The property was nice for family and friends with a pool and large back yard. The host was respnsive and very polite. It was 10 minutes from a boat ramp on crystal river

Everything about our stay here was perfect! I didn’t bring my children this trip due to it being an adult birthday stay but I would definitely bring them there! We comfortably fit 3 trucks and boats in the drive way alone! As soon as you walk in the house it has that “home” feeling. The pool was so peaceful & the seats inside it were so relaxing! The beds were so comfy the sheets smelled so nice! There is a closed filled with games and funny hats to walk around in! The host was also so pleasant to communicate with & made the experience just that much better! 10/10 recommendation the stay here and in the future I hope to come again!

Clean, spacious woth plenty of bathrooms for 12+ people. Awesome pool that everyone played in. Close to shopping and fishing. Will look this property up next year!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this location. We loved the peace and quiet of the small neighborhood, the beautiful and refreshing pool and the convenient location to both Crystal River and Homosassa. Many great and flavorful restaurants in the area too!

This property was perfect for our family and very pet friendly! The home is well equipped—better than any other property we have stayed at. Not only is the kitchen fully stocked with all the cooking items you’ll need, there is a grill as well!
The host has games, books and items to use at the pool as well!
We stayed for a month and made great memories visiting the manatees, the beach and enjoying the pool!

We had such a good time & stay ! Place was clean , comfortable & enough room for 8 of us , had everything we needed and very accessible to many things in area. (Including scalloping) the kids & us big kids really enjoyed the pool after being out on the water all day & any given time we wanted to get wet & out of the heat ! Thank you to our great host for for being so wonderful & letting us enjoy their property ! Hope to stay with you again next time !

We really enjoyed this house. It was clean, spacious and had plenty of everything we needed. Plenty of forks/knives/plates and towels/sheets. Lots of games and fun surprises.

Properties of excellent rental because it has all kinds of equipment and facilities for a renter. It has extra air mattresses games pool toys and everything one needs to have fun in this house

There were six of us going, including two kids. Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was perfect for us. The pool was great and we spent a lot of time in it. The house was located near all the things we were doing so it never took us long to get anywhere. Many kitchen necessities but not many consumables such as paper towels, toilet paper, foil, baggies, etc... House was clean and there's a binder with information and instructions. Beds were comfortable. Thankfully they have the light switches labeled! That was helpful. Would definitely come back.

We were two families of four staying here for spring break 2023. It was perfect! It felt more like you were staying at a friends house rather than renting a stuffy home on the internet. It had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the pool and were in it every day! The house was clean and spacious. We would stay here again.

Love our 2 week stay. The rental was just what we were looking for. Private, quiet, and pet friendly. Our 2 elderly pugs loved soaking up the sun. Was cold and snowy back home! The pool was perfect on the hot sunny days. Didn’t have a bad meal at any of the numerous restaurants we dined at. We celebrated my mothers 79th birthday there and couldn’t have picked a better place!!

We enjoyed our stay there for 2 months. It was important to find a place where we could bring our child, a 100 lb german shepard. Loved our stay, very private & peaceful.

We had a group of friends stay at this property and we had a lovely time. It is very convenient to state parks and attractions. Property manager was easy to communicate with and checked in on us often to make sure everything was working well. There are 3 full baths and plenty of space to lounge around the TV or the pool. Comfy space!

When we arrived there was an issue with opening garage door.
Sabrina was wonderful at responding to our text and had handyman at house immediately and was fixed right away which was great because our son had purchased a new Kia EV.
The house was 1 mile away from my sister's home so the location was excellent. Also very close to Crystal River with great places to eat such as The Crab Plant, Sara's Diner, Grannies, and a Mexican restaurant down the street from house that was fantastic.

This property is amazing for families or just a group of adults. Very spacious. The pool is great along with the slot machines & Old time video games. The owners are gracious and very accommodating! We will definitely be back.

