Stuck with room next to a loud elevator. In room dehumidifier running in room? A disgusting carpet I wouldn’t put in my dogs crate. Most channels on TV didn’t work to cap off stay so no Sunday night football.

The room was very nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Extremely poor lighting in the room. The usb plugs didn’t work.
I was very disappointed in the fact that there was so much styrofoam and plastic in the breakfast area. The breakfast selection was good but we only had the breakfast once. The other 2 mornings we opted to eat out because we didn’t want to add to the waste being created in the breakfast area. I have found central Florida to be incredibly eco unfriendly.

The front desk staff I believe her name was Julia was extremely helpful and kind! Was a difficult trip for me and her kindness relieved some of my stress! Highly recommend staying here!!

The hotel was clean and quiet. All staff members were kind and attentive. Breakfast was delicious each day. The pool was great! It is a qell maintained, heated, salt water pool with plenty of outdoor seating.

A fairly new hotel. Rated the service as average because daily housekeeping missed a day- dropped off towels but didn’t empty trash or clean.
Also I’m still waiting for an emailed receipt for our stay.

Upon arriving at this hotel, the front desk staff was extremely rude and demanding. Wanted me to stand in a certain place to sign a piece of paper which I could do from where I was standing. The bands were extremely uncomfortable. The room was very damp even with a dehumidifier running 24 hours a day. No water pressure in the shower. We did not use the services and just got clean towels every day for ourselves.

Booked room thru Expedia for three nights for tradesman working on my nearby party. Hotel gouged me price wise to extend. Did not service the room and had to go downstairs for fresh towels. Trying to fix this over the phone, spoke to one gentleman Gary in the morning and by end of the day, the story changed and had to deal with Julie and the manager.

The front desk was very helpful, but warning to all you baby bommers this is a high tech hotel. It takes 2 controls to operate the AC. "If the wall unit doesn't work then use the one on the unit" what? A remote for the window blinds. Very little lighting. Room smelled of Marijuana. Now this is where the front desk excelled and cleaning service bit the dust. Front desk had to call cleaning service as to which spray to use. Awesome, it worked. Left the next morning to come back and find our room was not cleaned. No new towels, toilet paper, nothing. No reason as to why either. Fire the cleaning staff or totally retrain. For the money i paid, fire the staff. Don't eat the food either. Ugh

The only downside was how loud the small refrigerator was inside the room. I had to unplug it at night so we could fall asleep, other than that, everything was perfect!

I would not recommended staying here the management was very difficult to deal with. Contacted them several times by phone and received conflicting information. Was very disappointing experience

Outing in the area. Gary & the guys at check in went seamlessly, rooms were clean & comfortable. Breakfast was good. Great stay.
