Excellent location in Mad Beach. The property has an excellent balcony of the master bedroom that is great to sit on at night, or enjoy your morning coffee to see the sunrise. The other balcony, facing the ocean, is excellent as well. 4 chairs and a table allowed us all to enjoy the views and amazing sunsets.

Nice place, 4or 5 blocks from John’s pass, not to bad of a walk. Balconies were nice. Master bedroom was hot and a few dead bugs around the walls. Doors needed scrubbing. Over all nice stay.

This property was the perfect location! Right on the beach, beautiful views of the sunrise & sunset, close to restaurants and shopping. Check in was super easy. Loved that the pool was a saltwater pool!
I had only a couple recommendations for future stays: more beach towels, there were only 4 beach towels - this listing can sleep 8 so that wasn't ideal. The floors were not very clean - our feet were dirty even from the first night we got there.

We had a nice getaway for New Years. Location was within Good walking distance to restaurants and shops. Biggest Complaint is NO Washer or Dryer in Units!!!! We stayed at Sea Breeze Years ago and that was not the case. That is very important to my family to have.

Beautiful beach, not super crowded with breathtaking views. Very close to shops and the boardwalk. The pool was rather small but was right on the beach. There was an area close to the pool that had beach items such as chairs, umbrellas, and floats which could be borrowed for use. There was only one elevator and it was broke down multiple times through out our stay for a half hour at a time. Super inconvenient when having to bring groceries up flights of stairs to the 5th floor. The condo itself was very spacious. Master bathroom did not have jets coming from the wall as said in the description. Overall we liked it and would absolutely stay again.

This was our family's second time staying at this property but a different unit. The unit itself was perfect and overall clean. Great view from balcony. Only reason for 3 star overall rating was due the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub. Both were absolutely disgusting and probably had not been clean for weeks. There was dirt, scum, grim and a lot of hair in both properties of water. Never saw anyone clean the pool once in our week stay, as well of other guests stating they had not seen anyone clean them the previous week as well. This was never a problem last year, and understand staffing is a problem everywhere but we were hardly able to enjoy these amenities due to feeling very unsanitary. Especially after long hot days in the sun and on the beach. Hopefully this issue will be resolved because we would love to stay again at unit 501 next year!

This was our 2nd year booking with iTrip and as always, the stay was fantastic. This condo was exactly as described, with plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed cooking breakfast each morning, and then spending the days at the beach or by the pool. We walked to Johns Pass each evening for dinner and then returned to the beautiful beach for sunsets. A perfect vacation!!!

We had a great time staying here during our stay in florida! The condo was clean and spacious and had an amazing view of the ocean. The location was great because the beach wasn't overcrowded with tons of tourists and was within walking distance of John's pass. It was only about a 30 minute drive to clearwater or st. Pete and not far from Tampa. We would definitely come back here for another stay!

Location was great - easy access to groceries, shopping, dining, and especially the beach! The 2 balconies made it easy to see the sunrise and the sunset. The bin of left beach chairs and floats was a nice surprise. Made beach days easy. Wish we had more dishwasher pods or trash bags but we made due. Recommend highly! We all said we would come back for sure. Hoping next summer.

I love Sea Breeze. Could of been cleaner but was still beautiful. Unfortunately we had to evacuate 3 days in because of the Hurricane! They said the will reimburse me for unused days..so hopefully that happens. Will definitely go back!

We had no problem everything was clean . The only thing was, people must have put the racks that carries your bag down in their room. Had to make several trips up and down and saw no one with the carts . I woke up early to go to the beach at 7am came back at 7:30 and was up and down until 8:30 and saw no one with the carts . Property needs more carts , other than that everything was great .

