We asked for the room to be cleaned, new towels, trash out, etc. We were met with some resistance. It was done, but we did not like the pushback.

Clean, modern, attractive lobby with bar. Beds very comfortable with lots of pillows. Good staff at reception and bar.

Coffee maker in room was broken.

Too expensive, did not eat at this place, as far as I could tell, neither did anybody else. Food looked stale. Hampton Inn hotel which is own by Hilton is free.

For the price you pay, breakfast should be free. Hampton Inn is definitely much better, and so is the staff. The person working the breakfast area was not friendly.

Ants were spotted in a few areas of my room specifically behind and one the couch type chair in the room

The breakfast was misleading. You have to pay extra for breakfast. It is called a buffet, but the server prepares your plate. You don’t get to choose your own food.

This was the cleanest hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. The staff was exceptional and very friendly. All our needs were meet on everything we asked for.

The Hilton Garden Inn - Gastonia exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast our last morning there and enjoyed the food very much. I would definitely stay there again! My husband is a master plumber and there is usually something wrong with the plumbing every place we stay, but not this time. He had NO complaints about the plumbing at all. That's outstanding!

The staff was amazing. We were traveling with our two small dogs. The pet area was very well maintained. we had a minor hitch in our room upon arrival and it was handled very quickly! The front desk staff was so kind. We enjoyed our stay ! Will most likely stay again soon!

I am not a fan of the front door being locked down from 11pm until 5am. Especially when you can’t get in with your room key. We got there from the casino at 4am. We called and called but no one answered the phone. We managed to figure a different way in but it was frustrating for a few minutes!!

The front desk staff was very friendly and nice. The bed was very comfortable.

Some other guests were too loud. Loud music, speaking out really loud with laughter and screams all night. Making it impossible to sleep. The noise was just too much. And literally all night. Please guest, let's be mindful of others when in public.
