Great property in an amazing location. Very roomy and conveniently located to Arrowtown.

We all had a wonderful time staying here being able to cook for ourselves as well as going out for lunch and dinners as well. So many wonderful restaurants to choose from. Wine shop in town was also fantastic.
The walk in to town was a easy walk, we did most days,
As well as the creek walk.
We even went to church at the Anglican Church,
Lovely church and people.

We found this a good base for accessing ski fields etc.

This place was outstanding for our family of five. Less than 20 mins to Queenstown and just over a kilometre from the centre of postcard perfect Arrowtown’s Main Street - which is full of great eating and drinking options. We stayed in early July 2024 and skied Cardrona, which is about 50mins from the house to the top of the mountain.
The house has a large living area, with aircon, radiator and gas heating, and is super cosy and comfortable. There is also a great view from the front bay windows. The garage is great for keeping the frost off your car, storing snow gear and is also home to the clothes dryer.
We could not have been happier with the house. Highly recommend.
Mary Ann was outstanding in her communication and super helpful with local advice.
We will be back!

This was such a warm cosy, inviting house. 4 adults and 2 children enjoyed our stay very much. It had everything we needed. Lots of heating to keep us cosy. Will definitely stay again if we stay in Arrowtown again 😊

The property was very clean and pictured exactly as shown on VRBO. The bed was very comfortable and the living room was also very comfortable. The kitchen had great appliances and all the the dishes,pans,etc as you would need. The only 2 recommendations are to install some racks to hand towels in the bathroom and include instructions on the use of the oven

Great house, really spacious. Lovely and warm and cosy. The garden was lovely, we enjoyed some grapes! Had a bbq one night and sat outside, very peaceful and a lovely space. Really accessible for the town centre. Would highly recommend.

Me and my friends stayed in Arrowtown for a few days and we were super happy about the house. The ckeck-in was easy and the house itself was exactly what we wanted. Everything was clean, cozy and spacious.
Arrowtown is really cute and we had nice walks along the river there and it is also really close to Queenstown and other areas we wanted to explore.

Charming home right near town. Took us about 12 minutes walking in the lovely neighbourhood to get to Arrowtown center. Great communication with hosts. All around perfect stay.

We came for a nephews wedding at Arrowtown and couldn't have picked a better place than this lovely, cosy and warm home to stay at. So easy to find and only a couple of minutes drive into Arrowtown. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Property was well presented and comfortable for our family of 5 adults for our 4 night stay. Plenty of heating which was appreciated on the cold nights. Nice quiet location and very handy to the walking/cycling tracks along the Arrow River.

Was very tidy and clean. We're very impressed with spaciousness of the property as from the photos we expected a small house but the rooms are quite large and was child friendly. Well equipped kitchen facilities and close location to Arrowtown shops. Definitely worth a stay!

We had a great stay. Nearby queenstown but at a great location in a quiet area. The house is big enough for six people and equipted with all your needs.

A wonderful ski break was had by all. We are repeat guests who enjoy staying here. The new double glazing made it even warmer! In addition the new drapes and carpet were very smart. Can’t wait for next year! Oh nearly forgot there is wifi to complete the package!

Cosy place to stay, the windows have all been recently double glazed and the house is warm. Bonus to have a garage to park your car in when it's frosty! Owner is in the process of adding wifi. Great place for little families and the host was incredibly accommodating to our needs. Would definitely stay again! Thank you

Plenty of heating and garage space for bikes.
Quiet area. Just watch the steep driveway for scraping your towbar/bike racks. Recommend removing the bike rack on the street first. Enjoy your stay in beautiful Arrowtown.
