I went and spoke to the front desk and she told me she was going to have a manager call me and they never did. If it wasn’t that I was there for a wedding from Florida I would have looked to stay somewhere else.

The first room i checked into had a broken lock, so i changed rooms. That room had a remote that didnt work so i was given new batteries. It still didnt work. The thermostat on the wall didnt work so the room was hot. The desk clerk suggested the thermostat batteries were bad but maintenance wouldnt arrive until 8am so there was no fix for it before I checked out.

This was my first solo trip and I wasn’t sure what to expect. But the front desk was very friendly and the room first had a bit of stuffy smell but when I turned on the air it was gone. Nice comfortable room. Very clean and I loved that they had coffee in the room. I will be coming back for sure.

Didnt like that there were no internet the whole entire night . But outside that the staff was wonderful and helpful shout out to the front desk reps . The ones that work night shift . They were excellent .

Stayed for one night and spent very little time in the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. I was having breakfast with a friend so I can't comment on any food that may have been available.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about dining options in the area. The hotel was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Just a quick turn or two off the highway made the location easy to locate for this weary traveler.

Horrible management overcharged me then harassed me about staying a night that I had already paid for. Wouldn’t recommend if you want a clean nice hotel go somewhere else.

Upon check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Its downhill from there. The carpet in the elevators was beyond dirty. The bathroom in the room looked very clean except for some sports on the mirror but that's no big deal. The room itself wasn't to bad except for the furniture. I did notice some dirty spots on things but the furniture looked like it had definitely saw better days. The bed was clean and actually very comfortable. The breakfast I choose was horrible. The sausage and eggs tasted like rubber. They did have other options that looked ok. I did also notice when we were leaving, the dining room looked like it hadn't been cleaned from the day before. Not a completely horrible experience but definitely not the best.

Positive experience. The only thing I wasn’t prepared for was the pet fee! We took our small family dog, my service animal. she weighs 8 pounds. And we were charged $25 per night extra. I don’t mind paying the service fee. However, when I booked the hotel I searched for pet friendly! That should not be an added charge if it is pet friendly in the listing!

Several areas needed cleaning. Random spots in bathroom area that were stained. Area around refrigerator extremely dusty. I also requested to pay at property and the called in the middle of the day to charge my room for the first night. No empathy for any challenges.

Our room had a leak and the carpet was soaked by the AC to the bed. Huge dip in the bed. Breakfast was gross. Powdered eggs.

I upgraded to a king suite w/jacuzzi tub and it flooded my room. They did not offer help to clean it up nor did they offer a discount

The staff were very friendly and clearly doing the best they could but the hotel is rundown and poorly kept. The bathroom was not properly cleaned when we arrived and there was a roach. When we let the desk know they offered to change rooms but when we went to check the new room it was also not cleaned sufficiently. We requested housekeeping and it didn’t happen until we requested again for the following day. Management needs to make updates and to pay its workers more if they want results.

The front desk staff were very nice, housekeeping woke us up 2 hours before check out, our flight got in very late, so not cool. Hotel is in decent shape but our room had paint peeling from the ceiling and chips in the shower tub. It was clean but very outdated. Furniture was old but the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a below average but free. I probably won’t stay here again, but it is dog friendly for 25 dollars more per night.

The continental breakfast was supposed to end at 9. We were there at 8:30, no biscuits, no eggs, son sausage or bacon. The lady came out at at 8:40 with a ehole bin of biscuits but nothing else. I told her that we were there at 8:30. She said she didn’t have time to make gravy and eggs. I told her it was empty at 8:30. So needless to say no eggs or anything to go with the biscuits!

This place was a Godsend after a miserable and very brief stay in a different hotel. Good pricing, very clean and quiet. Comfort is in the name and they delivered.

The staff at the desk was helpful and professional, However the facility was tired and badly in need of an update. The pool was out of service and the continental breakfast was sparse. I reported a floor lamp in my room that would not turn on or off. It simply gave a spooky glow. So, I unplugged it! Not a three star hotel.

I have stayed at this property multiple times. It was as I remembered. The only reason the service was not 5 star was that my room was not serviced every day.
