It was better than advertised.
The sunrise each morning out on the dock was amazing. Watching the sun come up over the VAB (vehicle assembly building) across the river at kennedy space center was mesmerizing.

Beautiful property in a beautiful location. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped
including washing machine and dishwasher. Stunning views especially for sunrise and space centre. Very convenient for the space centre and lots of shops and places to eat close by.
Very comfortable and spacious. I cant wait to stay again.

The stairway in the back was a concern and the main reason we left early. The railing for the stairway does not extend to the top three steps which presents a big fall hazard.

When I arrived on Saturday night I missed that driveway about 5 times. Might be good to give a hint like just north of 6 story apartment building or something like that. I didn't know where the entrance to the VRBO was and I apologize for disturbing the young man in the room downstairs. A sign would be helpful along with a light on the path to the stairs. Loved the view just wish the launches had occurred on schedule!

An enjoyable stay. Easy to find, plenty of space to park. The property is in an enviable location in Titusville, just off the highway and right by the river. It is handy for just about everything.
We watched two rocket launches during our stay, right from the property. There's plenty of birdlife around too, we particularly liked seeing the ospreys.
Any cons to mention after all the positives?
Well, yes, for me. The blaring trains during the night woke me up frequently. Husband generally slept through the racket, but even he woke up sometimes.
We found it tricky to get the temperature right at first, not being used to the aircon.
But we would definitely stay here again!

My Wife and I have spent alot of time on vacations from Florida to West Virginia to North and South Carolina and many more places on the east coast and pan handle . But i have never been treated with more respect and the best hospitality i have ever had . This place is the perfect place for a couple or a family of 4 . We had dolphins by our dock and saw a rocket take off from Nasa . A must stay place .

This is a very good waterside place on the second floor. It has a super view of the water with a dock. We're thinking of staying again.

We had a bioluminescent tour booked in Titusville and this was the perfect place to stay. The first morning I sat on the dock and saw about 20 dolphin in different groups. It was a wonderful experience.

Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time at this property! It was quiet and private. The views were amazing! Even though there was someone who lived on site we felt like we were the only ones there. I would definitely recommend this property and will keep it on our list of places to stay again!

Charming location
We really enjoyed our stay in this charming apartment with beautiful views of the Indian River. The property is amazing with a long dock, trees, and flowering plants. The apartment and grounds are well cared for. There are plenty of cooking utensils. The smoke alarm is quite sensitive so we had to unplug it while we cooked, but it was easy to reach and reconnect. The apartment decor is cute and the outdoor patio is very big. The apartment is also very quiet. The shades plus drapes block light well for sleeping. A great place to relax and get a good night's sleep.

A Cozy Hideaway with a Gorgeous View
We had a wonderful stay at this property and would definitely visit again. Tucked away on the water, everything was clean and cozy and ready for us when we arrived. The patio was perfect for enjoying a dinner on while watching the sunset over the water, or enjoying a book in the early morning.
My spouse and I enjoyed all of the birds, wildlife and lush flora and had fun learning about the critters that call Florida home after spotting a new one.
Would love to visit again and watch a rocket launch from that view!

Simply Amazing
It's the most beautiful and Secluded Place around, We enjoyed Coffee on the dock at sunrise and Enjoyed the wild life in the water, I would recommend this rental property to anyone and we plan on returning every year for are anniversary! We also got Married the weekend we stayed! Simply Beautiful

Miss representative as far as fishing off the dock
On a scale 1-10 I rate it a 4, No cover over the patio upstairs could not sit there after 10:00 AMThe dock was Miss representative as far as catching fish The water is only 2 to 4 feet at the end of the dock no fish.ok but nothing to do with in 35-50 miles .... Not for us... 🙁

Weekend getaway
This was a great stay. The view was amazing from out huge patio. The place was spotless and really cute. We live in Orlando about an hour away, this was a weekend getaway for us. And I will say it’s much better then a hotel room. No one bothered us, it was very peaceful and quiet. We will definitely book this property again.

Perfect Getaway
Great location with beautiful dock on the Indian River complete with Ospreys,dolphins and Pileated Woodpeckers. Parking was safe and plentiful. We were there for a photography workshop at Merritt Island Bird Sanctuary and the proximity was excellent . The apartment was charming, clean, with adequate kitchen. The beds were comfortable and space was perfect for 2 people and a golden doodle. Price point was excellent and will definitely stay again. Only thing missing were shade umbrellas on the wonderful patio

Escape on the Water
We spent 2 months escaping Michigan winter at Brandy & Craig's beautiful location on the Indian River. The large patio overlooking the water was our favorite spot - spending mornings there practicing yoga & eating breakfast, afternoons reading, enjoying early evening Happy Hour sunsets and late evening star gazing. We saw 5 rocket launches from the end of the dock along with almost daily dolphins. As avid outdoor lovers, we found the area full of bicycling, kayaking and hiking options. Brandy & Craig were always accessible if needed while providing complete privacy. Our stay was so great, we plan to repeat it next year!

Great stay!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The location was great and it felt very private. We sat out on the dock the first night and watched dolphins. A great change of pace, very relaxing, a short walk to a fun Irish Pub. Everything was clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds and good water pressure. We plan on staying here again.
