The property was just like the listing! In a great location and great pool/beach access

The only thing that will keep me from coming back is the heated pool. When it is so hot I like to get in a cold pool.This is our 3rd year there and I love the atmosphere but not the pool.

We were steps from the beach. Condo wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived, dishes were caked with food, ran out of toilet paper. A bunch of small issues but overall it’s a great property for the price.

This is the 2nd time I stay here. I love it. I'm already planning next yrs vacation.

Overall, it was great! Beds were comfortable, pool was awesome and the location cannot be beat. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent experience!! Communication with property manager and getting access to the room was quick and easy. The property included everything we needed. Gorgeous view of the gulf. Nice pool. Very clean! Will definitely stay at this location again.

Great unit and we plan on making it a yearly trip. Only problem was remote in 2nd bedroom didn’t work.

Location was great. More quiet than clearwater which we enjoyed. Fully equipped kitchen. Couldn’t be any closer to the beach! Pool was nice too

Loved our stay! Everything was clean except the couches looked pretty rough. They need a good cleaning or replaced. Other than that great overall!

Arrived to check in, there was no one at the office. Called the number and was given a code to the key lock box, my information was not inside. Was told they would call me right back but didn't. Had to call again and was given a 10 digit number to remember to enter my room. Never received actual keys, no parking pass, had to call to get the wifi password. Was never contacted at all the remaining time of our trip. But at the room was nice

Let me start by saying you CANNOT beat the location. Mere steps from the door to the soft sandy beach. But inside the condo there's a few things that really need help to make it worth the price, in our opinion. First of all, those two raggedy a** couches are disgraceful and flat out disgusting. There's no other way to put it. I preferred our family sitting on the kitchen chairs - at least those can be wiped down. Seriously, the couches have got to go 🤢 While highly subjective, obviously, we weren't fans of the scratchy sheets nor the mattresses provided. Of the four of us, two adults, a preteen and an elementary school age kiddo, none of us slept well. An upgrade to the blinds would be nice, maybe add a set of see-proof curtains in the bedrooms? Being on the first floor, obviously people walk by and with the lights on at night, there's visible, larger gaps so I didn't want our kids changing in there. Lastly, setting this place up for maximum occupancy shouldn't happen with this tiny bathroom. It's painfully small, even if not everybody has a lot of stuff they leave in a bathroom. It was clean enough, can't speak about kitchen utensils etc since we didn't cook etc. I love that you get an assigned parking spot for your stay, that makes quote the difference in this area where parking is very difficult to come by. Again, you cannot beat the location, and I loved being able to just run inside for some snacks during our one beach day, or that our kiddos could run in to use the bathroom etc.

Great location to the beach

This place is right on the beach, which is what I wanted! The unit could have been cleaner, the air vents were very dirty and lots of dust/cobwebs under the beds. The sheets and towels were not comfortable, very rough. The furniture in living area has seen better days! Overall, for what I was after (beach) it was nice!

Great location! Just a few steps from the beach. The place was clean and well decorated. The pool is heated so well that we swam outdoors in 70 degree weather. Also in close walking distance is a convenience store and other shopping.

This condo is right on the beach with beautiful views, and fit the bill for a weekend stay. We overall enjoyed our stay, and would go back.

Excellent location, nicely updated unit in an older complex. A few minor details detract from overall interior impression (rusty doorstop, lavatory drain ring, and toilet paper dispenser in the otherwise updated bathroom). AC unit would be a concern during warmer months (cautioned not to set below 72 or unit will freeze up). Cosmetic issues with stucco on exterior need attention but are to be expected in properties of this vintage in a beach environment.

Ease of beach access is what sets this property apart. Could have been a little cleaner and a few more amenities. Overall this was great for our 4 person family.

The place was perfect for someone who is older and didn’t want to do steps and wanted to be close to the beach.

We had a great time staying here. The beach was close, the pool was clean, and the patio was great to relax on. Beds were comfortable too!!

The location of unit #6 is absolutely unbeatable! This first floor corner unit is only 15 steps to the sand and 10 steps to the pool with ocean views from the unit. Short walk to several eateries. Unit and building felt safe and secure.Unfortunately, the entire unit was in great need of a deep cleaning. The couches are horribly dirty and stained. They need to be replaced. We actually covered the cushions with garbage bags and blankets before we felt comfortable sitting on them. There was food debris in and under the couches, as well as in the closets and under the beds. Smudge marks, stickiness and dirt prints around most doors and light switches. These things were easily cleaned by us, but should have not needed done upon arrival.The beds were comfortable, sheets were clean. But it was clear the comforters and decorative pillow cases were not regularly laundered. More pillows would have been nice. The ceiling fan in the first bedroom did not function and needs repaired. Both bedrooms have closets with a small dresser.A single roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels and a bar of hand soap are provided. Guests will need to purchase additional. There were plenty of bath towels provided for a group of 4. No beach towels available, so plan accordingly.The pool is heated and decent size. It ranges in depth from 4 ft to 9 ft. The building itself blocks view of the ocean from the pool and shades it in the afternoon and evening. There are plenty of chairs and tables around the pool and on the patio. The patio does have a view of the ocean that is great for sunsets.There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand. An outdoor covered area with grills us also available. An on-site laundry is available, but we did not use this. There were some general maintenance concerns: cracking in the exterior plaster and drain issues and standing water around the pool that caused some buildup that made it very slippery.If the above concerns (namely, the couch and cleaning issues within the unit) were addressed, we would absolutely stay again. And probably would give a 5 star rating.

This was a great relaxing getaway for our family. I loved that I could be cooking in the kitchen and watch my kids playing in the sand on the beach. The location was good, close to Fort Desoto and Honeymoon Island. We found some amazing seashells. On our last day we saw dolphins swimming by while wading in the water. And you can't bet the beautiful sunsets.

Room was ready early, check in associate was very nice and accommodating, the location was perfect and we had a great time!

The Red Tide was horrible. Everyone was coughing, running eyes and noses, and my son even developed a rash all over. The condo was also dirty. There was food splattered on the wall near the kitchen table, dust everywhere, and the couches were just gross (falling apart and dirty). The fan in the first bedroom made crazy noises so it could not be used. We left after 2 nights even though we paid for 4. It just wasn't worth it to stay when we couldn't enjoy the beach or really even the pool because the air was toxic and then to sit in a dirty condo was just miserable. The trash would get piled out in the common area from the other rooms, over flowing, and it smelled so bad. It should have been collected sooner than they did. There should have been a better system and not have your guests walk out their room to piles of trash.We were so disappointed!
