Very Tidy little place with All you could need for a few days away. Good communication from Wilf who was helpful. All the Mod Cons that I wasn't expecting also. Good Value for money.
The only negative really was a noisy junction just outside.

Ideal for our purposes (family visit), able to take family (housetrained) cat which was much appreciated and three takeaways within 2 mins inc. a convenience store downstairs. The free Wi-fi works OK too which was important for accessing work emails on my laptop - Parking is available round the corner in Melville/Lyndhurst Road for a City visit to Manchester or Old Trafford this is ideal, check in was easy and loads of cleaning gear together with sanitiser and hand wash was available (The mattress can be moved into the Lounge if you prefer to sleep in separate rooms, I snore !), there is some minor noise from the traffic but this is to be expected and was not an issue for me as I checked out the location before booking) - Thanks Wilf I'd definitely return - Everything was perfect - thanks for leaving the milk ! The tea / coffee n 'sugar were REALLY helpful additions - Cheers !

Sadly did not stay as my son took unwell, area ok, no one there to advise on entry etc.
Did ask at the deli like I was told but they advised it eat nothing to do with them and got quite rude about it

Clean tidy did exactly what it was meant to do.
Only grumble )but not even that!) could of done with a newer pillow.
Only nit picking now. Fabulous property.

Lovely apartment and 5 mins drive from Bowlers which is where we needed to be so it was ideal. Had great facilities and TV with all channels/movies etc.
Beds weren't the comfiest but they were fine for our 1 night stay.

Wilf. What a brilliant man! He made sure the stay was comfortable, accessible and most importantly easy. The flat is very clean, short stay realistically, but if you are planning a trip to manchester (lets say for football purposes) this is the place to stay!

Stairs leading up are quite loud and bedroom door was a little bit creaky.
That’s me being honest, that is legitimately all that I could say was wrong. It’s an absolute nit pick as the entirety of my stay was comfortable and cozy.

Very small fridge....would be nice if it had washing machine if you plan to stay longer than 3 nights.
Door lock a bit stiff to open on apartment....and front shared door not locked by other people in other apartment overnight.
Would have liked to bring cat but thought £25 for one night too expensive msybe charge £10 instead like most places do.

Brilliant service, super simple remote check in plus l was due to a Man Utd football match that was kicking off the same time as 1st check-in but when l contacted Wilf he let me check-in an hour early with no fuss. Then when l was checking out he offered me a free coffee from the deli downstairs which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended place.

Fabulous, clean, and very warm apartment. Close to the bus stop that bring you to the city center. The apartment has everything that you need to spend a few days there. It is close to supermarket where you can buy all essentials that you could need.

Location suited us as only just over half an hours walk from Trafford Park. Also flat is located over a delicatessen and next to a grocery and chipshop which was handy. Parking nearby was convenient and safe.

The flat was modern and clean with everything required for a short stay. 15 minutes walk to the Stretford Tram stop with regular trams to city centre, Salford quays and other places.

Dead easy to collect keys once we worked out how to do it (: Location was great for what we were doing (Only half a miles walk)

Good communication from the owner. Apartment had everything you needed and was very clean and well maintained and excellent value for money.
Both single beds creaked far too much when you moved, which didn't provide the best night's sleep.

Fairly good location, especially if you are a football traveller. fairly well appointed appartment with a decent bathroom and kitchenette. close to public transport with a large retail complex nearby. Apartment is directly above a sandwhich bar, a chippy and an off license/convenience store. Hosts (who run the sandwhich bar) were very friendly and accommodating.
Beds had seen better days and were uncomfortable. after the first night i had to go and buy castor cups as the ensemble bed on wheels ended up on the other side of the room as the floor is laminate with nothing to stop them from moving. Very steep narrow stairs.
