The pictures of this condo must be original because looks a lot nicer and newer in pics than in person.
All furniture was very old and worn out. Wasn’t the most comfortable. The king bed was terrible! As much as it costs to rent this place they should be able to afford investing in a comfortable mattress. It was very old and worn out. Left side of bed closest to bathroom was worse than other side. It bowed on both sides.
The Other bedroom mattresses were very uncomfortable as well. I can deal with furniture being uncomfortable but a bed I always look forward to being comfortable especially with the cost you have to pay to stay.
The balcony view was absolutely beautiful and favorite part of the condo. We traveled with 7 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of room. Loved that we all had our own bathrooms with showers plus a bonus bathroom and shower.
The ice maker didn’t work so maintenance came out and fixed the next afternoon.
Was very disappointed that the splash pad wasn’t open yet. The front desk said their grand opening wasn’t until end of month. Would have been nice to know before booking. Pictures showed splash pad and was one of reasons why booked at Phoenix II but didn’t say anything about not opening til summer 2024.
The water slide wasn’t open and front desk said maintenance forgot to open it. Few days later it was closed.
Putt-putt course was also closed.
Was very disappointing for features that made us book weren’t even available for us to use.

We had a nice stay. Our only issue was the evelators, we had to wait over 30 mins for them one day. We would’ve taken the stairs but we were going up and with two small kids. The condo itself was in great shape. The view is amazing.

This property is exactly as described. It was perfect for our us, our adult children and two toddler grandsons. Plenty of room for everyone!
The management team was so very responsive before and during our stay. Our only negative is it would have been nice if the outdoor pools were heated. Would definitely stay in this condo again!

The property is ideal for families. Easy check in. Covered parking for loading/unloading. Great amenities and less than 100 yards to the beach. Three bedrooms and four bathrooms is the ideal setup for families. Space was modern and updated. We had an issue with the AC and they had it fixed in under an hour.

We were so pleased with everything. We had a large group and there was plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone. The process was so easy and the communication was top notch. There is a texting number you can contact at ANYTIME and they’re right on the ball with answering any questions. R look forward to another trip here. It’s our favorite!

The property was beautiful and exactly as described. It was large and spacious enough to fit a group of 9. Check in was a breeze, pool was wonderful and the short walk to the beach made life easy. Thanks a bunch!

This condo is spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, and well maintained. This was the easiest check in and check out process I have ever experienced— everything was handled via text and was quick and painless! Management had excellent communication and customer service skills. When we checked in we noticed the power in one of the en suite bathrooms was out, and before we could even call to inquire about it maintenance was knocking at the door ready to fix it! (Apparently it was reported by the cleaning crew, and they were so on top of their game they came to fix it immediately. Turned out it was just a tripped breaker, but we were grateful for how attentive they were!) Layout of property is long and spacious, allowing for a lot of privacy, which was especially nice since we had multiple families staying together. Kids enjoyed the water slide and lazy river as well as the beach. Adults enjoyed having an ice maker and laundry machines in the condo. Checkout procedures were minimal, which was also nice. Overall an excellent vacation spot that we highly recommend!!

The condo is awesome, but expect frustration and waits at the elevators. Why they build a structure that can hold that many people and not have elevators for everyone is beyond me.

This one has it all! The view is beautiful. Right on the beach. Dinner on the patio was delicious and fun. The condo was clean and in excellent condition. The beds were super comfortable and the location can’t be beat. We highly recommend this condo. My mother-in-law, sister, daughter and I can’t wait to return next year.

Really enjoyed the amenities at the Phoenix West II. We took full advantage of them. Unit was spacious and having 4 bathrooms really helped. We had a couple of issues during our stay but the manager was very responsive and took care of them.

Loved Phoenix West II! Designed perfectly for large family…I loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom! This condo was furnished with everything that we needed! Definitely will be coming back! We had a great time!

If you have very small toddlers the gates around the splash pad is perfect to allow you to sit inside and relax knowing they can’t run out. Pools both inside and outside great, cool slide and lazy river. Staff handling the beach set ups was courteous, accommodate and friendly. Condo staff same! Our unit 1606 was extremely clean and wasn’t needing for anything. Only negative I can say is the elevator situation gets rough. One set for all units AND parking garage so you have to stop floor to floor and when people are checking in and out it’s almost impossible to get an elevator. But it is what it is I guess, just something for them to work on. But again, one of the nicer beach condos I’ve been to. Highly recommended!

Very nice property! Would have liked to have more restaurants close by or ideally on property. Many activities were closed off for construction which was very disappointing for the kids.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed. Check in and check out were very easy. The entire property was clean and staff were friendly. Parking was easy as well. We enjoyed the gym and also the close proximity to the trails at the state park. Next time we'll find some bikes to rent while we are there. Thanks for a great stay.
