I liked the location. Several pools to choose from. Beach well kept. Restaurant food was good and a reasonable price.

The bed was REALLY bad, super hard and makes noise when you move...cheap!!! I had to make a cushion from the pillows on the other bed so I could get some sleep! The top bedcover also terrible & cheap! I had no hot or warm water first night... Cold shower, not nice! No facecloth to wash with! The second day the flush didn't work properly! It would be appropriate to have at least one bottle of water per person on arrival/ in room. A map of the property showing restaurant, pool and office would be super helpful to have in the room or at least posted at each building! Need signage - building numbers are hard to find unless you walk right up to the front. Should have directional signs for the office. If you ever paint, consider different colors for each building. Staff need to wear their masks covering their mouth AND nose, super important!!!! No elevators - glad I was only on the second floor.

excellent property, nice beach, pools all very clean

The location was splendid, right on the beach. The grounds were a beautiful and peaceful reprieve after being in crowds and attractions all day. The swimming pools were clean and beautiful. Maybe because our trip was in October, we found the pools to not be so crowded.

The room met our needs but the facility lacked the little details that make a stay absolutely great. The beach front didn’t have nearly enough chairs and umbrellas given all the space available and the clientele volume. The coffee pot didn’t have any coffee, cups, or sugar to go with it. Our air conditioning unit was not functioning. The mattresses were basic and too firm. The staff was polite enough but not extremely gracious. We will be coming back in the future, but this time getting a studio with a kitchen and making sure the air conditioning works.

Was going to pay with credit card was not accepted by personel only cash I was charged double with cash and booking. comm charge me on my credit card again on the card i use for the reservation I would like a refund on my credit card your answer would be appreciated.
