Property was just as pictured, Great! Swimming pool was really heated, loved.

Steps from the beach; condo completely remodeled. Only thing it needs is written instructions on how to work the TV remote. Other than that it was perfect!

Check in process was awful, upon landing at the airport I wasn't even sure we had a place to stay. When we arrived at the location there was a note on the office door saying to call, cellular service was sketchy so thank God we actually connected. Got our code for our room. The room was tidy but not "clean". The tv remotes were all broken, the ceiling fan remotes were all broken. We managed to get the fans on and the lights off but that took no less than an hour of messing around switching batteries in the remotes. You can not cast to the Tv's. only their cable was available. There were no beach towels, no beach chairs, no umbrella. Nothing for actually going onto the beach. I called the property management company on our second day with questions and was quickly blown off. The answer to every question I had was "Not all of our properties are managed by our company" which made no sense to me as to why they were the contact.? To rent one of the wooden chaise lounge chairs on the beach it was going to be $35/daily. The beach was very dirty, it was not cleaned the whole time we were there. (3 days) The best part was the pool was fairly clean, (the cement surrounding the pool was another story) and it was actually warm. I do not plan to return to the area or this rental. I also would have been happier if we could have moved our reservation out one or two weeks since our entire stay was rain, but that was not an option with this renter, apparently.

Perfect for what we needed. Right on the beach, next to parking and directly in front of the pool. Would stay again.

The location is superb! The condo was great for a family of four ( with a small child) however, linens are limited . The laundry area is in good location , near / facing the beach , so you can laundry while enjoying the scenery. The cons was setting a personal entry key code , it was challenging, we ended up not having one. Overall, a great place for a getaway.

Super clean. Close to private beach. Very efficient apt. Very spacious we were four adults. Very comfortable bed and pull-out couch. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Would definitely rent again. We all had a great vacation.

The place was very clean. It’s a little tight for four people but we made it work. Easy access to beach.

Overall this is a good unit with a great location. The main really bad item was the doors were so dirty/sandy that we wore socks anytime we were in the unit. The floors had obviously not been cleaned for some time, you could feel sand grit when walking around. The on site management were never there unless called so any rules for the complex were useless. Great location on Redington Beach.

It's small but clean and decorated cute and has everything you need. Location is ideal.

Location was outstanding!! King bed was comfortable but the pull out sofa was not sleepable. Pool was nice. Beach is right there and absolutely beautiful!!

Great location! Had everything we needed and wanted!

Within 10 minutes we found a water leak in the kitchen. The ceiling tiles were hanging down so far we couldn’t open up the cabinets. There was black mold above the cabinet above the sink, in the ceiling above the sink and around the register. The living room furniture was disgusting we couldn’t even sit on them. We were told by the owners that they would have to paint over the mold because they couldn’t get black mold out. They had no other options for us to stay, so we had to leave early. Very disappointing. My first time using VRBO. The rest of the unit was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was obvious the unit had been remodeled but obviously not maintained. The furniture was far from new. Their solution was for us to put a sheet over the couch and chair. I wish there was a way to submit pictures because I have plenty. Even the dishes in the kitchen were covered in greasy fingerprints. We have never rented anything like this before. Will definitely go back to SATO real estate to rent.

First time in Redington Beach. The resort is literally right on the beach. We had a great experience and will definitely go back.

This property is close to the beach and activities. I did not feel the room was as clean as it should be nor was the property manager helpful. The check in process was not clear and they did not make it easy.

Great property on the beach. It was very cold and windy while we were there so we didn't spend much time on the beach. Room was clean and newly renovated. Bed was very comfortable. If in the area we will stay again.

Right on the beautiful Redington Beach. The sand feels like flour, so soft! Updated, nice kitchen and very comfortable king size bed. The shower was good but the bathroom sink is very small with very little counter space. The only negatives were: the couch had stains and the unit could’ve been cleaned better. Overall, Great location close to many great restaurants. The office staff was very efficient, friendly and helpful!

I will start by saying the room and location was true to the pictures. The things that ruined our experience was the management. We were a late arrival and informed them at booking. We arrived and called the after hours number and no one answered the phone. We called 3 different numbers repeatedly and left messages No answer or returning my call. We had no whete to go but to sleep in our car. Finally at 1;30am someone returned my call. The next day the manager yelled at us for parking in the wrong spot which was not listed in the directions. No one called me the next day to check on us or even apologizie for the distress they caused or to make it right.The property does not have a beach view or a patio. I was allergic to something in the room and sneezed the entire stay. The wifi was adequate. I will never stay with this property management again. So disappointing!!!

We stayed in #4, ground level facing the pool. Proximity to the beach was excellent. Space was perfect for 2 of us. Check in was a bit complicated as they had to leave the office early that day but a quick 5 minute phone call got it all resolved. The trolley picks up directly across the street which made travel to Clearwater or anywhere up and down the coast extremely easy.

Great location! Room was cute, clean, and stocked well. Beach was clean, quiet, and perfect for a little adult get away. Will definitely be back!

Spotty at best when there is a full house!
