Location is super. It is next to the train station and walking distance to the conference hall/Big Sight. Family Mart and 7-11 are downstairs of the hotel which is super convenient.

The room is super small. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. The toilet sink is the smallest sink I have ever seen. There isn't a deck to work on. The coffee packages in the lobby is nice. It is convenient to take back to the room to make a cup of joe in the morning. The breakfast is okay.

I told the hotel that it was my husband's birthday and they put a handwritten birthday card in the room, which we found really nice. The location is great, just few steps away from the driverless Yurikamome station and another station that is Shinjuku/Shibuya line. We also used the massage chair in the room a lot until our backs were tender 😆 it was worth it. AMAZING VIEW from our window.

The massage chair is worn out; it works well but the appearance could use some lift. The wallpaper in our room is torn and needs fixing.

We came back to the hotel after a two year lapse and we loved it for the location (close to Tokyo Big Sight for our exhibition) and two train stations literally minutes away for easy access into other locations in Tokyo. The rooms are big, modern, clean and very good value. There's a konbini downstairs too. One of the few hotels in Japan that provides extra pillows. The beds are comfortable, shower and bath bigger than most hotels in Japan. Recommended.

Can't think of any. We'd definitely choose this hotel if we ever come here again. Ariake is pretty much out of the way from most places but hardly the hotel's fault.

Stayed in a family room, room size is acceptable for four people. The bathroom is generously sized. The toilet is separated and has it own sink, which is very convenient.

Was told that family rooms are all located on lower floor. Our room faced the metro exit, so we have to put down the curtains all the time.

Very good location if need to take MRT & have agenda in Tokyo Big Sight. But the overall service & breakfast truly not in expectation & need a big improvement if compared with other hotel in near around the area.

Counter service not really good & only intern, Ms. Kim provided very excellent service.

Doing laundry can be difficult as there aren’t too many machines

Bathroom configuration is user convenient. It is good to have hooks to hang bath towels.
