Very nice apartment, well equipped, good location

- It is up on a hill, in case you have healthy/mobility problems or you are coming with a baby in a stroller. - The elevator doesn’t work from the begining of March because of the unpaid bills. The owner told us on the phone that “it doesn’t work since morning and will be fixed until tomorrow”, which was not the truth. We came with an 8 month baby, a stroller and lots of luggages, so for us was an unpleasent experience. This should be written in the description or mentioned on the phone before the arrival.

The apartment is 20 minutes on foot from the city center. My friend and I like it a lot because the communication with the owner was very easy and also, the apartment was very clean. I highly recommend it!

We got the instructions from the host, but they weren't very clear. It was hard to get the host help in figuring out where the keys were, and he answered us only after we had already menged to find it on our own with the help of a nice neighbor. In addition, the parking remote stopped working (the battery was done), and I had to run around Brasov for more than an hour to find a place to buy a new battery - again, the host was hard to reach and didn't help with a quick solution. Regardless to say that we planned to go out to travel and wanted to get there early, but because of the delay, we missed our plans for this day

Well equipped very modern apartment. TVs in every room and a handy washing machine. Parking available, good communication with the owner re directions and facilities.

Might be difficult for people with mobility issues as is up a hill.

it’s quiet and newly builded apartment complex with comfortable location and convenient parking inside. apartment is very fresh and prosperous so much fit for big family with kids. two bedrooms and living room with kitchen. nice balcony to stay for coffee or tea time.

I like to have new towels

the pdf presenting the flat didn’t include very clear instructions regarding the entrance (there are several lifts you can take from the parking lot)
