About this villa rental

Set in Pervolia, in a quite, calming, and green, gated complex, adjoining with the E-Hotel, and opposite to the Pervolia Light House, just on the cape. This detached villa features a big terrace with sun beds from private sunbathing and a huge garden with grass for children to play. It features an extremely big common outdoor pool with very few swimmers.. Free Wifi is offered throughout the property. Providing free private parking, the villa is 200 metres from Faros Beach and 500 metres from the sandy beach with sun beds and umbrellas. Heating is available and a fireplace is featured at the property for winter. For summer, all rooms are airconditioned with no extra charge. A children's playground is available as well at the back yard, where you can cook on the barbeque and watch your children play. Decorated with art pieces from a private collection, and modern furniture as well as outdoor furniture, the three-bedroom villa features a fully-equiped kitchen fitted with a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven and a refrigerator, as well as a microwave, a toaster, a water boiler and a coffee machine. Kitchen has also a table for eight and plenty of dishware. The property consists of three bedrooms. One double bedroom on the ground floor which views the playground at the back and the front yard at the front, and two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and the other with four 1,5 beds, both enjoying the big balcony with nice view in the garden. Towels and bed linen are provided in this self-catering accommodation, with the opportunity of an extra change for long stayers, as well as the beach towels. Detergents are also provided, as well as a hairdryer and an ironing machine. Other facilities at Villa Galleria include a barbecue.and a pressure system as well as a flat screen TV. There is also a baby cod in the double room on the ground floor, which gives the opportunity for an extra baby to sleep at the villa, as well as a feeding chair and also protectives for the four single beds on the room on the first floor. It is safe for children, especially because the swimming pool is outside the gated yard, so you don't have to bother about small children. There is also an outside shower with hot and cold water at the big veranda in the back yard. Anatomic pillows are also offered, if requested.

Our proposal is to rent a car for this villa, because it is in a position just two kilometers from the airport, and you can visit Ayia Napa, Protaras on the one side in forty minutes time, Larnaca in ten minutes and Limassol on the other side, in just 40 minutes. The village of Pervolia is just 3 kilometers distance, providing supermarkets, such as LIDL and Carrefour, petrol stations, pharmacies, clothing and other shops, as well as cafeterias and restaurants, For those who want to stay close to the villa, and prefer not to rent a car, our visitors can have dinner just next to us, at the E-Hotel, or opposite to us, at Dipato Cafe/restaurant, and at a fishtavern 200 meters away. For your supermarket shopping there is a supermarket at the village who can provide supplies at the villa for minimum 25 euro purchasings.

For car rental, we can propose two options. One is from the airport for euro approx. 8 per day, but he needs to put a deposit of euro 750 as a guarantee, which will be returned to you upon your departure, and the other option is from the pervolia village for approx. 30 euro per day, with no deposit guarantee needed. There is also a bus passing outside the complex, and of course the option of taxis.

The communication with the owner doesn’t exist. Doesn’t replay to nothing, not even in the check-out!!! The explanation for check-in was difficult. The house is dirty and old. Many things are broken. It’s not 200m from the beach.

Very nice

The house is beautiful, the garden is even more beautiful, great for a relax evening. Pool area is just a few steps away and not crowded. The beach is nice also has great bars. Please note that you will need a car for groceries and sightseeing. Overall nice quiet area for relaxation.

Well arranged accommodation in 3 bedrooms, sufficient for 5-6 persons. In a gated complex of similar houses, sharing a large pool (too cold to swim in November!). Striking art on all walls, produced by the owners. Convenient location for the beach, but car is essential for shops. I would use again.
