Super great location and space. The pool is amazing, and the house is full of nice amenities!

Overall the stay was great. The location was perfect for us and walking distance to some South Congress bars and restaurants. Only 15 minutes to anywhere else we needed to go, including airport.
Upon arrival we were a bit dissappinted, we paid extra for early check in and the back patio and pool was dirty. The condition of the back deck needed some TLC with paint chilling and tiny furniture.
For the price of the house, I expected more attention to detail. Windows to bedroom and bathroom on main floor didn’t have any window coverings, bed sheets were tattered and ripped, no hangers in huge closet making it unusable, and ice maker of freezer didn’t work and looked like it needed a good clean.
Outside of the things mentioned, the rest was good. Communication with host was timely and offered to send someone to clean the pool/patio if we sent pictures but my group didn’t want to bother with that and had already cleaned it before we reached out. They also gave us a late check out for no cost to help make up for the issue which I appreciated.
The house size and bedroom accommodations were great for a group of 12 women celebrating a bachelorette party. The bathrooms were updated and clean, the beds were comfortable, open floor plan.
Overall, my sister’s bachelorette party was a success and we enjoyed our time at this house and in Austin.

This house was big and open, great for a large groups. The sheets, covers, pillows, binder & signs were a bit too worn in and had spots which was an off putting but overall a nice house. Great bathrooms, and kitchen.

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and it was awesome. Plenary of space for everyone to sleep as well as living area to hangout in. Really close to the downtown bars and the owners made it very easy for us to enjoy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and the property was perfect! Pool was great for an August weekend, there was plenty of common area space for us to hang out in and the kitchen had all the necessities for us. They were communicative about the option to check in early but it does cost extra. Additionally the listing says they can fit 14 people in the house but they actually have a $200 fee for any additional guests over 12 (so we had to pay even more than what was advertised), not a huge deal just something to be aware of. Would definitely stay here again.

Hosted my sister's bachelorette here! The house was perfect for our group of 10. Open concept downstairs was perfect for our party and chef dinner. Pool was great! Note that there are some noodles and floats from previous parties, so you may not need to bring. House size, décor, accommodations are perfect for a rental! Location is great; short drive to town and quiet!

Our stay was during high heat wave so we spent much time in the pool. It is an excellent pool and outdoor space with private foliage. We found the beds were very comfortable. The location is very good and close to everything - about 10 mins drive to everything we did, which was alot. We did not enjoy walking in the area. The management company was extremely responsive. We contacted them a couple times with issues and they were over taking care of them almost immediately. We did not think the kitchen was well stocked meaning untensils and types of glassware for all (wine glass is an example). We used what was there. There are no dishtowels so use a bath or buy paper towels. The house clearly hosts many groups and it shows.

We had 10 adults and 2 kids under 5 . The layout of the house was great. There is some “wear and tear” especially in the kitchen but I would recommend this property for any family getaway.

The house has plenty of space for large groups, comfortable beds, beautiful pool and great location! The house did include the minimum we needed including bath towels however there was not a single kitchen towel. We had to do all of our cleaning up and drying dishes with paper towels which was frustrating.

We rented this property for my bachelorette and had a great time! We had 11 girls and slept comfortably with enough room. Close Uber ride to 6th street and Rainey. Enough towels and sheets for everyone. We had an amazing time — thank you!!

The house is beautifully decorated and worked well for our group of 13 girls, although I'd say this house would most comfortably fit 11 [we had 1 girl on a rollaway bed and 2 girls in the downstairs bedroom with the full bed but that room is really small and better suited for 1 person]. The kitchen had nice appliances and was open concept which we liked. The house is well located and is a quick ride to south congress, Rainey street etc. You can tell that this property hosts large groups on a frequent basis, it could use some paint touchups and a few small repairs (the tp holder in the downstairs bathroom is loose etc.). They allowed us early check in of 1pm which was helpful with our flight arrival times (but Guest Spaces does Charge you $100 to do so). Overall we had a great weekend were happy with our experience and would recommend!

Stayed at this home with a bachelorette group and we absolutely loved it. The decor and layout is great for a big group and the rooms were comfortable. Our reservation was moved a few times due to COVID and GuestSpaces was always accommodating and helpful. I did think the overall cost including pool fees and an extra $75/night for a 13th guest (when listing is for 14) got to be a bit over priced for the quality of the home and amenities provided with the home, but overall our stay was great! The home does have the expected wear and tear from hosting big groups every weekend.

We loved staying here! It was 13 girls for a bachelorette party and everything from the easy check in, the pool, the location was great. East Ubers to wherever we wanted to go. Communication with the team was easy - we last minute decided to heat the pool since it was a nice day and they were great. 5 stars! Would stay here again!

Nice property
Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to many restaurants, shopping and activities. A very short drive to downtown Austin. We really enjoyed the pool and sitting on the back porch.

We stayed with our extended family for a wedding. The house provided lots of sleeping options and a large open gathering space (living room, dining room and kitchen) where we could chat and socialize. Very convenient to grocery store and South Congress Ave.

Bachelorette Party in Austin!
We had a GREAT time celebrating my bachelorette due to this house. We were centrally located, right next to a Salty Donut, and going out was a 5 minute Uber. Loved this house and the convenience of it being so close - aside from the fact that it was so comfortable for all of us.

Stylish house, good amount of space, great location
My friends and I had to book this property at the last minute as another VRBO reservation fell through hours before we were supposed to check in. This is a lovely house and great space for larger groups of people. Had everything we needed minus a few essentials (salt, for example). You can tell this is a rental property as there are a few paint scuffs and whatnot, but the property was clean and the living space and kitchen is big and open. I also liked that there was an additional living space upstairs. Beds were comfy, too. Overall we were happy with our experience.

Great place to stay for the week!
We brought our 4 kids (9 y/o) and a sitter to stay for the week while my husband worked. The house was beautiful!! Plenty of room for all of us. Door Dash, Shipt and Lyft were all readily available. Walking distance to Stacy Park. The beds were so comfortable and the towels amazing! There was plenty of seating in the living room and a great desk space for my husband to work. We loved the pool and (included) floats and pool noodles! Management was quick to respond to questions. The door code was super easy for check in, and the check out procedures were simple. We would definitely stay here again!
