Beautiful Waterfront Townhome with Private Dock Near Yacht Club

Las actividades locales / lugares de interés cercanos
de vacaciones llenas de deportes acuáticos (pontones, barcos de esquí, motos de agua, tubos, etc.) están a 5 minutos. Cuatro que ruedan alquileres están a 20 minutos. Horseshoe Bay se encuentra a 45 minutos al noroeste de Austin, "la capital de la música en vivo del mundo", que ahora también alberga las carreras de Fórmula 1 y la música en directo aún más (si es posible). Hay bodegas extraordinarias cercana como la región vinícola de Texas Hill Country es el segundo más grande del país. San Antonio (Paseo del Río) se encuentra a 90 minutos en coche. Un parque de agua local está a 5 minutos (Granite Park), pero si quieres más grande, un recorrido de 60 minutos le llevará al parque acuático Schlitterbahn en New Braunfels.

We came for the eclipse, but that wasn't the only great view. Looking out over the lake was so relaxing. The three levels gave us space to be private and space to be together. Loved it.

This was our second time to stay here. The condo is in a great location and has everything needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. We took our boat and it was nice to have a place right out of the back door to tie up to that is assigned and not first come first serve. I would definitely recommend staying here. We plan on going back again

This is our 2nd time to stay in this wonderful condo! Wonderful boat dock! It’s very spacious and has the best view of the lake. We will definitely be back again!

This is our second time staying here and definitely won’t be our last! Number one reason why we loved staying here is because the water is so close! The kids can just jump right in without having to walk a very far distance. Another reason is the water level next to the dock is low enough for the kids to be able to walk around and find “treasures” and tiny fish!! The lily pad that the owners provide kept our kids entertained for hours!

We had a short, but great stay at the townhome. Everything was clean and we loved having a private dock to just jump off and swim. Thanks for sharing your beautiful place with us.

My family and I had an amazing time here! We felt so comfortable and the place was so clean and had everything we needed. Mike made it so easy and provided super helpful recommendations and tips. The outdoor deck was awesome and the seating was great - perfect for enjoying the beautiful lake views. We really appreciated Mike letting us use the paddleboard, water mat, and floating seats. He has plenty of life jackets too. The area that the condo is in is super nice and safe. We enjoyed taking walks around the gorgeous resort area and homes. There was plenty of free parking right out front. We really loved this area and our trip as a whole, so we definitely hope to rent this condo again soon.

Great house in a great location next to HSB resort. Perfect size for a small group. Views are outstanding, well maintained and fantastic communication with owner. We had so much fun and will be back.

The million dollar view!
We had a wonderful long weekend in this beautiful townhouse. The view was spectacular! The beds were very comfortable. The layout was vey spacious. It was nice to have 2 separate living areas and 4 full bathrooms. All three levels had a bathroom(s). Loved having a large pantry to store all of our food in. The check in/check out process was so easy! We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great property and location
This place was great for our family! We are a family of 5, kids are 11, 9 and 4. Having the dock so we could tie up our jet skis was great and the kids were able to play in the water near the dock area. We love that there is a no wake zone in front of the property we felt very safe and enjoyed our stay. The owners have labeled everything Which made finding things in the kitchen so easy! We will definitely be booking here again.

This was the perfect get-away. Mike was the best host ever, making sure to communicate everything we would need to know. Everything was immaculately clean, beds were comfortable, the views were great, and the location was ideal for going to the resort, playing the putting course, or renting jet skis. I might need to make this an annual weekend retreat!

Perfect lakefront vacation spot!!
Love everything about this property. Perfect set up for a family, beautiful lake views and right on the water! Enjoyed having access to a paddle board and dock for our boat. Enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning and close location to all the resort amenities. Mike and Evelyn were great hosts, easy to communicate with for questions and can’t wait to stay here again!!

We stayed for a week so that our daughters could visit from a nearby camp in Marble Falls. Wanted a place with a boat slip and plenty of room. Was so nice to walk out the back door only a few feet to our boat. Mike and Evelyn's condo is so nice and comfortable, felt like it was our own. We used the water toys, loved having the Traeger grill as we cooked most of our meals. I have rented many places and it always comes down to the people. Mike and Evelyn were the greatest host's, just a text away for a quick question and very graceous and acccomidating. We are already planning our next trip for my birthday. Highly recommend!

Cooking and dish cleanup is even fun here because the kitchen looks out to the lake! Thanks again for sharing your vaca getaway with us!

Amazing Horseshoe Bay rental 👍
We had a BLAST!!! This place is an amazing gem with an awesome dock for fishing and an upper patio deck with a fantastic view of Horseshoe Bay resort beach, lake, and lighthouse. The property is fully stocked...even the laundry room!!! All the bathrooms are generously stocked with plush towels, and all the drawers, cabinets, and wall switches are thoughtfully labeled for guest's convenience. The ONLY thing that guests need to bring are clothes...nothing else!. We love this place so much that we plan on coming back. The property owner is very thoughtful and caring, as well!!!

Better than photos!
The location, the whole set up is top notch. Very clean, comfy beds, full stocked kitchen and excellent communication with check in process made this stay an easy 5 stars! We didn’t have a lot of time to enjoy the outdoor space but it too is awesome. If you are considering this property do yourself a favor and book it now before someone else does.
