My partner and our guest agree that this apartment is perfect for our holiday needs. Its location is within reach for all our activities such as tennis, shopping and wonderful beach walks. The apartment is always spotless and each time we go our hosts make further additions or improvements which add to our comfort and delight. This was our 5th stay in this lovely apartment. It has a great view and it is very close to all the activities we enjoy doing such as the tennis, shopping, long walks along the beach etc. It is always clean, well presented and comfortable. Very happy 😃

This property is ideal for a small group that wants to enjoy the community of Lorne Beach and take advantage of the water front balcony. The hosts are very responsive, welcoming, and polite. We highly recomment this property as a way to enjoythe south coast of Victoria and the Great Ocean Road.

I have lost count the number of times we have stayed at this apartment but we now are looking forward to book it again in March and then again in January-February 2024. Very impressed by its position and the cleanliness etc of the apartment and also the communication between me and the owner. Very happy overall.

The location was great, close enough that you could hear the waves in the apartment. Was nice to fall asleep to, and wake up to.
The rock pools were fun, the whole family enjoyed searching them.
We even had some wildlife visitors (birds) come and say hello every day.
It was a short drive to the main beach and the restaurants.
The apartment was nice and clean and had a good size living space for everyone to stretch out and relax on.

A great little property, only a few minutes drive from central Lorne. Very clean with everything you would need for a relaxing stay. The owners even allowed our adult daughter to stay one night, although not on our booking. We especially enjoyed dinner on the deck overlooking the ocean with cockatoos as our guests.

A delightful winter stay in Lorne
It was a wonderful experience waking up to a great view of the ocean and witnessing the changes in the skyline over the course of the day. The apartment is so well positioned. It provides wonderful views and is close to all my partner’s (tennis) and my activities (shops, walks etc). We had a very relaxing holiday. Our third stay in this apartment and have booked again for summer. 😊😊😊

Lovely beach location
Lovely small apartment with stunning view looking over the water. Bedrooms & bathroom very small. Open area large enough for a small family. Did find the beds very cold but extra blankets in small wardrobe helped.

Perfect location
We stayed at Apartment 2, it was my partner, 5yr old son & myself. It was everything we’d read & seen in pictures.
We were fortunate to have been able to check in early which we appreciated, the extra trimmings like milk, coffee/tea were an added bonus.
Location in lovely quiet area, yet only short 15mins at most into town centre.
Communication with property managers was great. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Lorne- A great holiday destination
Both my partner and I love Lorne and we both know it’s beauty with its great scenic views. We were fortunate to have found this well positioned apartment which over looks the ocean and is close to all our activities such as playing tennis, beach walks and shopping. The apartment is spacious, very clean and comfortable. While it is next to another apartment there is privacy and a quietness which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this apartment and both my partner and I look forward to booking t again quite soon.

Sea view and nice walk into town
Great spot just out of town so nice and quiet with sea views and plenty of birds about for your breakfast on the deck. Comms and check in where easy with us able to check in early so thanks! Good spot to rest up, some wifi and a better clean would be the only feedback for the price point you're paying. Cheers.

Beautiful view
Beautiful view was the main attraction of the apartment. I could have stared at it all day.
We had needed here, bbq was great to have and well equipped kitchen.
The reason I don’t rate higher is - Whilst overall clean, we did locate items under furniture and beds that should have been attended to - but overall clean.
Appreciate need to sweep but as there was no broom I had to vacuum (hence why we found items) - not ideal on holidays.
Rather than throw a rug over a deteriorated couch replace or remove it would have been better.
Fans are our one great.
I’m sorry I can’t give a higher rating as your place truly has this potential and appreciate it’s been tough times, but the apartment needs a little TLC.

Overall, okay
The property had recently had a basic renovation but overall very tired, particularly externally. The second bedroom was very small and unit was overpriced for what it was. We thought we would have received better value at an apartment in town which was available at a similar price. We holiday in this area very regularly which makes me qualified to make this judgement. I have not given a negative review ever but feel the reviews on this property were unrealistically positive. Communication with owners was excellent but I would not stay here again at this price point.

It’s in a nice quiet location just out of town and is perfect for your morning beach walk into town for breakfast and coffees. The property is spotlessly clean with all the ammenities you need . Everything you could want
Apartment 2 was spotlessly clean, had fantastic coastal views. It was equipped with everything you could want for a lovely stay in Lorne. The location is excellent, allowing easy beach access and short commute to amenities in town, whilst feeling far enough away to escape the goings on in town when desired as the location is lovely and quiet. Robert & Theresa were fantastic hosts who always responded promptly and helpfully to any questions and ensured my stay was as comfortable as possible. I have stayed in both Apartment 2 & 1 before and would happily do so again as each time my experience has been excellent and left my family and I with many great memories!

Location was awesome. So close to the beach. There was quite a steep hill to walk back up if you had mobility issues. Great views. Great walk along the beach to the main shopping in Lorne. Would stay again.
