Staff were courteous and reliable.
Bathrooms were not conducive to my elder companions who had disability- I inquired from the reception regarding disability access, however, all bathrooms had bath tubs in them which posed a danger/difficulty to my elder companions.

Very minimal water that’s complementary provided. It should be all complementary.

Lage zur Mall. Lage zum Flughafen. Freundlichkeit Personal
Zimmer muffelte nach Schimmel. Nach Zimmerwechsel welcher Problemlos war alles ok. Die Zimmer sind abgewöhnt und Altbacken.

Everything.
There’s nothing to dislike.

The location is perfect
The room is too vintage, no bidet, cannot adjust the aircon’s temperature, too noisy aircon, got insect bites, security guard at the parking exit was not considerate enough to let me pass thru and asked me to go back to the front desk to validate the voucher. We were too late for our flight but he still insist me to go back where in fact he can just radio/call the receptionist to validate since i already had checked out successfully.

Everything was perfect from check in to check out. This is an older hotel with real character😊. Room was perfect. Pool area great. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve experienced. Staff? If I could give them a 20 I would. Each and every member of this hotel were exceptional.

They had a great price for the rooms which were quite spacious even though they were an older type of hotel. The furnishings are older but the location of the hotel is great if you want to be near the Mall of Asia and their staff were really welcoming and efficient. I don't mind either how they kind of look like a very vintage hotel that reminds me a little of horror movies. I like that they have the usual area where someone can drive in and not be in the way of the roads as well so it makes it easier to book a taxi or have someone pick you up. There's also a smaller mall just across the road and even the Jollibee and other fast food places nearby.
Probably just that they may need to update some of their rooms as it is becoming rather old. The aircon controls are still the older non-digital dial and the furnishings are outdated. I don't think they have as many facilities as other hotels these days so this was really more of a stay if you don't really care for the swimming pool or gyms that other hotels offer.

Very accommodating staff. Nice location near SM Mall of Asia and Baclaran.
We don't like the Comfort Room of our suite. Not senior citizens friendly. The toilet and the shower area.

Restaurant food was good and the decor settings esp seating near the pool was enjoyable.
Enjoyed the bowl of fruit given in the Executive Suite.
Property rooms needs upgrading to cater for international standards.
power points in the room, even in executive suite in which I stayed are not international. I had problems finding a power point to charge phone & iPads. Only one in the room was suitable to connect our chargers & my wife & I had to take turns in charging.
The shower with the enclosure had a door which wouldn’t close fully. Decor in the Executive Suite was old. Only 2 small bottles of water were given for my wife & I to use. No mini bar to purchase extras.
Restaurant wine could only be purchased by bottle and not by glass. Also very expensive.

Food, cheerful staff, exceptional customer service and the feeling of being home away from home.
I wished there were tour program booklets available at the desk. But that’s not so much of a big deal. It would just be nice to have that available within the hotel.

Definite go-to hotel in Pasay especially if you prefer to be close to the airport. Check-in seamless, reception and staff great as were the hotel transfers. Unfortunately didn't have time for breakfast or use the hotel facilities but I shall next time..
Nothing.

Near MOA and Airport.
Staff was a bit clueless with our booking information. One of the rooms booked was a double room - twin bed for 2 person (it’s a given) yet he told us it is only good for 1. Service was also a bit slow even if there was no other guest checking in around that time.

-The breakfast buffet. Allthough, with 880 php per person it seemed a little prizey at first glanze for filipino standards, it was worth every single peso. Great variety of filipino and western sweet and savoury hot and cold dishes plus a big variety of fresh pastries
- staff: welcoming, efficient and friendly
This hotel was probably modern like 20 years ago. Now there is some wear and tear visible.

Good breakfast and great friendly staff throughout the whole complex, location is great and near the Airport too
Rooms are single glazed and therefore allow road noise into the room all night long

The staff helped us to get a large family suite to spend some hours before our late flight on the same day. Getting to the hotel and back to the airport was quite easy and straightforward. We walked around the hotel area in this very lively area.
The room showed signs of age (furniture, bathroom appliances) and the restaurant buffet was sub-par for the price. The area can be quite noisy so you may want a room further from the street if you need to rest.

Staff were lovely. We arrived tired at 2am . Upgraded to a suite as a welcome gesture. Loved the breakfast and service. Helpful concierge.
Felt a bit like a business hotel. The carpets smelt musty but the place was clean. Probably due to only air conditioning and no free flowing air.
The pool water was not crisp.

It was almost perfect for us but we suggest to have some menu for breakfast, i have stayed there for 14 days and maybe you can make some food like the food your guest where they come from, just 1 or 2 kinds of thier foods will make us happier 😊
So far, so Good ♥️
