Great location and clean property. Pool and beach access perfect for a family. Kitchen small but user friendly. Beds fine just wish one of the rooms had two beds for children or teens. Overall an excellent condo to stay for a few days. Will come again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and roomy. Communication with manager was easy and prompt. Some upkeep is needed. Would suggest repairing the loose pieces of wood on and around the stairs. We had no soap in one of the bathrooms upstairs and the other bathroom's dispenser was empty.

This property is much better than what the listing shows. The 1st level gives a small family plenty of space to gather. The 2 bedrooms on the 2nd level are spacious. The bed mattresses can be better but that would be an extra, not an expectation. It’s difficult to please my wife on cleanliness. She didn’t feel the usual “yuck” when in comes to short term rental properties.
The entire property is well maintained. The pool was heated so the kids loved swimming even with the 65 degree coastal weather. There’s a distant view of the ocean off the balcony. Lots of grass space for kids to run around and play.
We are very happy and you get the value with this property. I will book again.

Could use some furniture
Unit os dark as it faces north. Apartment was spartan. The one couch was hard, old leather that seats maybe three. No other seating in living room! Have stayed in other units that were all much more comfortably furnished. Fireplace didn’t work and property management said the repair person was coming after our stay! Only one night stand in master bedroom. To bad for the other person in terms of a simple place to put a glass of water let alone charge your phone. Outdoor furniture is rusted and looks like old classroom school chairs.
The property is awesome, this unit is lacking!

Quaint and relaxing
Enjoyed the stay. Property was well maintained, and nice walk to beach. House had good accommodations. According to the listing, there was supposed to be a second sofa/futon in the living room, but it wasn't there - fortunately, we didn't need it. Also, the electric barbeque didn't work; we had hoped to use it while we were there. Would have been nice to have a few more amenities in the place for the beach - like an umbrella, frisbee, maybe some sand toys, etc.

This unit was perfect for our family. Clean and comfortable. Seascape is always a favorite of ours. A little disappointed that the pool hours are only open until 6P, but understand the reason. Overall, another great trip in the books.

Great location, So so accommodations
Furnishings and decor were dated and somewhat damaged. Towels and bedding were quite well worn. The pans were old and scratched up but otherwise the kitchen was pretty well equipped. All in all it was okay.

Relaxing at the beach
Overall, it was a present place to stay with friends and family. Unfortunately, the wild fires brought ashes and Poor air quality to the area. We didn’t get to do much outdoors, but enjoyed our stay.

caveat emptor
First and formost, we rented the place because we were evacuated from our home due to the fires here in California.
We know it was originally empty the day before we were to arrive. Management rented it out and let us in without adhearing to the 24 hour Covid rule for rentals. We were shocked but had no where to go.
This could be a much nicer condominium for no too much cost
1. If you want ice cubes in your drink, bring your own ice cube tray.
2. If you want to read in bed, only 1 end table and lamp in each bedroom. BYO The bed in the bedroom without a dresser and the bathroom that had a leak was awful.
3. The vacuum repeatedly falls apart and needs to be reassembled as you use it.
4. There is a hole in the living room ceiling with a bucket underneath with some water in it. There was a bucket under one sink in the bathroom where the leak originated.
If you want to cook, bring your own condiments including salt and pepper.
5. No TV in 1 bedroom.
6. Furniture in bedrooms pretty rickety
7. We cleaned the filter in the dryer. It had NEVER been done. Among other things this could cause a fire.
We were lucky to have a place to stay, so we really shouldn't complain, but I would never rent it for a vacation(especially at the price charged)

Very clean
This property was very clean, a little dark inside, and furnished well except for lacking a blow dryer which would have been nice. It was comfortable and an easy walk to the beach. Jen was wonderful to work with. I probably would not rent this again as I like a brighter interior. A few more lamps would probably help.

My husband and I enjoyed a way too short weekend at this lovely place. The unit has been updated and so nicely done. The view was beautiful. Everything was very clean. It had all we needed - kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, etc. We only used one bedroom/bathroom, but there were plenty of towels, bath soap, etc.
Jen was great to work with and quick to communicate/respond to inquiries.
Reminder - while this unit is in a resort, it is a private rental. You’ll need to bring your blow dryer, condiments, coffee, sugar/creamer, etc. I learned this from past VRBO experiences.
I highly recommend. I will likely rent here again.

beautiful seascape escape
Our family of 4 had the most amazing stay at this seascape home. Jen had all we needed for our couple days. Her place is tastefully updated with a great kitchen, living space with great views and the 2 BR 2 1/2 bath layout was so appreciated by our family who have stayed at seascape before in a 1 BR that felt so small and dark in comparison. It was so nice to sit on the deck and enjoy this view -and we had great weather to ring in the new year! We walked the beach, swam in the pool and played sports on the open grassy grounds. Highly recommend!

FAMILY VACATION IN APTOS
FOUND SOME DISCREPANCIES IN THE UNIT:
1. BROKEN COFFEE MUGS AND GLASS WINES
2. BURNT OUT LIGHT BULBS.
3. RAN OUT OF KITCHEN TRASH BAGS.
OTHER THAN THAT, THE WHOLE FAMILY ENJOYED OUR STAY ON THIS CONDO. THE AREA IS SO MAGNIFICENT AND CLEAN. I RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Beautiful location
The unit was very nicely updated and had plenty of kitchen supplies. The balconies on both levels made enjoying the view easy.
Do note that face clothes, hand and kitchen towels are at a bare minimum so either come prepared or plan to do laundry....but there's a washer and dryer there so even that's convenient!

Loved Our Seascape Escape!
We rented the 2 bedroom condo at Seascape for Mother's Day weekend. We had adult kids/grandkids each night (sleeps 6) and the families who lived locally, came for Sunday brunch....15 in all and we all fit around the dining room table and a large coffee table in the living room. Seascape is a lovely place to spend time...beautiful views, beautiful swimming pool/hot tub (close to the condo) and a path down to the beach. A golf cart will come and get you if you have trouble walking to take you up and down. Perfect! The kitchen, furniture and baths are updated and very tastefully done. The only small issues we had were the cleaning staff did not leave enough towels, garbage bags and cleaning supplies. Also, the condo needs some more utensils and cutlery, etc. We brought our own paper plates, plastic utensils, cups and stemware, so it didn't really effect us. Last thing, the property management company is awesome! Very considerate and accommodating. One of our adult kids is planning to rent it this year....and we'll be back too.

Excellent location near the paved trail to the beach, with beautiful views from the living area and main bedroom upstairs. Nicely updated kitchen, wood floors and two couches in the living room that convert to beds.
One thing to note is that this condo didn't have beach paraphernalia such as chairs, boogie boards, etc. available for use. The other seascape condos we previously rented had a large selection of chairs and beach toys, so we assumed this condo would be similar. Bring your beach towels, chairs and boogie boards to fully enjoy the beach.

Amazing Weekend!
This condo at Seascape Resort was just what we needed to spend some quality girl time! It was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Love having lots of bathrooms to get ready in. I'd maybe ask for some extra towels and blankets but kitchen has everything. Thank you again for a great stay!
