncomfy bed.
4.5
The cottage was lovely and cosy and felt like being at home; it was nicely layed out and the double bed was comfy. The baby cot and high chair were great also. We enjoyed watching dvds in the evenings and making dinner with the many appliances in the kitchen. It's not a long drive to Cromer, Sheringham and Blakeney. I enjoyed a walk round the woods at the back of the property, so quiet and peaceful. The Internet connection was ok. All in all just what we wanted, to get away from the humdrum of working life.
The only thing was there wasn't much room to get round the double bed.
4.5
Location great. Enjoyed the woodland walk behind. Everything we needed was in the cottage. Enjoyed having the patio area. Everyone was friendly.

Quiet location with easy access to the North Norfolk coast and Broads.
We used it as a base to travel out each day.
Nice clean comfy place with enough facilities for a stay close to the coast.
Woods at the rear of the property which is ideal for an evening Dog walk after a day out.
Owners were friendly and unintrusive. Really nice to find milk in the fridge and Home made cake left for us on arrival.
4.5
We enjoyed the setting of the place, the location, easy to travel about, nice quiet private space, nice woodland walk for the dog, it was clean well organised and we support the recycling that the owners clearly put a lot of effort in to maintaining, an excellent place to rest and recuperate from a busy work life, thank you.
Nothing at all, just what we expected.

Welcome cake and tea and coffee supplied upon arrival. The site was safe and secure with a really nice walk to the rear of the property. All the nearby locations were lovely to visit and there was plenty to do during the weeks stay this was a great central location for everything we required to make our stay enjoyable and rememberable.
Everything was great the only feedback I'd like to give to improve would be moving the wireless access point nearer to the cottages or have an external access point somewhere central.
4.5
Lovely touch with the welcome cake and tea/coffee making facilities provided. Lovely quiet area, with plenty of space and woods to walk the dog. Easy access into Cromer and other places.
4.5
Location was great for coast and country, with many properties, parks and a steam railway close by.
The property itself was bright, welcoming, quiet and comfortable and had every facility we needed.
4.5
Clean and great location
Towels didn’t smell nice and they don’t mention that it’s £3 to use the laundry facilities
4.5
Clean and comfortable property close to lots of sights and things to do. Lovely host and there was milk and a homemade cake on arrival. Good grounds to take our dog for a walk. DVDs, games and puzzles provided for wet days.
Sofas were a bit soft and some more cutlery would be useful. Parking spaces need to be identified for each cottage on the site.
4.5
Great location for visiting surrounding coastline and 2 FABULOUS pubs within a mile! Cottage is slightly dated but very adequate.
The cottage could do with some modernisation. Although clean, the bathroom needs updating as do the sofas. Would have been nice for someone to have tended flower pots too and cleaned decking. Table and chairs out front are in need of replacing but again adequate.

The hosts were friendly & helpful in accommodating our needs. The site is well kept, with a gorgeous private woodland. The cottage was well equipped & comfortable. Having a BBQ available to use was good.
Perhaps have more seating areas on site so guests can move into the sunshine if their outside space is in the shade.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Set in lovely and peaceful surroundings.
Lovely welcome with homemade cake, milk in the fridge and coffee/tea bags.
Games and dvds available to use during stay.
Nothing 😊

Quiet, clean, well equipped, good location.
Double bed had an uncomfortable mattress. We ended up with one of us sleeping in the kids room.