This was a fantastic house. It is a great location and it had a nice backyard with plenty of space. We enjoyed our visit but unfortunately we still will have to give 4 stars because all but one of the slot machines were broke, the waterfall to the pool was broken, and the cleaning service needs to be changed. We had 12 guests staying and there was plenty of room for all of us.

This property is in a perfect location! 15ish minutes to three sisters, hunter, and crystal river for kayaking or swimming. And only 30 minutes to Rainbow springs, which was our favorite! There's lots of room for everyone to enjoy and a pool to gather in. The master has a big jet tub that my mom adored! The slot machines and arcade game were a perfect distraction for the kids! There were plenty of supplies for cooking, dishes, blenders etc. Also lots of towels, but they are regular size so bring beach towels! Beds are a bit hard too so bring lots of pillows!
Afew things you'll need: toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and extra pillows!
We had a mishap with the pool but owner is very responsive and will be attentive with any problems you might have. Over all great experience!

Sabina is a top notch host! The property was better than described. Provided more than most listings. House has a lot of space and pool is great. Highly recommend booking! Is also close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the marina.

Sabina was a great host and her property was the perfect fit for our family (6 adults and 6 kids). The property was just as listed! The house had plenty of everyday essentials for kitchen and bathroom and bedding. A totally functional space for our stay! If you’re in town for scallop season, or just to visit; you won’t regret your stay here!

Great place to stay!
My family had a great time here, owners are easy to work with & it’s great having a place the whole family could stay in comfortably. Only complaint would be no toilet paper or paper towels & main bathroom doesn’t flush well you have to hold down the handle until it’s going down. I would most definitely do it again!

Pet friendly Getaway
Just what we were looking for: big bedrooms, nice pool, big yard for our two dogs. Eight of us vacationed here, and there was plenty of room. We got a bonus with a great host! The property is located close to the Highway for a straight shot to the airport in Tampa, close to attractions and good food. Great place for fun filled days and quiet nights!

A perfect stay
My wife & I stayed at this property for a month. We could not have asked for a better house! It felt like home.
The house has everything (and then some) you need to enjoy your stay. All the appliances in the kitchen are new. The house and property are clean.
We spent much of our time in and around the pool. The screened in porch/pool area makes it more enjoyable to sit outside and have dinner and drinks.
If you are coming to the area to spend time in Crystal River, this house is close to everything, only a 10 minute drive.
We brought our 2 dogs with us who enjoyed the fully fenced yard.
Sabina is a great host. She is quick to respond to any questions you might have. If we come back to the area, we will definitely stay again!! We were sad to leave…..

Great Vacation Rental!
We went to Crystal River to kayak with the manatees and found this home on VRBO. It was conveniently located and was a nice change from the hustle and bustle of beach towns. We were a group of 5 adults and 4 kids (ages 3-8) with little dogs and this house met all of our needs. Very clean, well kept and the pool was a huge plus for the kids. Sabina was super nice and informative. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Lecanto.

Exceeded our expectations
Our party of three senior couples had a great month enjoying games on the dining room table, cooking senior friendly meals, and enjoying the pool most afternoons. This was a great location for access to 7 popular paved bike trails within a comfortable drive.

Loved everything about this house. Beautiful pool. Great house. Would definitely put this on my favorite rental in Florida. If you needed anything or had questions they were quick to reply. Disappointed it is already rented out for February 23. Left your home to come back to my home. I felt like I was home being there. Thank you again so much

Very Accomodating
Sabina was very responsive and well mannered. House had enough space for all of us and lots of amenities that most places don't have. Neighbors were also friendly. This house was a nice replacement for the original house that we had booked but was cancelled due to the owner deciding to sell. We wanted to stay in Kissimmee or Davenport but all were booked. Lecanto/Crystal River is a hidden gem that we were pleased to explore.

Relaxing stay
Sabina was great to work with. The house was perfect for our family which includes two German Shepherds, the yard was secured and private. The pool was comfortably heated. The house was stocked with spices and miscellaneous items like towels, dish soap and laundry dryer sheets. We really enjoyed our time.
