- The location is wonderful and prime. - The bed is nice and spacious.

- The cleanliness can be greatly improved. I found random plastics and hairs in the room. - No toothbrush is provided. At the bare minimum, providing a toothbrush would be good. - No luggage storage. - The space is much smaller than it looks in pictures. - The crockery provided is not entirely clean as well. - In general, it just seems like not much effort is put into providing a comfortable stay for guests, and everything is done hastily.

Stayed for 16 days and got only 1 set of towels per person. That was difficult.

It was very clean, spacious, and the air conditioning worked very well!

While I enjoy cold showers in the summer, I didn’t see any way to make the shower warm at all. Maybe I didn’t understand how it worked.

The location was great for me, few minutes from the train station. The apartment was good, not too small, clean, and had everything I needed.

The courtains and the window shades should be cleaned sometimes.

We have an 1yr old who just starts to crawl. The design of 2-stored loft is fancy but not safe for her. So we’ve moved the futon to the ground floor to sleep.

Only location was disappointing to me for two reasons: 1- The noise getting into the room from the adjacent bridge was too annoying for me personally 2- Not much options for cafes & restaurants nearby, but some could be found at 15 min walk or one station ride

Owner is hard to reach, not responsive when we need support on anything. We need the vacuum to pack our bags, took us 4 days with frustration for them to replace a broken vacuum cleaner in the room.

We had the duplex on the 8th floor - the loft room is particularly spacious by Tokyo standard. Loved the design of the whole apartment.. well thought to make use of every space. location is also almost perfect, close to FamilyMart, 1 min walk to Oedo line that connects to Shinjuku, Tsujiki etc. Definitely value for money.

Great management and service, clean, good location, good value for money would be great for solo traveler. We were 2 ppl and could use more space/larger bed, but during Tokyo New Year's time when everything was fully booked and hotels are 200%+ normal price really nothing to complain for the price we paid for this property

Near subway，which is very much convenient for travelling.

Hotel located near major roads of center Tokyo，which means the noise from heavy traffic never stopped during the whole stay even in midnights. Earplug useless for me. Those who are sensitive to noise should consider the risk.

it’s near the station. 10 minute walk from azabujuban which is a hub for shopping and food and the place is nice. almost complete amenities and supplies.

Love the room. Worth the price, spacey and comfy for group of friends. Feels like home. Do really recommended for staycation.
