We stayed here for one week. I will mention what I like and what I don’t.
What I Like:
1. It is an apartment that can be booked via Booking.com
2. Even its postal code is NE4, it is near to the city centre.
3. Property Unique (which administrates the building) is very helpful and welcoming.
4. It is super clean.
What I do not like:
1. If you have a kid and you are using baby stroller, you will struggle: the accessibility to the building is bad in this case.

Location
Parking was awkward being across the busy road - not clear in description
5.0 / 10.0
The location and the fixtures and fittings
Kitchen equipment was poor, not enough larger pots, blunt kitchen knives, low grade cutlery. Beds we’re far too soft and springy.

My husband is in Freeman Hospital & was allowed home for the weekend so it was so relaxing & very handy to the Metro & city centre
I occasionally got a strong smell of weed at night which was strange but everything else was great

The location was excellent and the apartment very clean and comfortable.
It was a very short walk to the city centre and although the flat was on the fourth floor, we took the opportunity to get daily exercise by walking the stairs.
The sofa could have been a bit bigger and a coffee table would have been nice. The shower head in the en-suite bathroom had a small leak and the light switch required a bit of fiddling before it turned on, but overall, they were minor inconveniences.