Great vacation
You can't beat this location, easy access to Johns Pass, restaurants and grocery stores. Great communication with management company. Condo was clean enough and very spacious. Easy check in and out. would definitely stay again. Could use a few improvements, we flew in so couldn't bring beach supplies, in the previous condos I have stayed in, they supplied more beach needs, such as chairs and a cooler , not so here. Had to purchase chairs and a cooler. I was kind of concerned after reading reviews after I booked about the condo not being clean, this was not an issue for us, condo was clean. Overall we had a fantastic vacation!!

Great location
We loved the location, on the beach, waking distance to the pass. The front of the condo (kitchen to the beach) was very nice and clean. The window sill in the master bedroom appears to have mold on it. The only outlet in the room with bunks is in the ceiling. If you’re staying here, bring an extension cord. Room smelled musty, we bought an air freshener our first night.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The space was wonderful with a few things needing improvement. It was a very large space with 3 bedrooms. With our family of 6, everyone had their own bed. I felt like we had plenty of room to move around and keep our things. The space was not the cleanest or most updated. Some of it is due to aging and need to update- peeling paint, mold in the master bathroom. The bathroom tiling is very poorly done and the entire space needs a fresh coat of paint. Furniture is very old and worn and a lot of decor and blankets are mismatched. The furniture was old, but served it’s purpose. I would describe the room as very spacious but basic. I will say this helped us want to be outside this space and spend more time on the beach. The location was amazing. This is a beachfront property with an amazing view and easy access to the beach and pool. We were able to go to the beach and come up to the room as needed throughout the day. We enjoyed walking to John’s Pass and nearby restaurants. The pool and hot tub were great perks too. The size of the space and the location made this stay worth it. We would recommend this stay for others especially families looking for an easy place to stay with young children.

PROS: Location and view, view is phenomenal. Price is okay for this unit.
CONS: I mean c'mon, the cleanliness and the really really old and dated decor and old smell. The sheets are awful, comforters awful, fans covered in dust, utensils not that clean, no toys or half way decent chairs. I understand that rentals get beat up but put a little effort into cleaning and update decor it's ancient. The view almost made up for everything, we will not be back.

I really enjoyed our stay and everything was very easy to check in. Great location, the cleanliness was good as far as just simple cleaning, but there is a lot of grime on the walls by light switches and door handles. If that was resolved, I would say it was a great place to stay!

Location cannot be beat! Right on the beach, and great walking distance to tons of restaurants and attractions.
The one small critique I would have is for the management to provide a little welcome book that has the Wi-Fi password and where some of the extras are located. We had to ask for the information, and didn't realize there were beach chairs and extra towels until we were almost gone.

Property was great, view was amazing,. We only had three people but hope to bring whole family next time and this condo could accommodate. Walking distance to pretty much everything we needed and plenty to do if we didnt want to be on the beach. Would definitely return.

Older building but great location and amazing Gulf views
The location was walking distance to restaurants and other activities (at Johns Pass). The Gulf view was amazing. However, the building is older and there is a lot of traffic noise (especially in the master bedroom which is right on the busy Gulf Blvd).

Great place but some wrinkles
Absolutely beautiful views especially since it was the end unit and we had extra windows. Unit had nice very furniture throughout and kitchen had good supply of equipment. Very spacious and clean everywhere. There were some troubles though. The A/C in the master bedroom hardly worked and we were hot even with multiple fans in mid-May; we couldn't get the master shower to work on the last day; the lighting in the master bed and bath was very dim; there were not enough kitchen linens and no hot pads; we were not given an elevator code, so had no way to get to our room; DVDs were not in the unit but at an office down the road; TV was nearly impossible to work--had to reboot finally. All those are fixable items, but didn't make our stay ideal. Also, not at all an issue with the owner, but there was a lot of smoking on the gorgeous beach that made it unpleasant. Oh, and the pool is pretty small. Overall, a good stay.

Great beach!
Great location overlooking the water! Pool was warm and never crowded! Beach was huge and we never felt too close to other guests. Condo was very large - it was just the five of us, but we would’ve been comfortable with a few more. No issues with the unit, check-in, anything.
